Never booked through OYO before and was a bit dubious but I can honestly say its a great place to stay. I am disabled and the only downside was climbing the stairs to the second floor apartment but once in there it was immaculately clean and very well laid out with everything you need for a great stay. They state 'home from home' and it really was. The apartment was lovely with good quality fixtures & fittings even down to a good standard of iron & ironing board. Kitchen roll & washing up liquid in the kitchen just added to the thought that has been put in to make it that 'home from home' feel. The decor was clean, the shower room was great with a fantastic double shower enclosure. We've stayed in a lot of places over the years & for the money you cannot beat these apartments. We parked the car just down the road from the apartments for free on Friday until we left Sunday. We made the most of the trams which stop just outside and bought a daily ride ticket for 4.40 each. The book-in was easy once you've paid your 150.00 deposit. You are sent instruction via email. We did need to speak to staff about something that was not an issue and they are readily available at the end of the phone. We had Chinese take-away from the attached and that was great too! Yes, you are on a busy road so there is traffic noise, but it did not affect our stay. This might be our first stay here, but definitely not our last & looking forward to returning next time we stay in Sheffield.

We needed a place to stay for a family event and OYO was ideal. Comfortable, clean and the easy check in process was great. We were in apartment 1 which is road facing. There was some road noise but not bad considering the brilliant location. If the batteries in the remote and clock had been working then it would have been perfect. Really happy with this booking and definitely will book again.

We found our stay very pleasant, the accommodation was very clean and tidy. The kitchen was fitted with all what was needed and the bathroom was lovely. Bed was so comfortable my husband wants to buy a new bed like it!
We have a 9 week old baby, I didn’t feel anxious if she cried, like I would have in a hotel.
Parking £4 for a day permit which is great value.

Location is great. Decor inside is homely and clean. However it could do with coat hooks. One of the bedside lamps was out. Thete was no battery in the clock. When we arrived it was cold as the heating was off and a window left open. Also there was only 3 tea bags. And lastly not enough toilet roll. Besides that a very comfortable place to stay.

Lovely accommodation, well recommended. Tram stops right outside, so no need to worry about city centre parking.

Excellent location for access to trams, taxi, public transport. Great staff and apartment, clean, comfortable, modern, lovely shower. Staff very helpful and accommodating. Had no parking issues with permit. Visiting from Canada to family so very easy to travel from here to different locations around the area. Some noise from trams but if you want convenience for shopping, eating out, take away, bars, etc this place is great. Trams stop at midnight. Used earplugs for sleeping and had no issues at all. Thanks to all staff for making our trip so easy. We will definitely be back.
