Friendly, young and accommodating staff. Great, views of the coast, with spacious rooms and bathrooms. Superb breakfast and cute, cozy public areas. Artsy, chic, with the feeling of a boutique hotel, with the perks of a biz-no fuzz one. Best location, within walking distance to one of the biggest shopping malls of the city. Quite and safe location. Pubs nearby.

Smooth check in and a helpful staff.

I come here often for business, check in is always slow. Not good when you have been all night on a plane. First I gave it 3 stars for that, but now when I get to the room with my key and the room is not ready 1 star. Update. I am giving 5 stars since the issue with the rooms has improved, I must day I love the details in design of this hotel.

Pretty room reminiscent of Elana at the Four Seasons Buenos Aires but without the quality of food and service. It is too bad but they are trying to improve. Their lunch buffet the last time was even weaker than usual, plates of unappealing salads not refilled, a few cheap cold cuts and very little else. I am told they are going to revamp the menu and I hope up the quality and service. The price is ok but not cheap and I know they can do better.

Great hotel, the room was ready 2 hours late and there was some confusion about a spare bed, but apart from that a great stay. The staff in the bar are really fantastic.

We love the place. Take the tea there is a pleasure. A drink in the other room invites you to stay for dinner in the restaurant. Fantastic.

The hotel is really nice. The design details are very careful. The rooms are spacious, modern and have a nice view. Breakfast is pretty full. They accept pets with a charge of $75 each.
To improve: We did not get the VAT discount that corresponds by law to foreigners. (more than 100 dollars)
In our previous stay The crane took the cars of 3 guests from the front of the hotel, which as we were not warned by the staff of the hours enabled to park there. (There is a sign to 50mtrs but not read)

I went to the plantation, the hotel restaurant. Excellent food! Very gourmet and expensive but well worth it. You have to ask for different steps (entrance, main course and dessert) because the food is very scarce. Delicious everything. They forgot a dessert because it was a table of 10, Peri was all so rich that we forgave that detail.

For current time this is most trendy hotel and most comfortable with Hyatt trained staff. There are some minuses such cool water in the swimming pool, no Champagne only sparkling wine, not perfect dry martini at the bar, but again for this time probably the most trendy hotel with very good location if you have to be in the city.
