Do not recommend No air con as advertised in booking Staff useless customer service useless.

Great weekend at weetwood hall for my friends hen do. Hotel staff were super helpful and couldn’t do enough for us! Thank you.

I have been fined £100 for parking in a dark and dangerous and poorly lit car park at Weetwood Hall — for 11 MINUTES! Worse — the hotel team have completely absolved themselves of any responsibility saying it isn’t their problem even though the only way to NOT get a £100 fine is to go into their hotel…. Something that is too dangerous to do if you are a lone female. Come off it Weetwood Hall this is absolutely despicable cynical slopey shouldered nonsense.

The security measures for the current pandemic are outstanding, the staff are wonderful, the room we had was amazing and the breakfast was superb. I couldn't fault it.

We came with our little boy and had lunch. It was superb. The staff were friendly and attentive and the manager Carl was lovely with our son. We will be back soon. Thank you for a lovely lunch.

Very comfy room; delicious dinner and excellent wine in the Convive restaurant; friendly staff. Ideal place to stay as it is the collection point for the Emmerdale tour. Would definitely recommend.

Room is functional but very nice, food is great. Had a room upgrade given and a bowl of fruit which was well received. Best of all the staff are extremely pleasant and polite. What a nice change! Will come again.

Food and customer service has really gone downhill over the last couple of years. Long wait for food and very disappointing when it arrives.

Would recommend for event — wedding/birthdays/celebrations. Beautiful grounds staff are very friendly and accommodating but rooms need updating and beds are old and small doubles it's ok for 1 night.

What an absolutely fantastic hotel! We stayed for one night and the standard room was out of this world, would definitely recommend to anyone! Also the restaurant was to high standard and not to expensive and the morning breakfast was to die for! Will definitely coming back! Well one to all the staff!

All well appointed and the staff pleasant However the basic failure to make a sandwich with fresh bread, rather than stale suggests a wanton lack of care to the end customer.

Lovely place to stay. Easy access to Leeds airport.

Stayed here overnight while our home was being renovated not far away and had a great night and filling breakfast. Don’t usually stay in a hotel 3.5 miles away from home, but if we have to, we would certainly stay here again. Nothing too much. Needed extra towels — done. Needed bottled water — done. More 5* than 4

I got married here yesterday. The staff have been truly amazing, every single person I encountered were so helpful and immediately got things sorted. Mine and my Husbands room was truly beautiful. Weetwood have the best staff an amazing selection of drinks and the food is so nice and enjoyable. I would recommend for any big days as I wanted for nothing they did so well.

Says it’s dog friendly, Well its not. No dog bed, no fridge for he’s food can’t even give him fresh water as it smells like chlorine. No dog bowls. No wash facilities to wash him down from a walk.
We are on the other side of the hotel that if he needs a wee he has a long walk to go It dose not sound a lot but I have had to pay £15 a night extra for him and not getting anything for it. … I mentioned to a member of staff that the bed is uncomfortable and all they said was a lot of people say that. So I have gone out and got an air bed to sleep on. The kettle was unsafe to use at the wires where exposed.

I had my wedding here on Saturday and my husband and I cannot say enough good things about our day. The service, staff, setting and attention to detail were faultless. They made our day and our stay so amazing and memorable, we cannot thank them enough. If you are thinking of coming here for an event, conference or a break away you will not be disappointed we would recommend weetwood to anyone. Thank you all.

I am not sure if it was just a one off but 4 of us came for an Afternoon tea on a Groupon deal so I think we probably got an inferior offer. The sandwiches were few in number and had started to dry out. There was a tiny cup of something liquid but when I asked what it was, the waiter didn't know. All 4 of us left it as it was tasteless. There was also 3 halves of cherry tomato with the tiniest piece of cheese I have ever seen. No pastry as some of your reviews mention. The cakes were ok but no panacotta just jelly with berries on which again all 4 of us left. And when do you have afternoon tea without any tea? In conclusion, I think we may have arrived at a busy period as staff could be heard complaining, and it smelt like the waiter who served us had just been out for a fag break. But we didn't expect too much as it was a Groupon offer but previous reviews state that they got a better deal than we did. Disappointing as the hotel was lovely and would have liked to sit outside to enjoy the fabulous weather on Sunday 24th June but was informed that was not allowed either. The positive was that the waiter who served our drinks before we went in to tea was excellent.

I have today returned from a 3 night stay and would recommend it to anyone. Just a few things that could make a stay a little better. The Stables pub is lovely BUT you really need to have more staff behind the bar. Dave and Antonio do their best but can only do so much. The pub was busy probably due to the amazing weather but also due to wedding parties using the pub to purchase cheaper drinks than the hotel bar. It's a shame that you literally have to queue out of the pub to wait 20 minutes to be served.
The other thing I would suggest is that at breakfast a lot of things ran out ie bread and orange juice. These were replaced quickly once asked for but I would have thought that the staff should have been checking. Also if we wanted tea and coffee we literally had to wave at staff to get one. I think it would be much better if the tea and coffee were on a table and we could help ourselves. Like I say these issues would not prevent us from staying again but are suggestions to make things run a little smoother.

Arrived here for our 1 night stay, on arrival it looked very busy, there was a wedding, but we checked in with a lovely friendly lady, who told us where our room was and where to get our breakfast from the next morning. We went to our room which was lovely and clean, had a kettle with tea and coffee, biscuits and bottled water. We were later going on the emmerdale village tour so decided to book a table at the stables pub for 7.30pm after our tour. We arrived at the pub at 7.30pm our table was ready we sat and looked at the menu, went to the bar to order food, and was told we couldn't order food for another 20 mins as they had to get down the other orders first, so sat back down, 5 mins later the same man was taking orders from a family that had sat down after us, we ordered our food and waited a hour for some wraps and a burger the food was poor, the service was poor. It was a shame as the hotel was lovely but the stables pub is a big let it down for this hotel.
