Reasonably priced for people who come here planned for a little longer stay with kids for pre-school preparation.

Lovely stay! Room was perfect clean tidy and had everything we’d need and more! Bed was really comfy and loved the modern decor.

Great hotel great location and the staff are really helpful the manger Ed especially top guy will definitely stop here again when back in york.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment. Bed was extremely comfortable.
Hotel staff were very helpful.
They even had onsite complementary laundry facilities.

Quiet room and location were the only plus I am afraid.
The studios are small with little hang space and no room for suitcases.

Accommodation was very good and probably the best pull out sofas I’ve ever slept on! Only negative was the food we had at lunchtime. Very average for not so average price. Would definitely stay again but snack elsewhere.

Photos are accurate. Fresh contemporary room, well stocked with living appliances. Comfortable stay my family with a young child on the 2 weeks road trip. Laundry facilities was a wonderful surprise.

What a great place to stay! We stayed here for a wedding so only spent one night. But I would definitely recommend! Such good value for money and it was great to have a kitchen/fridge for cooking drinks while getting ready! The booking didn’t cost us a lot but the standard of the hotel and rooms was fantastic!

Really helpful and welcoming staff here. We were able to borrow a dvd player for the duration of the stay, which was a big help. Our room was quiet and fairly clean. The space didn't work completely as an apartment, though better than a normal hotel if you don't want to eat out. We didn't try the breakfast on offer, but it looked like a reasonable provision. The hotel is in walking distance of many York tourist sites (just outside the city walls) and we also made use of the Co-op below the hotel and supermarkets less than a mile away.

Quiet central location within easy walking distance of all the main sights. One bedroom apartment was really clean, perfect for our overnight stay. Fantastic air con, needed it as it was 28 outside! Staff very friendly and helpful. First time using this chain will keep in mind for other city breaks.

Great location just outside the city wall. The only issue is that you have to do some walking to transport if you don't have a car. Excellent accommodation and very friendly and helpful staff. Small but well appointed rooms. I would recommend to anyone looking for a good base to see York City from.

We stayed here as we needed somewhere cental between the two universities. It certainly fit the bill. Lovely clean room, spacious enough for the time we were there. The staff were excellent the girl on check in (Paige) was very good, really informative and very helpful. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

First night here with the boyfriend and love the place. The room was spotless and very nice, the bed was really comfortable also. Had plenty enough storage space for clothes. Liked that the room had its little kitchen area with fridge and a stove. Stayed on the top floor and had a lovely view from the big windows. Will definitely come back here again.

I stayed in an apartment for 4 nights recently. My room wasn't cleaned once and for "serviced" apartments this wasn't good enough. The rooms are very modern and well proportioned but I'd have at least expected them to clean twice on a 4 night stay. The hot tap in the kitchen was also extremely hot. I tested it against the kettle and once I had filled the kettle with the hot water, it only took another 30 seconds to reach boiling point. Very hot. Be careful.

Clean, tidy apartments. However our bedroom had no door on it so it was awkward for friend who was staying on the sofa bed.
The check in time of 3pm is a bit late in the day.
I’d also recommend anyone staying to avoid paying for the breakfast option. It was horrific. One guy heating up ready made sandwiches, making drinks and serving. Whilst he does all this your just stood waiting for 5 minutes with other customers all crowding around waiting to be served. Very diss-organised. We wish we’d not bothered with the breakfast.
Other than that the place is ok.

Would definitely recommend. Location is perfect, not too far from city centre but a nice walk. Rooms are a great size staff friendly. Was unsure on check in time when I booked but there was still a room ready for us arriving not long after 12pm.

Clean and comfortable, quiet rooms with very modern bathrooms, excellent rain showers and a good set up of two single beds plus two single sofa beds allowing 4 to sleep individually. Basic kitchen and dining table too. Great value for money for a short stay 10 minutes walk from the city centre.

Superb idea! Spottless clean modern and well equipped apartments — everything you ever need for your stay. Conveniently located close to the centre of York; has a supermarket next door, too. And you can walk along the medieval city wall, which runs just across the road. The stuff are exceptionally friendly and helpful! Highly recommended!

