Beautiful hotel very clean and tidy tastefully decorated lovey hosts. Two minutes from the beech and five minutes from town. Very comfortable bed and delicious breakfast. Thank you Daniel Beaumont for the recommendation I will definitely be returning.

This hotel is such a little treasure. Beautifully decorated and furnished. The breakfasts were perfectly cooked, and Adam and Tip are wonderful hosts. This was our first stay and definitely wont be our last.

Just had a lovely weekend in Scarborough. The palace hill hotel is absolutely gorgeous, tastefully decorated, rooms are spacious and comfortable, breakfast delicious and the hosts were very friendly, nothing too is too much trouble. Situated in a lovely area close to everything. Will definitely be returning 😊

We had a lovely weekend here, Adam and Tip were very friendly, the room. Was immaculate and the hotel spotless and as for the breakfast it was really filling and thoroughly enjoyed by both of us.

Just had a lovely weekend at palace hill. We were given a lovely spacious room. The breakfast was lovely. When our room was cleaned the owner noticed we were struggling for plugs to charge our phones so brought us an adaptor, very thoughtful of her. This is a lovely hotel and we will definitely back and will bring the children next time. Thank you for our lovely stay x.

Cannot recommend this B&B enough! Adam and Tip have recently taken it over, and wow they are doing a fab job! Friendly, helpful, lovely clean rooms. Room clean everyday (with special little touches by Tip for my daughter). The bond that Tip and my daughter made was absolutely lovely, she really didn’t want to leave. We will see you next year. Thank you for everything ❤️

We are just back from a spontaneous night away at the Palace Hill Hotel. We found this little gem by accident however can't rate the place highly enough. We paid £60 for a double room and it was spacious with an en suite. The bed was so comfortable and myself and my partner slept so well. Especially loved the complimentary earplugs to keep the seagulls from disturbing your sleep. The breakfast was amazing and one of the best full English's I have eaten in a very long time. If we stay in Scarborough again I know where we will be staying asTrevor and Allison can't do enough for you. What a lovely guest house.

Great location only minutes from the beach, pubs and restaurants (plus a million fish & chip shops) Hosts were extra friendly and helpful. Great breakfast that set you up for the day. Room was small but manageable and being on the first floor was a bonus.

We had a lovely stay at the Palace Hill. Trev and Alison are great hosts. The room was comfortable and clean, it's a great location, the breakfast was very tasty and a free parking permit for the car. Next time we're stopping in Scarbs, we'll definitely book to stay again.

On arrival we were greeted by a beaming smile and an if you need anything just ask attitude. Trevor and Allison made us feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Rooms are cosy but clean and the added touch of ear plugs for the 'welcoming dawn seagull chorus' were a nice personal touch. Breakfast was hearty with a decent choice. Advice on where to go what to do was tailored to individual needs and the restaurants we were advised to try were both excellent choices. Being only 2 mins from the sea front and 5 mins from the centre of town are a bonus and would suit a young family. Overall we were very happy with our visit and would recommend to anyone and will defiantly be looking to visit again in the future.

Great little hotel in a great location for exploring Scarborough. Trev and Allison are really friendly and gave us some great advice on the area and places to eat. Great room very clean and comfortable with a nice little en suite shower room. The breakfast is very good quality and generous. We highly recommend a stay.

A definite 5 stars! When you step through the door you get greeted with such a warm welcome like me and my girlfriend did. From the two lovely owners Trevor and Allison! We had such a nice room and would definitely stay there again as we did stay 2 nights but can’t go wrong! If you’re looking for somewhere to stay go with palace hill! You won’t be let down :)

Just had a 1 night stay here with my wife and 3 daughters ages 13, 11, 9. Great place, really friendly helpful welcome from Trev and Allison. Rooms clean and good size, everything you needed in the rooms, even a fan, plenty of choice at breakfast and a well cooked English breakfast with proper eggs. Will stay again when in the area and highly recommend.

We stay at Palace Hill from the 11-14 February We found the accommodation very comfortable, clean, functional and close to the beach. The breakfasts are brilliant and the hosts are equally brilliant. We really enjoyed our recent visit to Scarborough and when we return we shall again be stopping at Palace Hill. Thank you.

Great owners, Trevor greeted us as soon as we arrived and was very helpful with parking and ensuring we had what we needed. Lovely breakfast, cooked really well. Great location too, close to the beach and to the town centre.

