It’s just so beautiful, luxury at its finest, I’m not going home! We’ve hired the whole house with family and friends, every room is amazing X.

Amazing time with family and friends all the decor and views are fantastic. Everything in each room had been well thought out. Alex and Lisa was on hand if we needed anything. Would definitely return.

We hired out the whole of Grassfield Hall this weekend for a family birthday and could not have been more impressed. The decor of every room is perfect, the views incredible, just a short walk into the town and super comfortable beds just to top it off! I would absolutely love to return and highly recommend it.

The house has fantastic views and the decor and amenities are unbelievable Definitely worth a stay.

We have just stayed the weekend at Grassfield Hall … what an amazing place. Wow! Can't fault a thing. Fantastic rooms and just stunning decor everywhere. Absolutely beatiful, not just the Hall itself but the location. We had the best weekend. All our rooms were stunning with fantastic en suites. Lovely grounds around the Hall too and lots of fantastic walks if thats what you fancy. Couldn't fault it.

Totally recommend. We have just stayed one night but had wished it was more. Everything was perfect, the decor, all the finishing touches such as the amazing toiletries, the tasty jams, the local flapjack. Everyone was amazing and friendly and you were really made to feel welcome. Don’t think about it;book it.

As a travel agent I have stayed at many hotels all over the world but Grassfield Hall is definately up there with my favourites! from the time of booking Lisa was very helpful and made our trip extra special! My husband and I had a fantastic night away from the kids here this weekend. A great friendly welcome and the flapjacks in the room were just yum! We stayed in The Blue Room which was beautiful.
Breakfast was fabulous and the scrambled eggs the best I've ever had, a big thank you to Lisa's mum for them!

Beautifully restored hall now a boutique bed and breakfast hotel. A popular wedding venue. Good local walks. Lots of good places to eat and Pateley Bridge is an excellent centre.

What a fantastic place to relax and enjoy the Yorkshire dales. Attentive, welcoming and friendly hosts, beautiful surroundings and wonderful accommodation. Well appointed rooms, immaculate grounds… just superb. A must if you're visiting the area.

A 40th birthday to remember and made so much more special by Grassfield Hall. Amazing venue, brilliant location, views that you usually only read about. Lisa, Alex and their team are friendly, accommodating, warm, easy to talk to and happy to help. Their tireless efforts to restore this building back to its former glory has really been a labour of love and after what sounds like blood, sweat and tears and many years of dedication the hall is a credit to their vision and hard work. I would highly recommend this venue for small groups wanting to celebrate something with a special few. You won’t regret it and will be left with incredible memories made special by the people and the place. What are you waiting for?

Customer service is amazing, I took my partner away for a weekend break as a surprise, Lisa communicated via text to arrange flowers and wine for her on our arrival. The hotel is beautiful, clean and very welcoming, I can not recommend highly enough.

Me and my new wife stayed here on our wedding night and the following night and it was beautiful! We stayed in the stunning Nidderdale room with the huge sleigh bed and fantastic jacuzzi bath. Lisa was really helpful in sorting us out with a key the day before we were due to stay so that we could arrive after our evening reception and even arranged for some presents to be in our room without us knowing. The breakfasts were great and all the staff we spoke to were fantastic. Couldn’t recommend enough!

Beautifully restored building, excellent location and brilliant service. What more can you ask for? Brilliant last minute booking for my birthday, owners added a bottle of chilled prosecco to the room which was a lovely and much appreciated touch. Our room was decorated superbly and tastefully and the double jacuzzi bath with a TV was fab! The large sleigh bed and luxurious bedding added even more decadence. Will be going back!

Eight of us stayed for a wedding anniversary weekend and found Grassfield Hall magnificent. The rooms were immaculate and beautifully furnished. Lisa and her staff couldn’t do enough for us and I highly recommend a stay here. The breakfast was also brilliant and they made sure we had enough, we will definitely be revisiting in the future thanks to all at the Hall.

Fantastic accommodation, we stayed in The Nidderdale room which is absolutely beautiful. I would say this is the nicest room I have ever stayed in, the bed is huge and very comfortable and the furnishings are luxurious. Good sized bathroom with a walk in shower and a jacuzzi bath with TV. Nice tasty full English in the morning in the lovely dining area. The staff are all very welcoming and friendly I would definitely recommend and will most likely return in the future.

I can't really express how much I enjoyed staying at this venue, even for just a night. The grounds and building itself are beautiful and the staff are so friendly and accomodating. Anyone could come here and thouroghly enjoy themselves. Thanks again to everyone that made my sisters wedding a roaring success.

An exceptional B&B in a beautiful area of England, the double room we had was very well decorated, very clean and a lovely bathroom with a large walk in shower. The lovely owner cooks a very nice breakfast with numerous choices. We would definitely visit again when next in Yorkshire.

A very nice Georgian property just outside Pateley Bridge but well located for some pleasant walking. Maps and pamphlets are provided, and the owner is helpful, albeit a tad business-like. The rooms are designed in faux materials throughout, yet the quality of fittings (bed, curtains, shower, etc) is decent.

Excellent Hospitality and as the location was unknown Lisa supplied us with good local walk and eating information. Highlight as to be the bedroom and the bathroom which was supplied with the latest appliances and Lovely bath and walk in shower with the most comfortable King size bed. Rounded off with a lovely breakfast and the extra touches in the room will definately be revisiting if in the area again. Good luck with the extension project.

A stunning location and a lovely house, with great hosts and a very nice room with all your needs met plus little extras that make a big difference. Then top it all off with a lovely breakfast. We will be back to stay again in the very near future to this stunning house.
