Great place for you to stay cheap and cheerful staff and the birds ace too.

Welcomed like family, very basic accommodation but also very cheep so no complaints, also got to meet their friendly cockatoo and feed it grapes felt at home here.

We were a bit wary about staying here as it was a bit of a distance from where we were meeting with our friends. But we were overwhelmed with how friendly the host was. He did everything to make us feel comfortable. The room was very clean and spacious for our needs. It was perfect and just what we needed and we will definitely be returning. Hats off to the host he went out of his way to make our stay pleasant.

Decent place, loved the environment… Hosts were friendly… I'd recommend this place to people. There's an annoying parrot but it's funny xDD would definitely visit again, keep it up!

Stayed here whilst working in Sheffield. The owner 'Bash' is the best host I have ever met. Such a genuine and sincere guy. The rooms are very clean, cosy and very quiet. You get free milk on a daily basis and an english/Indian menu. Bash uses all fresh grown ingredients in his food and you can tell as the taste is fantastic. Would definitely recommend.

When my original booking for different accommodation had to be changed due to issues there, I was a little dubious about my stay being changed to here. Now I wish I'd just booked this guest house in the first place as I cannot in the slightest fault it. The price is amazing for what you get, the rooms have such a homely vibe to them and unlike many other places have character to them which adds to the appeal. On arrival Bash was truly attentive in showing me around the house where everything is and just where I could find everything I could need. It honestly makes such a difference having a great, inviting owner. Location wise is perfect thanks to the multitude of buses in the area so you're pretty much set. Such a lovely stay here and I'll definitely be choosing here next time I return to Sheffield!

DIRTY FILTHY PLACE! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! The bed sheets have not been washed! (in my opinion for weeks! ) And I'm not joking! Genuinely I found yellow staines on the pillow cases the bedding smell of other people, the hand towl next to the basin was also un-washed, the cups for tea and coffee had old dirt around the base, coffee Mark's around the top! The bedroom and bathroom are FILTHY and uncleaned, Green mould on the inside of the bathroom, and a flattened cardboard box would have been better to sleep on than the fold out bed! Horrific experience!

Pros: Close to city centre. Free on-street parking. Very friendly staff. Clean shared bathroom. Cons: bed sheets were not clean, though clean sheets were provided upon request. Spider webs and mould in the room. Stained walls, definitely need repainting.

This is my 3rd visit in 4 years. The host is always friendly and works hard to make you comfortable. Keep value for money and cheap, I recommend this place for short stop overs.

To be honest this a guest house or as contractors would say a reasonable priced digs. Don't expect anything fancy it does was it supposed to do and that is provide a cheap room to sleep. The owner is very friendly and welcoming. There are two wash rooms one a showeroom on the ground floor and a bathroom upstairs with toilet and over bath shower. Breakfast is not included on the tarrif I had so can't comment on that. Overall I was happy with what had for that night, so no complaints.

Here for the second time! I love this place, the owner is so friendly! Currently eating the home made complimentary bhajis. Yummy! xx.

My room was not big and the location was a bit far from the center, but I was comfortable and well looked after. I'd gladly stay there again. Ideal for my visit to Sheffield.

Very nice and clean bed and breakfast. The staff were very friendly — love the choice at breakfast. Very tasty. Will come back soon.
