Breakfast is the best breakfast I had in a long time I use hotels all the time with work cracking breakfast and lovely hotel.

Highly recommend Staff are lovely and friendly & very helpful.

We stayed at the hotel with a tour with national holidays it was the worst hotel we have ever stayed in outside our room was a dumping ground for dirty linens pots pizza boxes and rubbish bags. The evening meal was chaotic, the staff who nothing about hygiene were walking about with meals asking who had ordered what meal so by the time it arrived it was cold and to top it all they ran out of meats. Early evenings was impossible to get in the lift as it was overtaken by children with there toys and parents with prams who were refugees we were not told about the situation before and my husband has had to shield in the pandemic and we don’t even know if these visitors have had there vacations no manager was available to ask questions absolutely shocking this hotel is. It is certainly NOT a place to stay.

Went to a wedding lovely place and nice staff but 1 man running the bar with about 150 guests is not enough, 2 pints was £10 then £9.20 then £9.20 then £10 baffling and it was terrible beer if you wanted lager and a bitter you had to go to 2 different bars!

So good to be back in hotels and after a days work it’s nice to relax and enjoy some good food. Literally the best steak I’ve had in a year!

Stayed in this hotel for two weeks as our house was undergoing building work. As a kidney Peritoneal dialysis patient it was important I could stay somewhere else during the work and I could not have chosen a better place to stay! The rate was good, the bedroom spotlessly clean, breakfast quality fabulous and plentiful and the service second-to-none. Thanks so much for having me, I can’t wait to return.

Felt safe, re c. Virus. Room sterilized cutlery in special wrappers. Just overall felt hotel was doing its best to keep people safe.

Went for afternoon tea on Friday with my family and it was fantastic. The hotel was clean, the staff were very attentive, the food was beautiful and nothing was too much trouble. All precautions had been taken to make us feel safe. I will definitely be recommending to all my friends and will be back again very soon.

Horrendous customer service. Been chasing a refund for three weeks for an event that never happened & just keep getting ignored!

Great service and atmosphere.

Fantastic staff, nothing too much trouble, Sana at the bar was lovely, friendly and well trained, was great to see staff supporting each other. Super clean and spacious bedrooms. Only downside was the bar and eating area was right in the main lobby so didn't feel relaxing would work much better in the bigger breakfast room, which they seated us in for dinner quickly as the bar area was so full. Leisure centre was great! Super clean and not too busy. Really nice stay overall, would highly recommend.

Bizarrely no reception desk, check-in on a tablet… really not a great welcome
This system had just been installed last year, and caused chaos but helpful staff were on hand
The suite seems to have had a bit of a refurbishment but the basin cracked, furniture still a bit tired… and not luxurious
Had to ask for more towels and a bathrobe as only one of each, even though 2 of us booked in.
Also had to ask for a hair drier

There were no clotheshangers when we arrived for a stay of 5 days and no closet either so we put our clothes on the floor. Every time we came for breakfast there was no bread. Only when one asked they brought it. I have severe foodallergies which I mentioned before I came. Every diner I had to remember the staff and was presented with food I am allergic to. One pluspoint When we went a very nice lady from the staff carried my heavy suitcase because the lift was on strike.

— shank weren’t working
— extremely poor service
— hidden checkout charges. (Extremely Unfair) I strongly recommend everyone NOT TO STAY at this hotel. Isn’t worth your money and time at all.

Nice and peaceful, lovely gardens. Extremely disappointed with the leisure facilities. To be blunt its terrible. Over crowded and uncomfortable. Plus dirty and floors not maintained. Left after 15 minutes, and feel like my relaxing break has been ruined.
Food was good.
Service at bar can be slow for drinks as waited 35 minutes before I even saw anyone.

Stayed here last nite with my partner n children was a really nice hotel very clean room staff was lovely we will be back.

Customer service from the events team is horrendous start to finish especially Harriet. The rooms were not set up as required to the point that we had to move the furniture ourselves as there was no one available to help. Very unorganised. They do not care about their customers. Very very poor experience as a corporate customer and we will not be booking here again. I’d advise if you’d like a stress free experience avoid cedar court Bradford!

Not keen on the self service check in and out but everything else is good. Comfortable beds and clean rooms. Decor is now a bit too modern for my taste but I'm only here for one night at a time so I can't complain.

Many times the hotel has been informed of the Event Yaba Awards that is ripping people off and investors. The hotel has done nothing about it and allowed the event to go on and many people having there money and investment taken and nothing to show for. High profile like the Army and Morrison and more are being used "Yabaawards" fix up and stop stealing money and public funds and taking investors money. Cedar Court act upon this and stop promoting this event its a con and all fixed! My friend is in bits don't you be the next victim.

