The hotel is gorgeous! I liked everything from the moment of settlement to the eviction. The room is clean, insanely comfortable, has everything you need. A Great place five minutes from the old town, the city park. Clean and comfortable. It is chosen by vacationers from abroad. Not a budget place. But with the feeding is not very. The Breakfasts are quite monotonous. Complex dinners too. About the staff only the nicest reviews!

When I guide people from other countries, like today from Canada, when it's you want to escape and air conditioner here helps) menu in English language is available. Staff is friendly and if you want to make changes to dishes, like no mayonnaise, I had no problems with that. Who'd like to taste Mediterranean cuisine — welcome) dishes to any taste.

The Attic room is small and not comfortable due to the bevel of the roof. The location is very good and the UDARJAESHSJA is in the middle of the old town.

Reikartz surprised, wanted to relax and have a tasty meal. But the waiter in the menu is not oriented, the kitchen-a complete failure, the pike perch fillets were cooked for more than an hour, and when they filed this rubber dried dish in breadcrumbs breadcrumbs, the mood was completely spoiled. Came in the evening-pizza rubber as if bought in the store and reheated in microwave.
Borscht is not delicious, recipe is far from the one that it actually is.
But the most unpleasant this glass on the couch. Someone before we broke a glass and shards got on the sofa. Probably with backgrounds running, but sofa shards retains. On the couch I hit a piece of glass by hand. Lucky that not pressing harder, otherwise the cut would be the Palm completely. The waiter responded extremely unclear. He took the glass and ran away without a Word. When we were leaving we checked sofa in more detail and found several large shards. I left a note to the staff. Apologies, I hadn't heard of, and I do not want to listen to the apology. I want comfort and safety.

Beautiful, spacious, impecable room. Congenial, attentive, responsive front desk and housekeeping services. Breakfast more than sufficient in quality and diversity. This, in my opinion, is a five star hotel. I hated to leave.
