The resort is very old. Dark, smell and not value for money. Breakfast is bad. Staff is friendly, location is good.

Solid Vetnamskaya four! All good, only the Breakfast is meager, sun beds at all lacking, got up at 5 am to take a seat in the shade. And the rest will go!

The perfect place to stay for both young and older People. The beach is next to the villas, two pools, lovely and beautiful garden on Site. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food at the hotel is quite satisfying, varied, and Tasty) for a moment did not regret with the choice of a place to Stay. Nearby there is a market, and a good establishment "sun ☀ and the moon" where very tasty food and huge portions).
I recommend to visit this hotel because it is well worth it and the location is Good.

Won't called it a 4star hotel a 3 star hotel is better. Their services is good thats it everything else just needs cleaning just quite dirty in most places.

Staffs are friendly, good location with nice and guge beach, breakfast is delicous. Highly recommend it to everyone.

Very nice hotel. Beautiful grounds, clean pool, sun loungers on the beach (under the canopy and under the sun). Room cleaning and towel change every day. Near the hotel a large selection of restaurants and shops.

Great hotel. Good cafes straight across the street. Good breakfast. Everything is in the room. The room was clean and the breakfast was very good.

In general, everyone liked it. There are a number of flaws in my opinion. Cleaning. Everything is high-quality and clean. But Cleaning up to 14.12.12.00 Run from the beach to the room, relax and so on!. And the cleaning came from 13.00 to 13.30. Embarrassingly bred hands cleaning lady, they say not to blame Me. Do not sleep, do not eat, etc. We need to change the towel and washing products. And of course they're kitingists. They were sometimes brought to a fenced place for swimming. I almost got a baby. First time in Muin. The hotel is very much loved. It's beautiful territory. The room has everything, and slippers, and a robe, even such trifles as a comb, toothbrush, pasta, set for sewing tea, coffee. There are always enough beds on the beach and near the pool. Breakfasts are very abundant, tasty, lots of fruit, fresh yogurt, great coffee. I'll be back at the hotel with pleasure.

We did not stay at the resort but you can also have a drink on the street and eat at the Wohenende with live music a bit Tina Turner bonny m etc very nice unfortunately only till 10pm.

The hotel is ordinary as far as the usual hotel can be. Do not take the standard room if you need a long stay in the room, there is all tired, balconies on the road and ants in large numbers. The bathroom is cramped. On the beach you will not feel lonely if you are Russian, our tourists are full. Nice beach, mattresses on sunbeds are decent, there are dense canopies from the sun. The peculiarity of MUI NE-powerful waves and constant wind, a separate swimsuit can easily fly with you in the water. The pool can be noted as a plus of the hotel, clean, deep, swim in the dark no one forbids. Breakfast was good.

A very beautiful hotel with beautiful vegetation on site and excellent proximity to the sea. The studio rooms are spacious with air conditioning, a comfortable bed, shower, TV, Wi-Fi, balcony overlooking the pool and ocean. There are very hearty and delicious breakfasts. There are schools of kiting, volleyball, tennis, spa, Jacuzzi. It was even more fun to rest here for the second time. Wonderful staff, responsive and friendly.

The hotel is great. Beautiful, well-groomed territory. Own beach. Great massage in the spa salon, a little more expensive, but with a hammam, sauna. On the street, even towels do not change from previous customers. The center, all cafes and shops are within walking distance. We are very pleased.

The hotel has a kite school, tennis court, Jacuzzi, and the studio rooms from our room overlook the sea.

Bathrooms badly in need of refurbishment. It looks like no money is being spent on upkeep of rooms although the are well kept.

Nice hotel on the first line, with adequate prices and high level of service. We've been here 10 years! Which speaks for itself. :) But there were also in. Other hotels, you can make the conclusion Swiiss better!

The Hotel is for the Russians. Contingent-Package tourists. Great location. Very Nice beach. On the territory of the hotel Kite school Africa. Clean, comfortable, but the place on the sunbeds occupy almost 6 am. Rush.

Receptionist wasted our time by promising us an executive suite and then would not book us in fear of tomorrow’s guest arriving early. We told her we understand her concern we just wanted a place for the night and we will leave early. She continue to waste 30 minute of our time clicking random buttons and insist we stay in two separate rooms. We didn’t end up staying when I asked for the manager number nicely to call the next day to talk about the false promises and she nodded her head “no” and would not give me the phone number. They are hiring poor staff members and we can not make it pass the receptionist desk. For the amount they were asking was not worth the grief they were giving us.

We were promised a executive suite for our party of 4 and the receptionist wouldn’t give it to us. Terrible customer service and when we asked to speak with the manager the receptionist refuse to give that information So she ended up completely ignoring us.

The location is very nice. However, the resort seems very small and not very beautiful. The room is okay but not great. The worst thing is the breakfast buffet, which my family all got the stomachache.

Took too long to check in.

Nice place to stay, good buffet, nice beach, nice garden. You can book on Agoda with low price.

Problems with check-in, safebox not operational even after service request, resort's Wi-Fi not working… not really what you expect from this price level resort.
