I love Dream Hostel Kyiv. ❤️ Thank you for everything. The location is very good, the workers are friendly and helpful. In addition, the hostel is very clean and tidy.

Really nice staff, good prices, clean and cozy. For a few nights it s good considering that is near to city center.

Truly it became my Dream House in Kiev during my 3 nights stay. Ideally located at the deep heart of the city, many things were within walking distance. Oh the kind and helpful staffs were the best above all. I loved its cafe Druzy full of energy and global fellowship. Where on earth can I get this kinda service withsuch low budget? I just thank for everything!

I recommend this hostel. Stayed here for fem nights in nov 2018, friendly staff, helped me all the time to book taxis with very good price. Nice bar where locals also hang out. Located very central.

Great location just at the edge of podil, near a major street with many restaurants and bars and a 24h supermarket, and a beautiful 25 min walk up past St Andrews and St Michael's. Great sized rooms and bathrooms and really affordable rates. Even has its own cafe/restaurant with okay prices. On top of all that, the staff were lovely and very helpful. So why only 3 stars? Bedbugs. I felt like if just rolled around in a psych of piston Ivy the night before when I woke up every morning and saw them crawling around and promptly squished them twice. By the looks of it, they seemed young, so were potentially brought by the traveler who occupied that bed before me, but overall made for a really unpleasant sleep experience during my stay. (Stayed in 8-person girls dorm for 5 nights)

It's a good hostel. Very well located, nice people and clean. Although it's not expensive, it's not the cheapest but probably worth.

Great hostel to stay at. The staff is the best. Rooms are great, beds are great too. Easy to get to the metro, stores and bars. Safe area.

Top Location. 24h supermarket nearby. Staff are really awesome and helpful. Common rooms and dorms are very tidy.

Pros: -Staff is very friendly -Pub crawl was fun, and the girl that lead it Anastasia was great Cons: -There are people who live in the hostel. In my room there was some guy who apparently had been living there for a long time and took up all the room by using all the chairs, the entire table, and even had a clothes rack. He had pizza boxes and food everywhere. He was so rude too. -There definitely should be a time limit on people staying to prevent people like this -The bathrooms were absolutely filthy every morning. I don’t understand why they don’t clean them in the evening so they are clean when people use them in the morning. -Location is a bit far from city center. -Older location; Lviv is better because of its location and it’s brand new.

I liked it. Cleanliness, comfort, location is just a bomb! Some words of gratitude to the administrator Tatiana for the responsiveness and excellent excursion route.

Situated in Old Town Kiev this hostel is near many historical monuments and churches. It is also located in an area that allows you to find a number of great restaurants and a wonderful supermarket. My favorite eatery was the Liev Chocolate Factory. (Properly spelled) where I had two chocolate Sunday’s. Burp!

Even though the workers seemed nice and overall place looked cozy and modern, I cannot call my stay a good one. Me and two other guests of the dorm got cash stolen from the rented lockers. Personal did call the police but since it's cash there were no chance to find anything so we just left on the next day. The policemen commented that the hostels' lockers are really poor and can be easily opened with just scissors.

Great overall place with wonderful girls at the reception. There is a place where to wait for settlement or to pass time after eviction. You can leave things in the locker room. There are lockers. There are different accommodation options, ranging from a room for 1 person and up to 8 people. Nearby "Silo" and Metro, as well as "Puzata Hata" and working on weekends until 6 am "Celentano".

I love this hostel. Everything is clean, the staff is cool and to be in such a gorgeous place! Be sure to stay with you and recommend everything to everyone!

On work was on a business trip in Ukraine in the city of Kiev, very pleasantly was in this hostel, all clean, bed pleasantly smelled, very fast internet and pleasant staff.

Best hostel in Europe! We stayed 2 nights in a private room and it was worth the extra money as the bathroom was fitted better than most hotels. Our stay felt luxurious. Reception was super friendly and helpful with everything. Having the Druzi cafe with amazing food and games was icing on the caramel apple cake that you should try!

