We found this place through Booking. Com. It is located in a very run down area named Holbeck in Leeds. When we arrived, we were quite shocked to find it looked like a boarded up, shop like property. On entering what we found was even worse! There was about eight thuggish looking people sat in the lounge area and all were doing cocaine, there was also drug paraphernalia on the table. There was rubbish on the floors and under the sofas, the carpet was filthy and had not been vacuumed. The bedroom had cheap, thin mattresses and dirty bedding covered in stains and hairs. We decided we were not going to stay there. We went outside and found 2 guys exchanging drugs, there was a couple of sex workers walking up and down the alley and in the church yard there were people injecting drugs. So not the most desirable location or place to stay.
