➜ Very cold in winter. The rooms are spacious and poorly heated. Not always in the air-conditioned rooms you can find a remote control. Often, the room with a bathroom stinks sewers.

Spacious and cozy room for only 450 UAH. (without breakfast), for such money the most spacious, which I had to shoot in Sumy. There are many furniture: 2 beds, easily zap in 1 large, 2 bedside tables, a table, which you can eat, a large work desk, 2 cozy large armchairs, a closet tricuspid with a hanger and shelves, a hanger separately for outerwear. And there are several sockets, on all devices suffices. There is a fridge, TV, safe. Bed White (for me it is important), clean, blanket soft, but pillows did not like-feathers, can be a problem for allergy sufferers, and in general in them a heap of "inhabitants" can be. The parking is spacious in the courtyard, the night closes. The room was very well equipped and the breakfast was very poor. Ah, and the water is hot not very hot.