The hotel is excellent with polyglots knowing English French German and so on. The staff is kind and helpful. The rooms are excellent. But in the 42 room the most excellent view of the abandoned building:D But it doesn't matter.

Stayed there three times, one of them is after going from one horrible hostel. After flew there for 150 hryvnia and escaped, night only in the checked places, and the network dream Hostel is such a place-always clean bed and adequate guests.

Amazing place, with amazing people and staff. Very clean and tidy. Food in the cafe was great. Highly recommended.

Great location and awesome people, however bathroom and rooms were not maintained very well. If your expectations match the price you will not be disappointed, would stay here again! The adjoining cafe Druzi was nice!

I'm very sad to say that this will be my last day at Dream House Hostel. I've been staying here the past three weeks and I have only positive things to say. The people who work here are all amazing — the customer service here is like what you'd get at a fancy hotel. It's a pretty building both inside and out and well-maintained. The beds are very long and the mattresses are comfy. The location is perfect, in the historic downtown five minutes from the metro, and only two minutes from a supermarket/currency exchange. For $7/night, staying here might be the best value I've ever gotten for my money.

I don't share the same enthusiasm as other reviewers, clearly we must have different expectations when it comes to hostels. I stayed for four nights, so I was able to get a pretty good feel for the place. So the good parts first. Staff is really helpful and speaks good English. Location is not bad, even though it might look a bit off when looking at the map if you're not familiar with the city. Showers were hot. Security was satisfactory. However, there were quite a few things that bothered me, some of which would be easily prevented. Two of the days the bathroom was out of hand soap, the other day they're out of toilet paper. It's not particularly clean. Bathroom sinks were disgusting a couple of times, rooms could definitely be cleaned better. The bedsheets are to small for the bed, so it doesn't cover the mattress completely. Beds are squeaky. There's no shelf to put your phone and there's a gap between the bunk beds security railing, which makes your things fall down easily. But the major problem was the lack of proper ventilation, the rooms are extremely humid and oxygen deprived, making it very hard to sleep. Overall I find it hard to recommend this place, but maybe this is as good as it gets for hostels in Kiev.

A lot of foreign tourists. That's a plus. Clean neatly politely.

The most in the hostel where I've ever been.

This is the best hostel there is in Kiev. The location is spite and the hostel is modern. Outside there is a smoking area, which is also a meeting place in the evening. I liked the meeting as long as I wasn't lying in bed because then it was disruptive. The rooms are modern and well equipped, there is also a spint. Unfortunately, there were too few toilets, which caused the toilets to be dirty very quickly, so there are only four stars. In the hostel is at the same time the Druzi Cafe by being able to have breakfast, MI-day or dinner. In the evening you can celebrate there.

Great location decent atmosphere. Think Ukraine itself is still educating on the backpacking scene. Bit formal staff wise but does attract a great crow. Stayed 6 nights v.

Great location, friendly staff with good English. Modern clean facilities. Dorm prices are cheap, private rooms are less fairly priced, better to book in advance. The restaurant in the same building is good, nice to have that so close. Downside is walls are thin and this place is very busy and thus noisy. Even in a private room you hear the hallway music until 23:00 and at 7 in the morning people start slamming doors are hauling luggage. The dorms are worse probably, sounded like a lot of people had trouble sleeping there. Bring good earplugs or book private rooms well in advance!

Staff are very helpful, arranged a pick up from the airport and for us to be dropped off too. The location is perfect, right in the middle of a popular/ trendy district and has all amenties close by. We had a private room with ourown bathroom and it was all spotless and really clean. The hostel also appeared to be clean throughout. Would definitely stay again!

I instantly knew that I would enjoy my stay when the manager checked me in, she is so kind and polite. I even ended up extending my stay a couple of extra nights because I enjoyed the hostel so much. The hostel is nice and clean however I noticed that the people who stayed tended to be in the older crowd (I was always the youngest in my rooms) so it was difficult as a solo traveler to meet others in the hostel itself as no one really used the nice common room. It's about a 25 minute walk away from the main square area or a short 2 stop metro ride. There's also a cafe with delicious food located inside the hostel which is great for sitting alone or with friends. I definitely would stay here again.

