The best destination in Kigezi Region, rich with a 5 Minute walk to the Gorilla Trekking gates for all the Gorilla Families, Perfect view of the Canopous Impenetrable forests, Decent accommodation, Ample Packing Space, Delicious Food and Wi-Fi.

Great location and friendly staff. Food is decent and you’re only 5 minutes from the gorilla trekking start point by car. Wi-fi and power is via generator because of the remote location. It’s a little like camping which is in the name. Loved listening to the local school singing across the valley in the morning. Coffee isn’t as good as in Rwanda though.
