I liked everything. The pools are clean, the Jacuzzi is true with cleanliness can try harder. Large grounds, great sea view, can be seen on dolphins, enough space despite a large number of holidaymakers.
Friendly staff.

Rooms are great but poor breakfast doesn’t match the overall high quality of the hotel.

Location No Complaints Were on May 1st-bathed in heated pool, Jacuzzi with hot water on the roof, dolphin show, beautiful delicious rooftop restaurant. Very comfortable bed.

I liked the suite with Jacuzzi. Sea view. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast. There is a big parking. A compliment of fruit and champagne. Near the health trail is great for walking. Overall the staff is polite.

The Big minus-it is a locker room, I do not know as in female (there are not allowed), but the male is a premise in 25 square meters in which there are 30 lockers, it the same place for dressing up, it also a prebandnik for a shower. We Were in this hotel in June. The room was clean and the breakfast was excellent. We lacked only a hair conditioner and body lotion in the bathroom accessories. The room was clean and the breakfast was very nice. Only Paid ironing services. Or-Pat at the reception.

Was in the restaurant, not the hotel. Beautiful, beautiful design. The kitchen is TERRIBLE. How can I manage to make duck breast is hard — I don't know. The side dish was just cold — at least in the microwave warmed up. The table was near the bar and access to the kitchen — the constant hubbub of waiters and a discussion of their customers and cooks right in front of customers that is simply not acceptable! And all this despite their prices, as in the best restaurants of the city! They're never going back and would strongly advise friends not to appear there! Disgusting staff!

Any place that has captive animals as an attraction is contributing to cruelty and suffering. These animals are stolen from their families and their habitats and starved and abused to perform for gawking spectators. There are many places in the world where you can unobtrusively witness these majestic animals in their wild habitat and not cause them any harm… Knowing this WHY would you want to participate in such suffering?

Hello, I visited your hotel recently & was very, very disappointed. Please enlighten me as to why you would construct a Dolphin shaped swimming pool for your tourists?, which is of a pretty decent size, yet real Dolphins, who have been STOLEN from the WILD & from their families, are housed next door in a tiny tank?. Do you think this is acceptable? Really?. Just so you are aware, Dolphins swim hundreds of miles every day in the wild. They are highly intelligent animals that are highly sensitive to noise. Do you think that by housing them in a prison cell in highly chlorinated water & feeding them dead fish every day, (once you've starved them first & they've performed for your ignorant guests? ) they are happy?. A Dolphins smile is natures biggest deception. Do you think Dolphins belong in 40 degree heat? With no shade?. Whilst your guests sip cocktails & party by the pool, these poor animals are being subjected to these awful conditions. Shame on you guys. We should be educating people on why we should be protecting these highly intelligent beings. Why don't you offer boat trips to see these INCREDIBLE animals in the wild. In their own habitat. Here you would see what these wonders can really do. A Dolphin in captivity does not represent a real Dolphin. Very disappointed that in this day & age, your hotel & many others choose to imprison what were once wild animals all for humans 'entertainment'. Heartbreaking hence why I'm leaving you guys 1 star.

How anybody can stay in a hotel where they keep dolphins in a swimming pool is beyond me. This is teaching children that captivity is okay, and it is DEFINITELY NOT. It saddens and angers me to see such ignorance to such an intelligent wild animal. Please do your research before staying at this resort. Watch 'the Cove' & 'blackfish' & understand they're suffering for your entertainment.

I was appalled! As a seafarer and diver who is very familiar with wild cetaceans… What I saw you doing to dolphins breaks my heart… This is a totally sick headed thing to do… Please avoid this place until they end this horrible exploitation.

When I lived inside the hotel, as one foreigner, my girlfriend ukraine called service two times in the 6th floor, the service said "ok", but no any action, and think that we are something bad, and said something very uncomfortable for my girlfriend. It's very rude. Very rude. Don't go to there again.

Recently returned family of Nemo. For the first time decided to spend the holidays without leaving Ukraine and have not regretted. Special thanks for the animation, the child was in fact. Very tasty breakfast, which is included in the room rate. Several restaurants on site, as stated on any taste. There are children's menus, as well as European and Japanese dishes, huge selection of moreporduktov, lobsters, oysters, mussels, conch, etc. The room we had a suite, overlooking the sea and a huge Jacuzzi. Service at a level to find fault. And of course, we visited a Delphinarium and even swam with dolphins) If you will get in September will come again, at least for the weekend.

I liked here even more than in Turkey and Egypt! Were last year — so this was even better.
