The interior is very nice, very cozy… the Rooms are decent, however air conditioning is not very… the Buffet is excellent, and the Lunches and dinners (not to my taste, but this is my personal opinion) — too large portions, and did not like that take out dishes at a time — salad, first course, second course, dessert (but this stuff), super bar, and the bartender actually a great guy. In General an excellent 4 out of 5.

A hotel that tries to make a non-existent level look. At first you are greeted by friendly administrators and a simple but neat hall. Then they call not the cheapest cost of living and you expect that inside you waiting for a really good hotel. But the metamorphosis begins. The hotel is close to the busy roadway from 5 a. M. To 11 p. M. Outside the window rumbling trams and city transport, sleeping without good takers will be problematic. There are no problems with heating in the hotel, in the rooms in winter it is warm, in the bathroom floors with electric heating. There are air conditioners for the summer season. Looks very pathetic inside. On the second floor and partly at the reception it stinks of cigarette smoke, as on the second floor smoke in an airtight room, smoke from it disperses down the corridor, rooms. The hotel has a tiny gym with a tennis table, a pair of gyms, dumbbells and bicycles. The breakfasts are very good. Breakfast is omelets, meat, fish, slicing, vegetables, musings, pastries, tea and coffee. In the rooms either forget to clean or clean mediocrely, forget to take out the garbage and sometimes forget to bring water, clean towels, shampoo, etc.

Was in this room on a business trip. The room is standard but very modern. The furniture is new, the bathroom is all in the tiles nothing where everything falls off in its place. Compliment from the hotel, black tea, green and coffee. They bring it every day. Free water 0, 5 and slippers disposable. Breakfast is included in the room price, hearty for all tastes. The hotel is located near the railway and bus station, I have windows overlooking the bus station and the road, but to say that it is very noisy at night can not. In general, I recommend unequivocally, much better than the hotel in Kiev "Rus"

A very pleasant experience from the hotel! There is a fenced private car park with security cameras and hotel security windows overlook it! I didn't have to worry about the car at all.
The hotel has a luxurious interior and has a lively corner! Immediately the first impression left the girls with the reception their operational work and very pleasant appearance!
The food in the restaurant is delicious and surprisingly not expensive! I advise everyone to try their signature salad Abri of shrimp, chicken and eggs, seasoned with some very delicious sauce!
The room has everything you need and is very pleased that the room has a coffee machine! And if in the evening you want to warm up already in the room then you do not need to go down to the restaurant or lounge bar for coffee, and you can do just in the room!
The hotel has a lovely lounge bar, which is all done in a luxurious interior, plays quiet background music and was not ashamed to invite a business partner to a meeting in the Hotel!
In general, the whole hotel for 3 days of stay in it left the best impressions!

But there is one thing but because of which I put such a low rating:
So-called "night Butterflies" are simply kišat with the faces of not Russian appearance. I was frankly scared, as it was all happening on my floor.
If you do so and you are aware of it, and you are aware, so the next day stopped me with a friend (we arrived after 12.00 to leave, and a friend saw off) with the interrogated who we are and where. Can it cost to settle guests and this kind of "entertainment on different floors?
In general, this circumstance very marred the stay in this hotel.

1. Upon arrival, a free drink voucher was issued, which can be enjoyed at the bar until 23:00. In 22:30 they said that the bartender had left an hour earlier, and there would be no drink. Also surprised-is the bartender has no right to leave earlier?
2. Security at the entrance was not allowed to park the car near the central entrance, trying to send to the backyard.
3. At the entrance stands a hefty guard and blocking the entrance. To enter, he must be constantly bypassed, and he does not think to move. The request to depart was very surprised.
The breakfast was very tasty. I asked the waiter what to take. He advised with a fork. I asked to put the forks. Nobody did anything.

6. A large heater for tea never boiled water, so the bartender boiled water for tea in a terrible electric kettle.
7. Breakfast began in 8:00 and the bread was taken in 8:40. This is when the breakfast price is included in the price of the room, but we came to breakfast with our friend and paid 120 UAH. From a man. For 120 UAH is not too bad?
8. The guard to us very kindly told the Odessa anecdote about Moldovans and Jews-type in Odessa WC with letters M and J. As a Jew just shocked, as well as my friend with Moldovan roots.

Friendly staff, even the security! Clean, pleasant interior and the atmosphere is cozy. Bartender well done!

On October 12 — 13, 2017 there was no heating, and air conditioner was blowing cold air. As the outside temperature was at night 8 — 10 and during the day up to max 16 centigrade, the room temperature was between 16 — 17 centigrade both in room and in conference/meeting rooms. Very inconvenient — I caught heavy cold and am still sick. Really unacceptable for a 4 stars hotel. You can't save money on the cost of health of your guests! Otherwise the hotel is OK, food and coffee very good. And only two rather small elevators which is not sufficient when there are conferences and larger group meetings.
