Clean and cozy hotel in very good location.

The hotel is close to city center, Rynok square. If you are looking for economic and clean place to stay, this place is for you. There is no air conditioner in room. When you open the window, it can be little bit noisy because of the hotel in center. However, if you are tourist and you are not going to stay in room so long, it wont be a problem. Staff is so helpfull and kind. They keep your luggages how long do you want. Yoy can find support 24hours. Really good hotel for economic price.

Three stars is not drawn. Maximum for the title of the apartment in the center. Great location. The sleep is hard because of the receptionist who walks half a night in heels and stands rattling. The rooms are fresh, not bad. Breakfast was good. 00 will otherwise be left without it. And that, it was found out by chance, nobody even warned.

Customer service does not exist in this place. Cleaning lady mistakenly threw away my partner's brace. It took 2 days for the staff to contact her. We simply wanted to get the brace back, but no one was willing to look for it. After 3 days of arguing twice a day, they refused to pay for the new brace, because cleaning ladies should not touch anything than bed and floor and they do not take any responsibility for the guests' personal stuff left in the room (! ). Lack of basic understanding of legal requirements for hotels around the world. Legal action has already been taken against this hotel.

Structure made from a building in the center of the city. Main attractions and locals in the immediate vicinity. Room fully furnished with IKEA furniture, really with great taste, make the room relaxing, cozy and warm. Daily maintenance of the room with great care.

Nice clean and cozy hotel in the heart. Loved the room and its modern style, decent renovation, staff (polite and pleasant), in the room constantly cleaned, location, there is a cooler with water in the hallway, very warm in the room. The room was clean and the breakfast was very good. Also there is a Nyans-hotel is located in a residential building, the sign is not visible, you need to know or guess where the entrance and the way the hotel only partially occupies the house, you need to climb the old Forest passage, which is not very well illuminated in the evening and there is no Lift-on the third or fourth floor to haul a suitcase. But this is only nyansa, the overall impression is still very good, felt itself there not as in the hotel, but as at home, and this is a very good indicator.