Nice hotel from first viewing and check in. Rooms are a bit dated and In need of refurbishment. In my room bedside lamp was hanging off the headboard, bulb didn't work so I removed, it has a hole in it, left it on bedside cabinet thinking Housekeeping would replace, they didn't! Outside smoking and sitting area nice although could do with some light and some patio heaters given it gets cold at night. Staff were lovely and always willing to please. Housekeeping could do with improvement though, no refill left of coffee and milk uses. Swimming pool and jacuzzi are very good, towels issued. Clean and relaxing.

Where do I start… we used the hotel for my sisters wedding reception. The wedding coordinator Satvinder was on the ball and is such an engaging lady. Enjoyed every meeting we had. Scott also was amazing on the day and nothing was too much trouble. All in all thank you so much for an amazing end to end experience. Would recommend any day of the week.

Have experienced overnight stays here, and corporate events. Both have been good experiences. The facilities are nice and the staff are helpful. There’s a large carpark and plenty of space inside to relax/work/eat. Very clean and tidy.

Left my iPhone charger and cable in my room (314) I have called them
4 times to try and get it back and no one has bothered to call me back after promising to do so. The room : Bed was very uncomfortable, the TV bracket was broken meaning the TV was hanging off the wall. No soap in the bathroom and there was a used toilet roll on the shelf where the iron is kept. … The food was very expensive and was average quality. Service poor and slow, struggled to order beer with my meal. Breakfast, not enough staff on. Had to catch someone’s eye to get a pot of tea. I have been stopping there for a number of years but I think it’s time to look elsewhere.

What a total disdisappointing place this is. Never saw one waitress with a smile. Cold food with things missing. Dirty plates and cups. Tables re set without cleaning. Lights in room flicker when switching on and off. Hotel situated in middle of nowhere. Nothing to do here. Scrambled egg on menu but when I went to get some I was asked if I had ordered it… nowhere does it state this. Found bed ok. Very unpleasant staff. Will never come back here. Disgusting. Not worth the money. No where near 4 star. Avoid if possible.

We stayed in the Cedar Court hotel for a family wedding for 3 nights.
The room was clean had everything we needed for first night except the TV remote didn't work, going for shower next morning we found the bath was very slippery when wet and there was no hand rails to hold on to which made it difficult to get out safely. We didn't get any fresh towels over the 3 day or replacement toiletries and had run out of toilet roll on day 2 but was not left any by the cleaner, if she had checked bathroom she would have seen we had none.
Down at the main bar the hotel must have know there was a wedding on and that guests would be meeting there wanting drinks well I swear to god there was only one male bar man behind the bar to serve all those wedding guests and he was the slowest server I have ever witnessed behind a bar, unbelievable really.
Wedding went great no faults there, was excellent.
Next morning we went down for drink at main bar and we stood for ages just waiting for bar staff to appear, had to go to reception and ask them to get us a barman to serve us our drink.
Have to say food is excellent in restaurant and brilliant breakfast with serve yourself lot of choice really good.

Great location for a professional event. Easy to get to, easy to depart from. They serve proper food as part of their buffet lunches, not just your everyday plastic sandwiches. The interior is a bit dated but still ideal for events/weddings.

Stayed here when going to watch Europe's Strongest Man. The room wasn't bad but there were some cleanliness issues which I haven't experienced at other hotels I've stayed at recently. The pillows were flat and had long dark hairs inside. The bathroom fan was thick with dust. The pool and gym area weren't appealing, my partner stated the water seemed grey and scummy. I didn't go in. The food was nice but a bit overpriced. The bed was comfy and the TV was very snazzy. It was pretty cheap so I suppose you get what you pay for. But they would only have to change a couple of things to make this a much better hotel. I think the cleaning team just do the bare minimum and don't bother with the stuff they don't think people will notice. Other four star hotels these days are immaculate and I expected the same when researching the place. Not sure I'd stay again. I've read on other reviews that people have received car parking fines for the car park. Apparently you are meant to register your car but this was not mentioned to us by reception staff or anyone and they knew we had travelled up from Devon in a car. So if we received a fine, they will be the ones dealing with it.

Stayed on a weekend for a wedding. 0 stars if possible, very dated hotel, no lighting in rooms very dull and dark. Wife couldn’t even do her make up as it was so dark, very small windows which don’t let much light in. One bulb holder was broken on a floor standing lamp, dangerous electric problem. Window not closing nearly fell off its hinges as I struggled to close it. Carpets very soiled and worn out. Bathroom floor had a nail clipping on the floor. Bed was very squeaky and uncomfortable. The pillows were very flat like towels. And I had to have 3 to support my neck Bathroom had no shower hose attachment to the bath tap. Tiles in bathroom very dated. Floor has unhygienic vinyl on it. This hotel needs a complete renovation in the rooms.

