It is a nice and quiet place, with good attention and varied menu of drinks. Less variety of dishes, but there are for all tastes. It is worth going around to have a drink in an atmosphere without hustle.

Excellent. From every point of view it is spectacular, the gastronomic services are impeccable attentive to all the details. The variety is very good and not to mention the quality and hygiene.
The parking facilities are excellent. The staff all of the hotel are extremely friendly. The rooms are first class, they do not envy anything to hotels in Europe or the United States.

I had TWENTY FIVE nights on a superior suite in the Radisson Montevideo and honestly I would never recommend it to anyone else. It was Xmas and New Year 2018 ruined and with a great loss of money. Even if there were a few positive points, the overall impression I have is extremely negative. Some weeks ago I got an email from the general director telling me I was no longer welcome in his hotel… that’s fine! I would never be back. Anyway, when you have staff unable to realize what’s wrong in their structure, that’s very serious. I stayed in the Radisson with my mother and 25 nights and that corresponds to almost a month and that’s why I sternly believe in my opinion. The general director who is forbidding me to go back to his hotel forgot to consider that the Carlson Rezidor Group had given me a 100, 000 golden point bonus for any hotel of the chain I wanted to book due to my problems in their franchise in Montevideo and I turned that offer down, which means that after my stay in the Radisson Montevideo I refuse to have anything to do with the brand at all. The general director knows I want some minutes of security images regarding a certain day and have been asking that for months now, but my request was never granted. Well, I travel all the time and having been anywhere and known all kinds of hotel and the same way my reviews can be really good, this time it was bad but I won’t be intimidated. It’s not even fair to former customers and eventual new ones.

It is an iconic place in Montevideo, we only stayed one night, at all times they made us feel welcome.
Each person who attended us in our stay did not only with kindness, education and respect, but with cordiality and good disposition.
The breakfast is fantastic and the view from the lounge on the 25th floor invites relaxation and enjoyment, we look forward to the return.

The location is excellent. The pool is the biggest heated pool I saw in my life. Clean and in excellent condition. The room that was superior double is very good, located on the twentieth floor. The view was fantastic. The hygiene elements of the bathroom leave a lot to be desired. But the worst thing was, they sent me to buy the supermarket an adaptor for the phone plug. Disaster: They don't even have a reception, an adaptor to lend you.

I was in one of the halls for event celebrations. I went to a wedding that was very well organized and the toast was very good. All the dishes, both cold and hot and juices and sodas, were very good. You could eat in and out, in armchairs and benches. The view to the city of Montevideo is very nice.

Located in the heart of Montevideo is an excellent hotel. Large pieces. Good halls. Pool. Bar and restorant comfortable and very good prices. It has a large swimming pool and spa breakfast very full buffet. Recommended without a doubt.

Hotel Viejo. No valet parking or parking in the hotel. The rooms are good. The best thing was the pool and the breakfast bar very high up in the building. The service of the teenagers at the reception is loose.

For a Radisson this hotel is disappointing. Rooms need updating and upgrading. Breakfast choice is limited if you stay more than 2 nights. At times the bread was stale and the standard coffee was just aweful Cleanliness is very poor in the gym changing rooms. However, the location is excellent as are most of the staff and they were genuinely concerned about our grievances. Hopefully they will put measures in place to improve.

I stayed one night at this hotel for a show at the City Theater. Good location, facilities are a bit outdated but it's clean. I didn't use the spa and pool but my travel companions enjoyed it. It is lend swimsuits if necessary. Only Internet is as often in these hotels in the area quite slow, but functional.
I recommend, no complaints.

This is absolute gem for such a small city, like Montevideo. Location is more, then perfect, staff is fantastic. Rooms are big, clean, shining, stuffed with everything, minibar has only soft drinks and beer, but the bar in lobby floor has all, what you want. Hotel has pool, gym, casino, with night staff waiting for tired businessman. Just bring the monies and you are in right place, where yo have to be.

Top notch experience. Concierge lounge was well attended with plenty of local fare. Breakfasts were respectable. Service from the desk could have been better handling the account but they got things swiftly corrected.

I am here in Uruguay on a business trip. It is Thursday night, and the hotel is allowing a large party to blast music on a lower floor until 1 a. M. The music is literally vibrating my floor. This is completely unacceptable for business travelers who have to perform at their jobs the following day. I wish I could give this hotel zero stars for such horrible judgement. Will never recommend this hotel, wish I had stayed at Sofitel.

The staff is very friendly and warm. Always attentive to give you help. Very clean facilities and very rich food.

On this occasion, will comment about the restaurant that is in the last floor of the hotel, I recommend it because it is very nice and the service is excellent, very rich desserts, and the best, the impressive panoramic view 360 you will have of Montevideo, I could feast with a delicious snack and making photography of the city, from here you will have some excellent shots of the monumental Palacio Salvo that stands out for its great architecture. Widely preferred.

Hotel 5 stars. One of the best in Montevideo. Located metres from the beginning of the "old town" (old part of Montevideo, with sights of the colonial era) and the beginning of 18 de Julio Avenue and central area of the city.

I will refer to the tearoom on the 25th floor. Refined, cosy and tastefully decorated. Excellent view of Montevideo. Tea buffet with a delicious variety of salty and sweet products. Very good attention.

One of the best hotels in Montevideo. It has excellent facilities, gym, restaurant on the top floor. The lobby is a bridge over the Cologne Street that is well done.

Very good service, a great place to relax, the Hotel has on the 25th floor the Arcadia restaurant with a beautiful view of Montevideo. On the sixth floor is located the spa, as well as a very complete gym a semi-Olympic pool and a track for running. As if this were not enough has casino and rooms are excellent.

Great luxury hotel with a unique relation price quality. All very kind in terms of their customer service. It has a large casino, restaurant on the 25th floor and a bar of ice in the subsoil. All large class. The very spacious rooms with view to the river. Only would have to see some small details.
