The Hotel in general is quiet though occasionally there are problems in the hotel street for the bars that are right in front of it.

If you are going to Caracas to do errands in the center this hotel is your best option, comfortable, you get to the government agencies quickly and have a good value price ratio.

The hotels lobby is really nice, they do not let you see the rooms you have to go by the video they have on the TV screen. The room looks nice once your there, there were several issues: low lighting, the shower was broken and the water came down like a waterfall, they only leave 1 towel in the bathroom no hand towels either. If your ok with that, then it's a good place for you, and very inexpensive.

The hotel looks good, thast is the impression when making the check-in, after you wiil realize that it is only a cheap hotel with poor maintenance, unfriendly staff, my room was not clean and with very bad smell. Not recommended. Cheap hotel.

This hotel looks good at first sight. The building is completely new, however already after 8 months of business apparent marks of abraison are visible due to very bad maintenance. And this is what leads to the major downside of the hotel: the staff. It is unmotivated, unreliable and mainly unfriendly.