I have visited this hotel on a number of occasions. Never before have I been disappointed. The room window wouldn't close. The kettle was faulty. Shower head was badly leaking. No ironing board. Plus no toilet brush. The reservation was booked wrong. Oh and one of the lights was flickering really bad. Need to review hotel maintenance However. I shall continue to stay at this hotel. Staff are Pleasant. And accommodating helping me with professionalism Thank you Robert Nicholas.

Very nice staff, room very nice too. Food is excellent and breakfast was very nice too. Definitely go back. Visited for a second time and had a great time food in the restaurant was very nice, staff were very helpful and informative, only downside this time was the TV was flat against the wall, over to the right of the bed, which resulted in a stiff neck unlike last time we were able to turn the TV. I would still recommend to others.

When we arrived the room was not what we had asked for. We had two adults with bad arthritis and was supposed to have two joining rooms ground floor. They had third floor… They moved us to second floor. The Windows didn't close fully so we were then moved again. My phone and bag was stolen and they were asked to check cctv but couldn't as it was weekend, I called several times through the following week and they never returned my calls. The staff we not friendly The bar and food was massively over priced and in their online description was massively overselling them selves.

Stayed here with work for one night. It was clean and quiet. There was nothing about it that stood out particularly either good or bad. The location is convenient for the motorway but a bit far from the city centre.

Booked a Spa Experience as a gift. The staff could not have been more pleasant or helpful. The Spa area was clean and adequate for a two and a half hours stay. The sparkling afternoon tea was well presented and amazing value. I expected and got what I paid for, I wasn't paying up market Spa costs. I shared this experience with a much younger friend who said she had enjoyed every minute. Great value for money!

If zero stars was an option I'd give it! Been staying here for a while on a business trip, and can honestly say if they company weren't paying for this I would avoid it like the plague! The restaurant is a definite place to avoid! In 6 weeks I've had 15 different rooms. The rooms are a joke, windows dont close fully, beds are uncomfortable, carpets full of stains, can hear every door open and close all around you, can hear every sound from the room next door, heating doesn't work, showers flood the bathroom. I could go on and on and on…

We had a weekend break at an extremely reasonable rate. The hotel was well appointed. The room was adequate but the bathroom was small. The staff and food was excellent. The only issue I had was the hotel uses Parking Eye for parking control. You MUST enter your registration and length of stay on a tablet at reception. Given Parking Eye's reputation this is worrying. For this reason I will not use this hotel again.

Cedar Court is a uniquely placed hotel just off of the M606, with links to the M62 just a mile away. It a warm and welcoming hotel that offers accommodation, a gym, swimming pool, steam room, sauna and jacuzzi. A restaurant that caters for everyone's dietary needs, and made to order. There are often cabaret nights that are open to the public, wedding planning exhibitions, and many other functions take place here. This hotel boasts a room to fit any occasion from boardroom meetings to parties and weddings. Excellent value for money.

Everything was perfect apart from service at breakfast and the food at breakfast. Staff were rude and moaning about the things they had to do as part of their job. This should not be discussed anywhere near there customers. The food was cold and the pastry was stale. On a plus note the staff at reception were absolutely brilliant. Smiley and chatty and well mannered. The room was spotless.

I attended a meeting here, only 4 weeks later to be issued with a £100 parking charge. I rang the hotel to complain and they told me that there are signs up in the car park tell you to register you car with reception. These are obviously no prominent enough as I know of 3 other people at the same event with tickets. On entering the hotel I went up to reception to as the location of the room being used, there was no mention of, "have you come in a car sir". I sent off proof of the attendance at the time to prove my point but, this was just rejected out of hand. ****please be aware of these charges as they are obviously just an extra income tax for the hotel.

Attended corporate function. To say the food was diabolical was an understatement. This hotel cannot understand or cater for special dietary requirements. This is what I was served as a low carb main course. Absolutely disgusting. Chefs and F & B manager seriously need to extend their knowledge. Our vegetarian guests were kept waiting 15 minutes after the meal was served to the rest of the table. 2 eventually got what looked like a microwave ready meal risotto rather than what they ordered. The whole kitchen wants a close looking at.

Lovely room, spacious and clean. Restaurant food was beautifully prepared and presented, breakfast buffet was more than adequate and very high quality. Staff were friendly and helpful and more than happy to answer any questions and deal with any queries. The spa is ok a little dated and also used as a public pool so there is a lack of privacy but overall it's pretty good. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a nice peaceful nights sleep and decent food.

Brilliant value. Great hotel. Very accessible. Great location base for sight seeing around Yorkshire. A very good breakfast. What more can you ask for?!