This hostel is perfectly located in the super cool area and old town of Kiev. It's in a beautiful courtyard located close to all the main attractions in the city. Most are walkable but you can also rent a bicycle here at the reception that have some cool bikes to traverse the city. This is truly a lux hostel that has a bar and restaurant. Cool decor and and even cooler staff. Always happy to help and organise trips and taxis around the city.

That same feeling when I spent a lot of money, gathered a ton of documents and in two years (TWO YEARS, Carl! ) the proud holder of a residence permit in Ukraine, and the hostel refuse to move in. Because in the Dream house this document why-that is not an identity document.

Our room was very noisy and the bathroom needs a renovation.

Here everything is at a good level, the experience they have is great, as they are not the first year there. Our stay here was short enough but enjoyable. Prices for accommodation are quite attributable, they are not overpriced, so you can safely afford. There are all conditions of convenience, in the room all clean and there are no broken pieces of furniture. The overall satisfaction.

The place looks good. However the staff is mysterious. The tube does not take. Have to painfully and wait. When you ask how to go to settle and then come-there are no available rooms. The staff were very friendly and performing.

We stayed in this hostel for 5 nights with my girlfriend. Two weeks ago came to visit relatives and have a great time in the city. The room was clean and comfortable. Dream House Hostel made us fully satisfied. Although in the hotel we did not spend so much time, but paid attention to the very good work of the staff, to the good and polite treatment of customers. Everyone was very friendly, we loved it. The room itself is just great, cool interior, our room we loved, especially the big bed. In general we are happy that we stayed here.

Best hostel in Kiev. Location is great and there is a nice trendy cafe outside. Beds are a little squeeky but it is mansgable. The staff at the front is amazing as well.

Great hostel. Pleasant service, clean room. Every time I come to Kiev to stay there. Advise.

İt was great experience to stay here. We were two and took whole room with 6 bed and it was still cheaper than any otel. Also there is regular events like "beer night" which helps to meet up with other travellers and even locals to chat with. It's also located in good position in downtown so you can reach art galleries, restaurants, river and public transportation. It was just 15 min away to funicular with walking. They have shared showers and bathrooms but they are clean and well organised. Rooms are like every other hostel in europe.

The best hostel in Kiev and throughout Ukraine! No competitors!

At the moment the hostel depends on the previous reputation and refugees. Yes and cafe "Friends" is far from being that. Some Arabs, some Pakistanis, some not the first freshness prostitutes, pours alcohol under the table with the tacit consent of hysterical blonde bartender. I remember there was a petite girl from Crimea who held the staff in their small, but iron hands. At the moment she must be resigned, the consequences of which everyone can see with the naked eye. Sorry, great, when that was the place.

Just wonderful hostel. A very unusual atmosphere, at the entrance you will meet a beautiful girl that you will be greeted kindly. Common room for guests has a very beautiful interior, the room has table football, free laptops for visitors. Also in the hostel there is a cafe where there is a selection of Board games.

Liked the girls at reception.

The hostel, although it is not in the Center is located in an area with a lot of life, many options nearby to go to drink and very close to the metro. Walking is comes to the Centre in about 20 minutes.
The rooms are very spacious and each has bathroom inside, with what you share with your roommates.
Have activities every day of the week for the guests and are very friendly.
In the same building there is a café where you can have dinner or breakfast, is filled with young Ukrainians so it sometimes can be difficult find site.
In the rooms there are lockers if you want to save your stuff, both the key and the towel going with a deposit.

Stunning hostel! Very cozy, cheerful and clean. Rare: MANY toilets and showers. And a very big bonus-courtyard with benches and tables. Food in Kiev for the third time and just go there.

The hostel itself was not, but at the bottom of a very atmospheric place, liked it. A place where the best zavalivat′sâ with friends — play games, eat and drink. Branded beer simply class.
