Nice place, perfect staff!

The worst place I have ever stayed in Lviv. It's bad. Audibility, smell, interior, service, contingent, beds, bathroom, that's just everything. It has no right to exist. I stopped here for lack of other options, next time in a similar situation I will lie down on the bench at the station.

I had really unpleasant situation in this hostel with woman who working here. See below. I had a private 2-bad room with key. And in the evening I turned on the hitting in this room to dry some of my closes. In the morning, before go for a walk, I particularly opened the window to make some inhalation of the room. But forget to turn of back the hitting. Later, because of that, when I come back, this woman started to blame and rebuke me for around 2 minutes, without piece of respect. Moreover, as I understood, before I came back she went to my room (which suppose to be private! ) and turned off this hitting by herself. I assumed this, because I do not see any other way to turn off this hitting — I mean outside of the room. Finally, she told me that "now I will be like everybody", i. E. Without warm room. Another thing that you need to know going to that hostel — they do not allow you to take food to your room. The same woman will always police you. Generally, I felt not comfortable in this place because of this woman. But other conditions of the hostel are more or less good.

Returned to the hostel several times. The room was clean.
But the last time was unsuccessful. I don't remember the room (the last room on the Koredoru left). As then explained the administrator or Manager (young man) that they have a spare room and they do not lodge there guests constantly, chtooooo?
! The room was very clean. It's impossible to live.
We moved to a dorm room where the 6 beds are not mistaken. Luckily no one was moved. This room was great!
The woman at the desk performs well her robot.
But the administration has pumped.
Why should junior staff suffer from your shoals?
We did not receive a clear answer and an apology from the administration.
The difference between a double room and a room for 6 persons was not returned.
To sell a number in which it is impossible to live and it is not safe for health only that would earn it abnormally.
P. S. Pre-check-in was called several times to confirm the reservation. And no one girl nor a man said that the number is not the one on which we counted.
You're not coming back.
Administration have a conscience!

Clean hostel. Of 3 lamps in the room, only 1 worked. Difficult to find at night — the entry door only has a small unlit sign. Otherwise ok.

I have been here 4 times, each time I have great experiences :) Here is really cool place, you can feel yourself at home in this lovely hostel, the staff are also friendly and helpful, hope to see you again asap :)

Agreed about the place, called the Manager, who assured that the place has and what will be waiting for us, drove an hour (it was already quite late, about half past nine). And we are told that the place is already occupied.

That was my first experience and it was just great. I like both Coffee and Hollywood home hostels.

+ Normal repairs.
-Room reservation in advance was not available. I. E. It gave the day prior to arrival to other people. My wife and I gave more poor quality, and the difference in money is NOT RETURNED.
