It is a wonderful and quiet hotel in a beautiful residential neighborhood.

All in all very cute. Breakfast is spectacular I had the room 4. The only thing that convinced me to look at a party of uruguayan football on the Saturday afternoon was very bad. It was not wing the height of the rest of the hotel.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Located at Stop 9 of La mansa is really what promises a hotel with a very nice park and a spa worth staying, although the heated pool water was not as hot as one would like is surely that one is very demanding. To my taste what takes all the laurels is the private jacuzzi of the room we requested. We really had a good time repeating the experience. Another highlight is the breakfast buffet.

Spectacular we were looking forward to returning a top level attention the heated pool a delight the beautiful park the facilities also highly recommended to go with the family and especially with children since it has a very spacious playroom very complete and with a love dedication on the part of the girls who care for the children.

Excellent service 4 * with a spectacular infrastructure and a breakfast 5 *. The pools with good size both the heated and the open (I went in autumn and I was able to enjoy the 2), the indoor Park super cared, the service very attentive. The room was clean and the bathroom was very clean. I give 4 * because they charge U $ S 10 for the first night of parking. Apart from that one SPECTACULAR detail.

Beautiful place, refined and quiet, unavoidable visit if you come to Punta del Este. A mix of 5-room hotel with art gallery and the warmth of a country hostel. Simply spectacular!

Very nice hotel and excellent service. The room was very comfortable. Full in everything (breakfast, gym, pool). If you do not go to the beach and stay at the hotel there is no possibility to get bored. Would be good to change a bit the living room that have in the background where is the pool table making it more modern. Everything else is great.

Nice and quiet place, an environment very, very, very cute which enables it to go just to enjoy the hotel without leaving. Excellent 3 swimming pools, I recommend going to hot outside for what you saw is the least used and is the one that has more depth. The room very good with all the amenities expected. The breakfast very complete, many options of all kind and always full, not empty nor with the living room complete. The cleaning excellent, everything was very well. To improve the water pressure and the parking should be free. Highly recommended! We will come back!

O Hotel está bem localizado, pois fica a poucas quadras da praia e do comércio local em um bairro residencial. É completo e portanto deve agradar a toda família. O complexo tem quadra, piscina indoor e outdoor, spa e serviços complementares, jardins contemplativos, parquinho, sala de recreação (nas temporadas a agenda de coisas divertidas para os pequenos é bem bacana), sala de leitura… A moçada que presta serviço no Hotel é atenciosa e está pronta em lhe atender. Para tirar uma nota 10 sugiro que eles melhorem o tempo de espera dos pratos, melhorem a vazão da água dos banheiros dos quartos e que as reformas e as repaginadas atinjam todos os quartos do Hotel. No mais vale a pena conhecer.

Breakfast is very varied, besides being very neatly presented. It has a gym and spa. The location is very good and the staff is very friendly. The neighborhood where you are located is very picturesque.

Positive aspects: Excellent location, very nice park and garden with open swimming pools (cold and heated) and heated swimming pool, it works very well the Wi-Fi, good breakfast.
Negative aspects: very small rooms with low maintenance; Horrible bath; Bad service; No parking; Very expensive for the amenities it provides.

Beautiful place and with excellent location, it is ideal to rest and enjoy with family, the attention of the staff is exemplary, a beautiful garden and 3 pools (2 heated) The breakfast is abundant and delicious. It has a parking lot with charge or you can leave the car quietly in the street due to the tranquility of the place, it has a beautiful restaurant next to the pool, playroom for children and spa. Totally recommended.

We were here for the New Year's Eve dinner. 5 people, 995 dollars and no VAT refund. The food very basic and all cold: cold empanadas, vegetables (papa, pumpkin, etc) cold. Almost cold meats already arranged in metal tray, at the most reheated. A disappointment. Never again. Don't go.
