Highly recommend. Had a lovely meal there this evening with my hubby & Children. Kids said how nice their meals were and my hubby & daughter love the Brie wedges (my daughter said best Brie wedges ever) great service too.

From the land of 60 million sheep and only 4.5 million humans I enjoyed your lamb rump — superbly cooked. Next time I will bring Xena Warrior and the Last Samuri out of Middle Earth-Narnia to dine.

Another great meal as always. THE best lasagne I have ever had and finished off with a delicious pudding. If you haven’t been here, you need too.

Friendliest pub I have ever visited. Ken the landlord and his team were brilliant, their hospitality was first class. Clean spacious rooms, fantastic breakfast and delicious home cooked meals by talented chefs at great prices and a great pint — you could not ask for more! Highly recommended and can't wait to visit again!

Great little pub with bed n breakfast. Rooms are spot on with everything you need, slept so well every night, then a lovely cooked breakfast in the morning, what a gem of a place. I Highly recommend.

We've been to the Wheatsheaf about four times now and we have always been impressed. The service is great, they have a good range of food on offer and the meals are always delicious. They have a lovely outdoor seating area for nice days. Will defo return.

Well 5 stars still doesn’t do the Wheatsheaf Inn justice… absolutely fabulous and welcoming staff members, especially Ken and Dianne. We travelled down from Liverpool with our 8 month old Labrador puppy Bailey who was visiting Fitzpatrick referrals, Ken and Dianne made us feel so welcome from the start, nothing was too much trouble and they did everything possible to accommodate Bailey. Lovely comfortable rooms and everything was so dog friendly. We very much enjoyed our evening meal and drinks and the breakfasts were absolutely delicious! Thankyou so much to Ken, Dianne and all the staff for making our stay so comfortable we will defiantly be back! Love Rosie, Caroline and Bailey X.

The staff are warm and welcoming, the menu choice is wide and varied and we think it's the best place to eat in Haslemere for choice, good quality food, friendly staff and comfort. Always happy to recommend the Wheatsheaf.

What a fantastic place. We arrived at 9.45am after a 4 hr drive, not really expecting to be able to book in until later. We were met by Ken who said ' No problem, your room is ready'. We were settled in and unpacked by 10.30am. All the staff are warm, friendly and welcoming. The meals are all cooked from fresh when you order them and are of the highest quality. Can't fault thus place at all, we had a wonderful weekend and will call in again next time we are down that way. Massive thanks to Ken, Di and all the staff.

A great choice on menu from sandwiches to full meals and specials staff very welcoming and tweaking of dishes to suit individual tastes encouraged.

This rating is based on the excellent service and manner of all the staff. Rooms are simple and neat as a pin, and wall paintings add a great touch. Food was tasty and filling. For what it is… a wayfarers pub… this is a great place to stay. Will definitely consider using again if we're back any time.

A great place to stay. Had a 2 night stay. Rooms are clean with VERY comfy beds. Breakfast was superb and evening meals were even better. Landlord and staff were friendly and helpful. Great value for money.

They arranged a function for my family plus at least 60 guests. Great service with excellent food. Very pleased and would definitely recommend.

Great service, very cosy and really good food. It's been a long day at work so I'm really glad we stopped here! Can't recommend it enough.

Great food, amazing staff, very lovely owners, have some nice vegetarian meals on the specials board.

I and my wife stayed 2 nights and found that the room was clean and nicely decorated and had everything you need for a comfortable stay, it had plenty of sockets in the room which is something other hotels and b&b dont have. The staff were freindly and very help full. The food was really nice and very well presented and we really enjoyed our stay there and we eould highly recommend the wheatsheaf to anyone that wants a place to stay in that area.

I go there every few months and the standard is consistently excellent as it was on my last visit.