Great place to stay in York. Clean and spacious. Easy walk from town. Reception and café on the ground floor. The Co-Op shop below was handy as you could just pop down and get what ya need, and use the kitchen facilities in the apartment. Ideal. Would definitely recommend.

There was 4 of us celebrating my birthday on a Friday night. Security guard came up to our room at 9pm asking us to keep it down (we had music on but it wasn’t loud to disturb neighbours) … we then went out for an hour and came back to our room. The security guard then knocked on our door at 00:15 telling us “there’s been complaints from downstairs from people staying here on business” (at this point we didn’t have any music on and one of us was actually in bed) when I said to the guy we’ve no music on, he wedged his foot in our foot and wouldn’t let us speak a word! We’ve got another night here unfortunately but I would never stay here again! £170 for 2 nights and you can’t even speak in your hotel room!

Centrally located, new and perfectly conditioned apartments. The staff is very nice.
100% advisable to visit the city of York on foot.

Last minute phone call for a family of four. Offered us a deal as late in the evening, but lovely facilities, with separate adult bedroom. The kids foldaway chair/beds were a great touch for the minions. The staff and Manager were really helpful, and the Coop next door is a good addition. Bought pizzas (for the oven in the room) and beer, oh and a nice red for the Mrs. Biggest surprise was finding a washing machine and dishwasher too. Definitely recommended, and will certainly be back again. Happy New Year.

This is a conveniently located modern apart hotel with adjacent co-op convenience shop next door. The studio room we stayed in was clean and had a small welcome pack of tea coffee sugar and milk on arrival. With a toaster, kettle, two ring hob, fridge, microwave and dishwasher you have all you need for a semi self catering stay. The staff are welcoming and helpful, we even got a card and chocolates for our Christmas stay. Plenty of pubs cafes and restaurants within a few minutes walk. We would definitely use again and recommended.

The location was perfect for us as we were visiting the Barbican next door to watch the UK snooker championship. The room was a little basic, and the decor lacked any character; however, for an over night stay it was acceptable. In general it was clean, but it felt very stuffy in the morning — we woke up to layer of dust that had settled on our phones overnight, and couldn't find a way to open the window. On the plus side it was comfortable, and provided everything you'd expect from an apartment.

Fantastic stay once again. Staff cannot do enough to help. If there is even a slight issue staff are extremely quick to resolve them. Apartments cater for every need especially with a toddler. Very clean and functional, will definitely return.

Hotel Room was lovely and clean with central heating and all facilities we could have possibly needed including iron, hairdryer, kettle, toaster, cooker dishwasher and microwave. Our room even had facilities for disables access. Staff were lovely and friendly and more than happy to help and for everything you got it wasn't a bad price. However if you are only staying one night their then you are probably paying for facilities you probably won't use. But all it all it was lovely.

A very well run apartment hotel, with your own room with TV Microwave, dishwasher, sink, kettle, two ring hob, toaster and fridge you are set up to work rest or play the way you want too. I felt very welcome and made good use of the facilities by making my own meal. I bought the ingredients from the Co Op next door, perfect.

Pricey accommodation near central York with pay parking nearby. Modern, spacious rooms and bathrooms, plus free laundry. The hotel feels a little sterile but is a nice alternative to the sometimes over-the-top bed and breakfasts in the UK.

Stayed in a room with 2 singles and 2 sofa beds, between 3-4 people this wasn't too bad but for 2 people the price but could have been better. Single beds were great but sofa beds were not quite clean as I would have expected, location good (close enough to the centre for everything). Unfortunately our shower door was also broken but wasn't problematic due to layout of the room. Be aware the whole apartment is open plan with no separate rooms except for the bathroom. Easily accessed and friendly staff however. I'd stay here again if the price was more amenable.

A cross between a hotel and self catering apartment. A grocery store on the doorstep makes food shopping easy. An easy stroll into York on a clearly marked footpath. The room was fresh and clean. Slept a family of 4 in comfort.

Room could have been a little cleaner but that relates to small bits found under the end of the window sill. Nothing major. The staff were so friendly and even printed our tickets out for us after we left them at home! Air conditioning was a great plus and the bathroom was stunning. I would definitely stay again, the location is fantastic and only a short walk into the city walls.

