Do not recommend. This was the low point of our visit to Uganda. The location and general appearance of the place are nice but the service and accommodations were seriously lacking compared to everywhere else we have been. First, we were not given any information when we arrived. We were lead to a room that did not match our requests (one double bed) and was far from the main accommodations. There were clearly many more rooms available. The cottage was very dirty and had broken lights and furniture as well as a garbage dump in front of our porch area. We are easy no frills travelers but we were very uncomfortable. When we asked to change rooms the receptionist was kind and helped us, however one of the workers began to harass us. He followed us around and would not leave us alone when we asked. Even the following day we would frequently see him outside our room staring at us. We were excited to have some menu items to choose from in the restaurant but half of the food we ordered was inedible. Our tour company paid for everything upfront but we were asked repeatedly to pay more. The staff was very disorganized and there was no communication between them. At one point some seemingly high profile clients entered the restaurant and our order of French fries was cast aside and took 45 minutes to receive. We were using binoculars to look at birds while we waited and an armed guard accused us of taking photos (? ) and stood over us watching without any explanation.
Very nice, sitted on the shores of lake Bunyonyi. Great meals.

First, they didn't found our booking and they were overbooked. Finally they found a room for us. It was a very bad, small, smelly and dirty room. The dinner we had was good and also the location. Wouldn't recommend it.
