About the hotel not say. But the restaurant is great. Very tasty mushroom soup, banosh, meat dishes. The prices are moderate. I recommend to eat here.

Normal insulation, warm, comfortable. Lots of Parking, gazebo with barbecue. Across cash passes, supermarket and 1st lift. Arch-convenient location.

The hotel is a second time and the second time the sink is clogged. Good food. The sauna is cold. In the evening there is no warm water.

Terrible service.
Take simultaneously on the same time of reservation with prepayment to the sauna. We spoiled the evening, and when trying to find out the situation inadequate administrator Elena (with a strong accent) without stopping repeating the same thing, even without giving the guests to speak. Apologies no one thought we'd ask. The most hospitable hotel worker is a cockroach who is running in the hallway. It's a creepy place.

For 5 years in a row we go to bukovel with friends, more unfriendly and hamovoty staff have not yet met. If you have any respect for yourself-do not advise this place. December, 2017

A restaurant is beyond praise, 5 points. The portions are huge, everything is fresh and tasty. Cossack dish — I recommend the meat-eaters. The hotel itself is — well, clean … General and all. The lining inside under the frame, well that… I'm not a fan. The staff is courteous and polite. Your rental pretty fresh ski.

Really liked the Villa — close to the ski lift R1, friendly staff, neat new rooms, cleaning every day. Conveniently, there is a drying room for equipment. The only caveat — the soundproofing in the rooms is practically nonexistent:)
A huge plus is the restaurant! Very delicious (especially the mushroom soup! ) and the prices are nice. Excellent value for the price=quality, happy to come again.

Very warm hotel. The staff is friendly. The sound insulation is poor. The conversations in the neighboring rooms very well heard. Clean rooms, no bad odors. The bathroom floor heating. Villa in 5 floors, and if You are not willing to walk the stairs up and down, then book the lower floors. On each floor there is a cooler with water. Has its own restaurant with normal prices for food, but not all the food is delicious. Mushroom soup and potato pancakes — delicious! But Breakfast is not tasty. In the Villa very nice, clean sauna.

It's okay Close to ski elevator Breakfasts are okay, but with no alternatives. Bed sheets are bad and too synthetic, don't change it to a better ones even if you ask them. There is a drink water on each floor. Stuff is good, smiles a lot, but doesn't pay attention to your remarks. Overall experience is okay, but not the best or good.

Already not the 1st year and the rest in Bukovel is nothing to compare in terms of hotel accommodation. And to open the winter season is decided at this hotel in order to try. Good location, a few minutes from the ski lift 1R, has its own Parking and a large yard. All in wood, very warm, sometimes even hot, clean, spacious and comfortable rooms. Very large and comfortable room for drying ski equipment. ON each floor standing boiler with water… you can drink whenever you want. Actually, the hotel I liked very much around. BUT other than the food in the restaurant… Approach to Breakfast which they include in the price — terrible… No, the food was quite edible, but the approach to very strange and not comfortable. You will eat what you make and nothing more… there is no choice, variety, too, if you want more — pay… Well, sorry guys well, it's no good. You need atleast a minimum of 5 different dishes which people can choose, usually in hotels this is done for the day before Breakfast… to have an idea of what to cook and how, ideally, the buffet of course. So zavtremu very disappointed with Villa Victoria… went to eat in other places.