Reasonably priced rooms, a nice spacious hotel. I attended an event and stayed overnight. The restaurant is large and the food was nice. I found the staff friendly and helpful. The bedrooms are a little tired looking, but otherwise clean and tidy. The beds are large and very comfortable. The only downside is the car park is small and is managed by Parking Eye, so be sure to enter your ref number of you'll be fined £100. The car park does have a rapid charger, but no destination chargers unfortunately, which in would consider much more appropriate for overnight guests.

The staff were friendly and accommodating and provided a fair level of service for the price. A couple of members stood out as being very good at their jobs, unfortunately I can not recall their names. The breakfast selection is wide ranging and is of very good quality. Further food options throughout the day are good as well. The bar serves a range of drinks but is expensive at £3.50 for a post mix of coke. The beers and spirits are also served at an inflated cost which is sadly in line with other hotels. The bar will not serve you a cocktail and this is a shame as I enjoy drinking long island iced tea. Room 306 needs some repairs and these have been reported to the front desk who did offer to move us into another room without hesitation. The extractor fan had obviously not been working on a while as the bathroom is growing black mold and the window appears to be broken (it sits about a centimeter to the right and so didn't fully close). Despite these faults with the room we would still stay again.

Attending a wedding and they did a really good job. Food was lovely, staff were fantastic. Little slow in turning the rooms around but there was another wedding on at the same time. They did allow the other wedding party to block the entrance multiple times.

I stayed in a standard twin room. It was basic but that was expected also. The hotel itself is really nice and elegant. I personally rated it lower due to the lack of phone signal, no one answering the reception phone when calling down which can make you feel pretty isolated and the thin walls. Ultimately I got what I paid for but still cant help feeling hard done by. If you are to attend here pay a little more for the better rooms.

Great hotel with incompetent staff, pity.

Definitely not the best hotel I've ever stayed in. There for a works event where the food was disappointing, insufficient, not what was ordered and the gluten free options arrived an hour after the rest. The room was adequate but dated, corridors littered with room service trays which were there when I checked in at 3:30pm and still there at 9am the next morning. At breakfast was served the worse coffee it has been my displeasure to endure, restaurant like a barn with over-powering music. If you don't have to stay here, I'd avoid.

The room décor is a little expired. But the bed was good.

Purchased a Groupon Deal that seemed 'too good to be true', and it was. Less than £90 for two nights B&B for two, plus dinner on the first night. The first two hours of our stay were disappointing. We were allocated a room that smelt very strongly of disinfectant, when we tried to flush the toilet we soon found a probable explanation for this; the toilet was blocked and very nearly overflowed. It was surprising that this problem had not been correctly resolved. The night duty manager, however, was courteous and gave us a new room. O'h well these things happen. So, after a long journey, we were looking forward to our evening meal. We went to have dinner and after been made to feel quite uncomfortable, (by two different waiters) about being 'Groupon customers' we were informed that there was a special menu for us. This menu was limited to three choices, one meat choice, gammon. (We were also told the mushrooms would be missing from this dish, which we would describe as café standard! ) Had this been explained on purchase of the voucher, we could have had no complaints but this was not the case. In fact we had looked on the Hotel's Menu to see the choices available. This left us disappointed and with the feeling of being 'taken for a ride'. It was explained that we could have chosen from the hotel menu that we thought we were receiving, this was at a minimum extra payment of £10 each. We would not recommend this Groupon voucher as we feel it was misleading.

Nice room. Good conference venue. Breakfast was lovely. Location not great, nowhere in walking distance to go for a meal.

Good quality four star holiday. Room was clean, spacious and bathroom was excellent. Attended corporate function. Spread was good and restaurant was reasonably priced and food was well prepared although service was on the slow side.

Got the last room at nightmare car parking was free and ample. Staff were friendly and although avamerage. The decor and rooms seemed more posher than the competition.

Not a great location for conference, noisy and disorganised.

Be aware that the car park uses ANPR cameras and you must enter your reg. Number at reception to avoid a fine, even if just visiting. I attended an event here. The staff were a bit slow to serve me on arrival, the food was late arriving during the event, but otherwise not a bad place. Good clean environment, with nice decor. They even have a rapid EV charger, although it's very expensive to use.

Just come back from a night at this hotel. Have to say the staff are lovely and extremely helpful, in particular, Michael! He was very polite and helpful and nothing seemed too much for him. The breakfast team were also very accommodating and happy to go above and beyond to make our dining experience enjoyable. We would defiantly use this hotel when we are visiting Yorkshire again. Would recommend.

Great place to easily go to places and the motorway. This great hotel has brilliant breakfasts and leisure facilities are good too. Uncomfortable beds and poor meals let it down a little though I think its a good hotel, regular visiter.

Came for lunch and got a 100 pound fine for parking in the car park! Apparently you can register your car at reception but that wasn't very clearly marked. Perhaps the staff should be trained to ask the question on paying for their meals? Clearly a money making scam on the part of the Hotel. Very disappointing and one to be avoided in future.
