Fantastic experience great staff very friendly meals are very good and the major thing price is fantastic breakfast is great service is great loved the Fairways.

Had quite a while to wait for our meal which when it arrived was too well dun. The chips were tasty but almost burnt.

Great food hot and tasty good service at an affordable price definitely will be going back.

Friendly staff, good menu and nice fresh food. Prices are good. We even got free starters which were really tasty.

Great place, friendly staff, clean, good parking easy to get to. A well deserved 5 stars.

Good traditional style British pub built to modern standards. Plenty of room inside with tables outside. Occasional entertainment (important now the Atlas is gone) And good selection of food. The hotel rooms are rated high as is the professional service.

Just called in for a meal absolutely delicious I ordered the gammon hock and it really was a full hock and partner order the rump both beautifully cooked with plenty of veg staff very pleasant and helpful would highly recommend.

Excellent food good service only gave it 4 stars due to not having onion salad to go with my chicken tikka and not having chocolate mousse for desert but it was Monday night. Very good would recommend.

This place used to have a great carvery. Not keen on the changes. 28th January. Update, carvery back, that's the good bit. Booked table for 1:30 arrived looking forward to their legendary carvery, shocked to be told that they had "run out of vegetables" but we could order from the main menu. Even more shocked to see that people who arrived after us were offered carvery. Also we were squashed into the conservatory when there was plenty of seats available elsewhere. To add insult to injury, after eating our main course we were hoping to have a sweet, but after waiting 15 minutes for the table to be cleared finally gave up and walked out. Don't know what has happened to this place but this regular visitor will not be going back.

Food came out cold in the end still wasn't that great. Used to love this place until it had a refurb & new menu. Not in a rush to return.

We went to fairways last night the 16th of December for my partners birthday meal well what can I say. The meal was a joke we had the pea and ham soup and the prawn cocktail for starters the soup when arrived resembled a bowl off mushy peas don't know we're the ham was hiding. The prawn cocktail had the smallest prawns that I have ever seen the sauce was discusting. Then let me tell you about the main meals we had the hunters chicken and the 80z steak the chicken was pink undercooked the carrots were brown and not fresh the steak was tuff and tasteless. The whole meal was a total shambles. After that we didn't bare try a sweet. We only went there because we visited there previously and had a meal and that was also a train wreck. But we gave it another try after being told that they now have a new chef. Well it goes to say we will not be giving it another try. Avoid this place if you want food you are better off at the local chippy.

Exerlant food, friendly bar staff, great service, fantastic atamustphere thoroughly enjoyed the whole evening and would definitely go again.

Amazing, best carvery I have had for a very long time. You can tell everything was freshly made, all tasted great. The whole team were really friendly, and service was great. See you again soon!

Attended a macmillan coffee morning, easy to find as it's on a main road, set up brilliant with plenty of room and staff were helpful and perlite.

Great atmosphere and good drinks selection.

Good food even the sheff comes out off kitchen and asks you. Is food ok. Staff friendly.

I came to fairways today and because I am a vegan I find it very hard to order off the menu, all the staff were very helpful, the chef made great effort in the taste and presentation of the meal and I will definitely be going there again and would highly recommend them and I think they should put the mushroom fajitas on the menu as a vegetarian/vegan option they were really yummy. Thank you to all the staff.

Food good but a long wait. The sweet was a longer wait mine was full of sugar and not warm.

Big car park, so no fighting to park your car. Outside drink seating area. Hotel back off the road so no noisy traffic. Lovely entrance, private locked door going up to the bedrooms. Everything you could possibly need in your room down to iron and ironing board. Down stairs bar area and restaurant beautifully set out. Lovely and clean, lovely and very helpful staff a pleasure to stop there. Thank you.

Lovely room for such low price. Included a free cooked breakfast in the morning. You also got tea unlimited juice and cereal.

First time I've been in and it seems like a nice place to have a few drinks and maybe something to eat. Will definitely call in again in the near future.

Very good value room. We stayed overnight as attending a concert at the Arena. Checked in about 2pm and then it was only £6 in a cab to the Arena. Very friendly staff and clean rooms. The food in the pub, whilst we didnt have any, looked great and again was reasonably priced.
