An awesome two night stay at this lovely pub/hotel. I would highly recommend! The food was excellent and the staff made us feel so welcome, they couldn’t have done more for us. Thank you all soooooo much, we will be returning xXx.

Awesome booked to stay here over the weekend as we were going to Thorpe park with friends and family and could not wish for a better stay…
Phillip was awesome super friendly and could not help us enough. Rooms were amazing and loved the old feel of this pub! I gotta ask is the place haunted love a ghost tour on the next visit as I will be back! Bar food was nice and even went the extra mile with regards to making us home made onion rings when there were not on the menu due to covid! Yet again I can’t say how much I loved my stay and if I could give 11 out of 10 I would :)

THE best pub in Chertsey, chilled atmosphere and groovy decor. Great selection of ales and the food is delicious.
Mexican night on a Friday is a particular favourite,
There is live music most weeks on a Friday with some amazing bands.
Oh and the staff are so nice, always happy to help, cheerful and polite.

Had my husbands birthday party here. Nothing was too much trouble. Made all my requirements possible from decorations to room for the band. Amazing food, plentiful and delicious. Drinks great with friendly accommodating staff. We also booked two rooms for us and our children. They were lovely and spacious, pristine clean. Beds were extremely comfortable. Could hear no other guests. Lovely extras from biscuits to shampoo and body wash. A gem in Chertsey will definitely be staying here again. A*Highly recommended.

A lovely one night stay after thorpe park. Lovely friendly staff who were very helpful especially when my sons bedroom lights suddenly went out. Sorted out asap. Quick to assist when my son locked himself out of his room. Comfortable beds and lovely hot water. The children thoroughly enjoyed themselves and we all enjoyed meeting Frodo. We shall be back and would highly recommend The Olde Swan Hotel. Thanks again. Jacqui, Ayla, Lauren and Elliott.

My boyfroboy and I had dinner here after spending the day at Thorpe Park. The food was AMAZING! Couldn't fault a thing, great value for money and really lovely staff.

Thoroughly enjoyed our visit Its a 2 star hotel /pub in the centre of Chertsey which was a joy to visit. The clientele first class and were easy to speak with We visited on a Friday night and there was a live band "the magic bus" and a great ambience Chertsey is a great little town not far from Windsor, on the Thames and close to London Would recommend the Old Swan.

Stayed here for three days from the 25th-27th of April 2018. We booked this hotel because we primarily visiting Thorpe park which is a 15 minute to drive away from the hotel, it's also only a 30 minute drive from Windsor castle and a tube station that will take you into central London. The way to the parking is a little confusing due to the one way system but other than that is pretty easy to get too. When you arrive you have to book in in the pub bar which was quick and easy and we had no issues checking in, the staff are really friendly and helpful explaining where all the local amenities are, the hotel room are accessible through a separate entrance to the hotel which is up a flight of stairs (there is no lift that I'm aware of). We stayed in a family room for four people with one double bed and two single beds with an on suite, the room was fairly large all though was front facing to the main road which can be noisy at times but you get used to it pretty quickly. There was alot of storage options including a wardrobe, two desks with storage compartments and side table. The on suite was fairly dated but was still in decent nick and suited our needs. The room amenities included a trouser press, a small heater (There is a radiator also) a small kettle with cups with the usual tea bags, sugar, milk and biscuits. Once again the owner was really friendly and topped up our supplies for our morning cuppa.

Pleasantly ambience here. Nice food. Real ale on tap good gin menu.

The Olde Swan has great Friday Music nights. Was here last night to watch KDBand perform. Ellie, their singer, was on really good form and the trio entrrtained us with some classic pop and rock covers. Terrific evening!

One of my favourite things about staying away for work is finding new places to eat. I admit I wasn't overly enamoured with the thought of 2 nights in Chertsey, however, if you should find yourself here for any reason, then you need to check this place out. Amazing ambiance, it's buzzing on a cold November Monday night. The music is a great mix of 50s/60s/70s/80s hits but not cheesy. There is a fab, fairly priced menu and a great selection of drinks including a good range of ales. It's a real find!

Stayed here for work for 3 nights. It’s very close to other pubs shops and banks. Had plenty of milk in the rooms which other hotels just don’t get. The pub below the rooms was quirky full of unique antiques. Around £4 a pint and the food is actually good. Another southern pub that lets dogs in but I didn’t really mind. Over all I would return and recommend just don’t expect to much in your rooms it’s a bed for the night that’s all you need Ps: ample parking at rear.

Just polished off my chicken fajitas at the mexican night and my fella consumed the burger… this meal was immense and great value for money (food and drink) staff are extremely friendly and cater to your every need.