Great apartments. Lots of little things that you wouldn't get in a hotel such as iron/ironing board, dishwasher, tea & coffee making facilities. Very comfortable beds too. Location isn't bad. Just a few minutes walk from York centre. Reception and cleaning staff are excellent. I didn't eat here but the food looked really tasty. Air-con is a bit hit and miss but didn't spoil the stay. Would recommend!

Can't fully rate as I've not completed my stay. So far staff have been very friendly and helpful. Room is nice, it's a decent size. Being able to control the air conditioning is a big plus. Within easy walking distance of York's main tourist attractions.

Location excelled, very modern clean and quiet rooms. Convenience store located next door. Parking available at nearby q park, 12 pounds overnight. 5 minute walk from fossgate a very vibrant evening area. Breakfast is available for a reasonable charge if required.

Lovely decor, nice and clean. Two problems — first was that there was no windows to open which was a problem after cooking. Second is that the towels are only changed once a week which personally I think is too long to use a towel.

5 min walk to the heart of the city. No on-site parking but £ 4 for 12 hours behind the Chinese restaurant across the street. Clean and functional rooms fully equipped with everything you need for a night or two. We went for a family room. 2 adults and 2 early teens. Very little privacy, 1 king size bed & 2 sofa beds. Great location, won't be everyone's taste but worth the money.

New build 'hotel' style but they are flats in reality. Shower door was missing for some reason. Nicely equipped and great bed. Sold as fittng 4 people but in reality it's a double bed and two single sofas in the living room that convert to a single bed each. Breakfast is not included and is slightly overpriced without a full English in the choice.

Very beautiful place with big and comfortable rooms. The position out of the walls make it easy to the Centre (just 10 minutes walking). The only thing that make me unhappy is the breakfast: it isn't included and you must pay almost 8 pounds for packaged food. The only fresh food (they said) are 3 small bakery sweet that they serve together, but if they're finish you'll wait for 20 minutes to eat them. It's happen to me at 8:30 am. Inadmissible for this price!

Beautiful and clean. Amazing place to stay and local to all places. Like a little bed sit with absolutely everything you need. Comfy beds lovely shower and kitchen amazing. Air conditioning a godsend in the summer. Would say 10 stars if I could.

Amazing! Honestly not a single bad thing to say everything was high quality and spotless generous supplys to get you started off. Staff brilliant and friendly my new husband even got a box of chocolates and a card from the staff as was out honeymoon. Very handy Co op just down stairs as well as a small cafe/bar with snacks and drinks.

I had a very pleasant night recently in this facility. It has very secure parking near by at reasonable rates. It had a very modern design and even included a kitchen within our room. I was surprised at the ease and quickness of a 15 minute walk into York centre. I would recommend highly to anyone.

Modern and clean, everything you need away from home. Had my hen party here and it was fab. Rooms are quite small when a large group of you gathers in one, but we managed just fine. Food and drink prices reasonable too, and easy to walk into the town.

Amazing place where we stayed only for one night! Should have stayed 2 nights. It is a perfect place for families! The apartment for 5 is actually for 6. Two bedrooms for 4 pax, one living room with 2 very comfortable sofa beds, 2 bathrooms. The kitchen has all that we need and it is very clean. Washing machine is available too, which is perfect! Staffs are very nice and friendly, they greet you even when you're sitting down doing your own stuff at the lobby. The only downside is the space is very limited but we have no issues with that. Parking is just next to the hotel but there is a fee. I will definitely stay here if I return to York — it is such a nice and new place, properly maintained too. Also, it is walking distance to the city.

Double room was lovely but did have to wash any crockery before use. Toilet also needed cleaning before use. Staff at reception were very welcoming and have us a map of the area and suggested places to go.

Modern apartments. Clean, functional and comfy. We slept 4 men no problem. Washing machine, iron, sink were added bonuses. Breakfast isn't amazing but at the price is fine. This is ideal stag/group hotel.

Everything that you need there. The room is clean and bathroom well lit with adequate towels. When two beds are joined it becomes queen-size. However be prepared for a little bit of noise from the corridor and adjoining doors. For a short stay I would definitely return.

Spacious room with full kitchen (oven, kitchenware, microwave, fridge and even dishwasher. ) All very new in a perfect location, 5-10 minutes from downtown and at a great price. Very satisfied.
