Spotless clean, great breakfast and Graham is a top bloke. Absolutely no hesitation to recommend great stay!

Both Graham & Yvonne are the most approachable & lovely couple you could stay with for your visit to this beautiful jurassic coastaline. The rooms have been upgraded since my visit but were already comfortable & had full ensuite. Graham's breakfasts are almost local folklaw, and a guilty pleasure of mine. The B&B itself is located in the hearth of the seafront community, with parking, bus routes, and The Marine on the doorstep. There is also local parks, restaurants, amusements, shopping, the beach and townlife, and cycle routes. You may bump into other members of the Herd family on your visit, and be delighted, as they are all charming. Good luck to you guys & thanks for making my father feel 'home from home' on his visit!

Brilliant place to stay. Stunning rooms with a sea view from some of them. Came to stay for a weekend and parents already booked another stay. An additional plus is their pet friendly attitude, great host and a tasty breakfast in the morning. Would definitely recommend.

Yvonne and grayham are two of the nicest people I've ever met. They treated me and my little girl like we where part of the family. Special thanks to Yvonne for the kind donation she maid to me after I lost my last 35 pounds on the beach. Can not thank you enough my second time here but won't be my last. Couldn't do enough for us. Very touched indeed. So thank you so much. Home from home xxx.

Fabulous place to stay with lovely breakfast and a great host can't wait to return.

My husband took me to this guest house for my birthday, we were booked in for 2 nights (1st July 2015) on arrival we were greeted and welcomed byGraham and shown to our sea view double room (the red room), they provided the kettle and beverages which we could restock any time we wanted, the shower was lovely, towels were provided along with small shower gel and hand wash of good quality, the bed was comfortable with lovely clean quality bedding. There was a pair of binoculars in the room which was great we took full advantage of those to watch the odd boats and jet skies, the view was fantastic as the weather was good, We got up to a fantastic breakfast cooked by Graham, I had full English, my husband does not eat pork but that was not a problem Graham made him an omelette instead, i'm not really a breakfast person and the food I left was no reflection on the cooking and didn't go to waste as the resident poodles got a treat lol. The poodles are kept out of the guest house and are under control at all times. All in all we had such a good time we stayed for a 3rd night, I would recommend staying here nothing is to much trouble. We will definately go back ans soon I hope xx.

The hotel is very clean, the owners are very friendly and helpful and the breakfast is excellent.

Me and my husband visited the guest house earlier on in the year and we were impressed so much we are returning at the begining of September for a longer stay, the rooms are fab, lovely and comfy and the breakfast is really filling, definatley recomment this guest house to anyone.
