Staff are outstandingly kind and attentive, the place is very tidy and preety, but unfortunately it is very noisy: the traffic and other sounds of the street as well as the other guests arriving, staying and leaving make impossible to have a calm rest at night.

Good pub good sevice etc. One big let down is that you can't smoke ecigs inside, where as most other pubs do. Guess where I'll be spending my money.

I drink there every Friday 10-30 till5pm a good pub to drink in 2.20 a pint.

This is my husband Barry's local very friendly pub bar staff are very good at what they do and very helpful to him when he pops in for a pint.

Not a bad pub but staff are awful in general. Service depends on if you can keep them from talking to friends or off the iPad. Not good for business I walked out recently through lack of service.

Location good, no parking which is a problem. Service is fine. Experience was OK.

The prices are excellent for a city centre but the pub itself is in desperate need of some new furniture. We had a rum and coke, a bottle of beer and two jaeger bombs. The glasses were dirty and the can used for the bombs was warm.

Stopped off for drinks 1st time visiting quaint little pub would visit again.

Although it was very clean and modern the single room was quite expensive (in the website it looks much bigger) it was very noisy until 10:00 pm on Saturday as you could still hear the pub music and loud voices. They advertise it is the busiest pub in Hull which was true but if you are looking for quite hotel this is certainly not the one. Also in February heating should be on however with the request the management put heating on.

Good rooms and facilities. Over night parking was an issue as all car parks in are are short stay. Church bells are noisy throughout the night.
