One of the best hotels in Kyiv! Service is at the top level, rooms — spacious (Hyatt standard :) ). Location in the very center of the city and literally next to two old monasteries was once challenged by locals, but nowdays became very much accepted. Very well appointed SPA with wide choice of treatments.

Hyatt hotel is classy and sophisticated yet I feel like I met all the staff in another life because they are so warm.

I was pretty much surprised by their manner to add aroma at the entrance; not everybody likes such scent. Otherwise, it’s modern and light. Wonderful view from the top.

In general a nice Hotel Every time was good in the past. But this stay was a very bad Service from the Front Desk. Normally I can give 5 stars, but for this service only 2 Stars. Sorry.

I stayed here for a couple of days. The room and the bed was very comfortable. Centrally located near St. Sofia Cathedral. I wish the breakfast spread was a bit better. On two nights I had dinner here. Disappointing menu options and very poor service. As a hotel, offers great stay.

I attended the events taken place there. Main hall, elevators, and meeting rooms are quite good — modern, spacious, but cozy.

Best breakfast in Europe! Nice rooms and a great gym. Very very nice.

Expensive, high-quality, convenient. Great place to stay foreigners because the price tag for them is good, and the location will make it convenient to walk around the city. The kitchen in the restaurant is a distinct compliment.

Isn't it embarrassing for managers to steal bonus points from cards? For all the time spent a lot of money in your hotel and the second time already stealing free accruals in the form of bonuses! No words, did not expect. Petty manager who ordered to steal my bonuses, thought once do not use means do not need, just no words.
P. S. Who has bonuses advise to spend at once, spent about 250 to DOL. For all time.

Aside from price, this hotel had it all, from excellent staff, to perfect location, to rooms that you might not want to leave because of the awesomeness of the towels, bathrobe, and luxurious bathtub. But do go for a walk because just a few minutes down the block are some of Kiev's best bars, pubs, and restaurants!

I believe that the hotel is very good, but who gave permission to build such a building on Sophia Square-it's a good question to the city authorities.
Would be Merom-the first order would oblige the management of the hotel to reconstruct the exterior façade to fit in the architectural ensemble.

Situated in the middle of all the best of Kiev, the hotel offer in itself a modern environment with consiege and house keeping service on English language. This was a plus for me. I did spend an amazing 5 days holiday with family. Child friendly space and baby cud offer. the cuisine Asian grill offer home made of everything with a tasty meal and breakfast of luxury. there is nothing negative to say except maybe that I did struggle to use my card of the lift. Lol worth every penny/ 350 pounds per night.

You can sleep in the beds, bathe in the bathroom and there is also breakfast. Even with drinks. Fahrstuehle and Doors work flawlessly.

Several countries have stayed in the Hyatt chain. But in Kiev did not let the child to the toilet. Winter, a child of 2 years, she needs to completely remove the jumpsuit and toilets for her is not suitable.
Booked a trip to this hotel chain in February to Dubai but now cancel. Boory attitude. I will never use this hotel chain Again.

The staff is phenomenal. They are so very kind and accommodating. They recognize me when I come in every week and even noted that I like oranges and proceeded to leave complimentary oranges and juice in the room. The locale is great right next to the Monasteries and a 5 minute walk from Maidan. The food, hot tub, pool, massage parlor, and showers are amazing. Highest mark though must go to the staff at the front desk as they are always so welcoming and kind. Great job!

Great Place. Aesthetically pleasing. The Lobby is spacious. Good food. For business meetings and just relax and work in a relaxing atmosphere.

Pleasant hotel in a quiet location. Unfortunately, the bed was a bit uncomfortable — I woke up every day with back pain.
The staff and especially the concierge must be extremely praised at this point.
The concierge has always given the best tips — even by phone during his break.

Very good service. Its cosmetic products in the Spa range. Includes pool and gym, they are awesome and then you can "sour" on the day. Perfect in the rain. The rooms are of the highest quality, which is nice. The cuisine is delicious, especially the sashimi and all Asian cuisine. The only negative — are long.

Second time here and this is the only hotel I will stay at while on business in Kiev. Great staff, modern well appointed rooms, good gym and spa, great location and a pool. Good value for the price and very service oriented to the business traveler.

The food, location, service. All is just 5 star. They have a great Sunday brunch. For 750 hrivna, all you can eat from 12:30 — 17:00 Be sure to do a work out Sunday morning. Because after the Brunch you cannot do anything anymore.

There is a cafe on an upper balcony here with supposedly international service standards. Anyway the view is unequalled and they serve some nice goodies. Of course you don't have to be a guest to enjoy it. Recommended….