1st October 2017. Just got back from a long weekend in Scarborough, staying at the Palace Hill Hotel. Small room, but very clean and a comfortable bed. Quaint staying in a building with history going back to the 1700's, but no visitations during the night ; — ( Friendly, helpful and a very warm welcome. The hotel is so handy for the harbour front and town centre. We're already planning our next visit to Scarborough, and we WILL be staying at the Palace Hill Hotel ;-)

We had a very comfortable stay it was like home from home. On arrival we had a very warm welcome by Trevor breakfast was spot on deffinatly will be back and would recommend to family and friends.

I've came back time n time again to this wonderful b n b Trevor n Allison are the most fantastic hosts they cant do enough for you seeing to your every need. Rooms are comfy and immaculate breakfast is fab quality I'd highly recommend palace hill.

Myself and my husband have just returned back from The Palace Hill today after three nights of our honeymoon. We want to go back! The welcome from Trev made us feel right at home and he also gave us a map of the places we were going to and gave us recommendations and advice on where to stay away from. The hotel is situated in a perfect location. A bit of a walk to and from the train station up/down a steep hill, but that didn't bother us at all. It's literally 2 mins walk fro…m the front as well which was great! The room was comfortable, clean and fresh. We even had ear plugs — which we didn't end up needing, but it was nice to know we could. The ensuite bathroom was cute and cosy and a perfect size for just the two of us. There was ample space for us to hang our clothes up ect. A fan was also provided which came in great as the few days we picked to stay were glorious — but very warm! My favourite bit was the breakfast! Absolutely beautiful. So much choice so they cater for everyone. More than enough to fill you up until lunch time. Allison was very much a wonderful host at breakfast every morning and made us feel very comfortable. All in all this is a gorgeous guest house and we will be returning again as a family (we have a young child and they do cater for families) and recommending to all our friends and family. Very nice hotel and within easy access of town and beach. Alison was extremely nice and helpful with any questions we had. Would definately recommend this for a short stay.

Relaxing 2 night stay. Leave car at home 5 minutes walk from train station. The hotel was clean, the breakfast was excellent and filling. Walking distance to all the best night spots. Trevor and Allyson were brilliant hosts and extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend as a place to stay.

After a long drive in the heat on Monday 19th June we arrived and trevor welcome use and show use were to park and gave use a permit to park free which was great. We was then sow to our room and it was fantastic we had a fan in the which was wonderful as it was so hot. The beach and shops was only a few minutes walk away. We had a fantastic sleep and the breakfast was fantastic and Alison was lovely. We will be back again soon.

We spent 2 nights and this place met my expectation place was clean especially the toilet spotless, food was yummy and it was a big portion which can do for a whole day walkingexcellent food and place accessible for everything you need, thanks Trev and Alisson you are are wonderfuli can recomend this place well met for the price you paid.

We would like to say what a lovely warm welcome we got on arrival this guest house in a great location the rooms are lovely and clean and each room as there own shower we have stayed there twice now and if we go again to scarborough we know where we will be stay they cook a great english breakfast I know if you stay at palace hotel you wont be disappointed at all.

Myself and my husband stayed at Palace Hill Hotel from the 2nd to the 5th April. We were given a very warm welcome from Trevor. It was a spotlessly clean hotel and our bedroom was lovely, the bed was lovely and comfortable. Allison couldn't have been more helpful when serving our breakfast and the breakfast was lovely (compliments to the chef). The parking permits were very helpful. Anne and myself had a great few day in Scarborough made all the better for our stay with Trev and Allison at the Palace Hill Hotel. Wonderful room and a breakfast to die for, very clean and handy for the sea front. Thank you both for making our stay most enjoyable.

Excellent value for money. Trev and Allison are very accommodating, very friendly and professional. The location is great for the seafront and also the City Centre. The rooms are spotless. The fact that you get a choice of breakfast included is a massive bonus. We would definitely stay here again.

Hi, my sister and I stayed for a few nights, it was a lovely and cannot fault it, nice bright rooms and lovely decor, the breakfast was very good. The staff were very friendly and helpful, definitely will be going again.

So welcoming, warm and friendly staff who are really helpful, and genuinely wanted us to have a lovely stay and make ourselves feel at home, which we did. The room was spotless and very comfortable with lovely decor, light and airy. The full English breakfast blew us away, it was delicious fresh and well presented. Will definitely go again and highly recommend it.

Me and my boyfriend stayed here for a night in the summer and it was lovely the staff were so pleasant and helpful and the room was nice and comfy. It was great value for money and minutes walk from the beach would definitely recommend and stay again.
