A lovely place, the owners Claire and Nigel are fantastic hosts, nothing is too much to ask. Would definitely come and stay again.

Possibly the best B&B we have ever stayed in. Great value for money. Beautiful accommodation, Clare was warm and friendly (we didn't get to meet Nigel). They accommodated my partner's dietary needs without any fuss including lovely touches such as a gluten-free bar in the room. If you're thinking of a stay in Robin Hoods Bay try this place first. We will definitely stay again.

My husband and I stayed here for a couple of nights. Claire and her husband were very welcoming and friendly, we were made to feel at home. The house is beautiful throughout. The decor is tasteful and in keeping with the period of the house. The bedroom/ en suite was perfect, very clean and again beautifully decorated with interesting/individual pieces of furniture. The cooked breakfast was nicely cooked (even got a double yoke egg! ) and very filling. I would 100% recommend a stay here and would love to return soon.

My friend and I were walking the coastal part of the Cleveland Way and stayed here in July 2017. We had a wonderful welcome with cake and tea and stayed in a lovely room. What a wonderful little place to stay we will be back just try and stop us. Comfortable beds, lovely clean rooms with everything you need for a lovely stay and wonderful hosts that couldn't do enough for you. The cooker breakfast is one of the best I ever had the black pudding is a must. It really is a wonderful little gem that you wouldn't want to miss out and if your short of things to do the hosts have lots of wonderful suggestions for you.

Spent a fantastic night at Lee-Side last week in gorgeous room No'4 and Clare and Nigel couldn't have been more accommodating (Clare welcoming us with a pot of tea and cake on arrival which was a lovely gesture). What a wonderful place. Stayed in the large room and it was beautiful. It had everything I needed. Comfortable, clean and the hospitality was faultless. Will definitely stay there again.

Must be amongst the best B&Bs in Robin Hoods Bay. Very welcoming, the property is fantastic and beautifully presented, and the place has a very high end feel to it. It was a lovely surprise and we would definitely return.
