It's a good hostel. Big kitchen. Lots of showers and bathrooms.

Stayed at the night, before flying abroad, in this hostel on the recommendation of friends. Booked through booking for three adults and one child of 11 years. Found it quickly. Despite the "Strøny" entrance the hostel was really very nice, fresh and beautiful. Shoes are left at the entrance. Our room 9 was on the second floor. Chic! The balcony, in the hot morning was cool… Slept great. The hostel has everything you need for a traveler. I recommend to everyone!

I went in that hostel for 2 days and it was a good experience. They booked for me a cheap taxi and it was open at my early arrival (3am). The hostel can look dirty from the outside of the building and the elevator but it is not. They were very helpful! The location is perfect. I recommend this hostel.

I stayed in the Zigzag. Love it. Very comfortable and cozy.

The place is very nice and near of all.

Nice location, good security, well maintained. It is on an upper-level floor, so you have to take the stairs or an elevator to get to the entrance, which can be a problem if the elevator does not work. The microwave is a little old and antiquated. There is a nice pub located to the right as you walk out the door. That seems to be a hangout for a lot of the University students in town.

Nice and clean, friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere. Did get a bit too hot in the room but it was mid summer. Good bar under hostel.

We had lovely 5 days in Zig Zag. It was really incredible. From check-in to check out everyone in this hostel made me and my family feel special and I have enjoyed every moment of it to maximum. Very nice location at the centre of the city. You can find a lot of restaurants, cafes, promenades, shops here at the centre. The rooms are cozy and comfortable. Its always clean inside the hostel. The staff is very helpful and friendly, they try to do their best to make the holiday of the tourists nice and unforgettable. As for some people who are not happy with everything while their staying, they should know that its not a private vip villa or hotel at the Maldives. You share a room with other tourists the same people like you. And Im wondering when people leave bad attitude about really nice places – you should to restart your life from the beginning, to be an optimistic person and find the best moments in the life. You came for a holiday to enjoy but not to be like snobs trying to find something bad that actually doesnt have a place to be indeed.
Overall a fantastic holiday would definitely go back again.

Very nice location! Super staff! Nice and clean hostel! when its hot outside you can hide yourself in well-conditioned clean room.

There was only 2 working showers for over 50 people during our stay, no toilet paper and no soap most of the time and the beds where really uncomfortable, you can feel the springs stick up through the fabric on the mattress. There is no AC or fans in the hostel and most of the staff was very rude and unhelpful. They reached out to us via fb messenger in the middle of the day and asked us to come back to the hostel to change rooms or have them move our stuff or just move other people in and we could pick up our stuff later which to me is just crazy especially since we had asked the night before if we where staying in that room and they confirmed. They also don't provide any keys to the rooms so make sure to rent a locker to put your valuables in since anyone can come and go as they please.

It's really nice place and very clean. Nice attendant that could speak English. Very easy to locate too. The one issue I had was I didn't know that guys and girls were all arranged in the same room. I thought it was seperate. That was the only issue I had. Thanks for having me.

Found on the Internet came we lodged without problems, although seats were in different rooms, eventually ended up in one, nice service, friendly attentive and considerate hostess to CCS, which is good service, assembling the necessary utensils and clean!

One of the best value hostel I have ever seen in my life, and also a very good location! (close to Shevenko park and University and close to center : Kryshatik — Maidan). Super friendly and helpful staff in sometimes difficult circumstances,,, always ready to help in a very efficient manner. Very nice kitchen and shower, rooms in excellent condition. Clean place. I met tons of super people from around the world with whom I am still in contact! I would highly recommend this hostel to anyone visiting Kiev short term or long term!

The best hostel in town, definitely!

From friends learned at this hostel. Very conveniently located in the center of Kiev. When you enter you meet a very nice and funny girls! ) ) Prices are low, and conditions with 5 stars! Everywhere very clean and tidy. Will definitely stay there once again! ) ).

I was staying there for short time but I can say for sure that I would come back here! It is very modern and fresh place with very king and beautiful staff. They help you in every question you need. Also the facilities of the hostel satisfied me for 100% (comparing with others where I've been before). I would recommend this place to people who want to stay in the center city and pay not too much.
