I would highly recommend this Hotel, rooms are lovely, food is amazing and the staff are lovely too, especially the Bar staff and waiters and waitresses.

Always love staying here. All the staff are very attentive. Nothing is to much trouble for them. Highly recommended.

Really good staff, got us a early check in even though it was a busy race day.

Given a Groupon meal for two in the restaurant as a gift. Staff were friendly and professional. Food was delicious, we had chicken, with bacon salad and spicy tortillas to start then beef bourguignon and Piri chicken burger as mains. The beef was melt in the mouth. Would definitely recommend eating here and will be booking again over the summer 👍🥂

Been coming here for many years, staff always welcoming, nothing is too much for them if you ask. Very reasonably priced, food is great.

I was originally from Chichester but moved away a few years ago. We come back to visit family regularly and we use this hotel as our base. We love it. The rooms are clean and spacious The staff are super friendly and we get recognised now which is lovely. The only thing I would suggest is maybe a small fridge in rooms. I like a gin in the evening and there’s nothing worse than it being warm. But apart from that. Keep up the good work And see you all soon. My week is over so home time today.

Generally like any other 3*** hotel, large clean rooms, convenient location, gastropub nearby… but staff are EXCEPTIONAL. Very friendly yet highly professional, helpful, cheerful and nice, requests met with utmost efficiency. Great asset to the hotel.

Great value hotel, nice clean and comfortable rooms… the on site restaurant is great and the service is also good, I have become a regular visitor this year.

Everything about the hotel is excellent the rooms comfortable the food superb the ladies festival that we attended was catered for with every single person in mind and we were made to feel very special all staff were thoughtful experienced and friendly so made us feel at ease many thanks

Been coming here for ladies nights and Christmas’s for many years! There’s a reason I keep returning… the place is fantastic! Staff are all warm and friendly, food delicious and beds comfy. Over the years made new friends here as other families return year after year. That tells a story of it’s own that people keep returning! Staff turnover is low which shows the staff are well treated as well. It’s lovely coming back and seeing familiar faces serving us and they welcome us with big smiles. Owners are brilliant and make you feel like family. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Can’t wait for next visit in May xx.

Had a fantastic Christmas party last night. Steph and the staff provided a great vegan alternative meal and the serving staff were lovely too. DJ was so entertaining and had everyone up dancing. Well done.

Rooms nice and big, and clean. Food is good but I am down here so often that I am board of the menu but that's just me. After a long day it's nice to relax in the Free on site spa.

We used the hotel for our Ladies Festival and nothing was too much trouble. Dean, the hotel manager, and his wonderful staff ensured that everything went to plan. Great food and facilities made for the perfect weekend.

Attended private party for sombre reasons. Venue clean and staff plentiful. Food was great ice but ran out quickly.

Staff are amazing. The hotel rooms good. The food was very good. Could not complain about anything.

Bed had a plastic sheet under the normal sheet, creating excessive heat in the bed. Cleaning standards are low. Though the bedding was clean. Price over the top. All fire doors were left open. People used the fire escape for smoking, without alarms going off. Didn't have breakfast as super market food is not worth that price.

Rooms clean and fairly well decorated, but no air-conditioning in the type of room we had (there were other types though so they may have air-conditioning). Bathroom was fine but nothing special. Breakfast was good, every member of staff stood out as fantastic, they were friendly, helpful, and easy to get hold of. Some of the people in our group used the pool and said it was good. I'd happily stay again.

We’ve stayed in this hotel twice, both times for a celebration. Staff is very friendly and they go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable. The room was very clean, perhaps needs a bit of updating but you can’t fault the cleanliness. They need to sort out the soft drink tho. They just taste like sugar no taste of a coke or Pepsi at all! Breakfast is really good, totally recommend it.

Close to Goodwood so expect à higher prrice, but good value — large room, comfortable bed, full bath. Good restaurant with breakfast buffet included. Helpful staff. Gym, pool, conference. Plenty parking around the building, easy access. Perfectly comfortable.

Mega outdated! Worse hotel I hvae ever came across in my life. Many areas could do with a bit better maintenance. Stairs were dirty needed a hoover. The breakfast could have been fresher. I couldn't get the shower to run cold. The Wi-Fi is insecure and doesn't work at all when I complain staff was horrible and rude. Never again.

Good evening food, with great attentive table service! Breakfast spread however was slightly sparse. Rooms were a tad on the overly warm side with no way to control temperature. Room however was clean and well outfitted. The usuals… TV, Phone, Kettle, Iron (inc board), a selection of Teas and Coffee, with complimentary biscuits were all included. Warm shower, good sized bath. Beds comfy with soft or harder pillows available. Gym facilities dated but adequate, Pool, hot tub, and spa were lovely, and clearly well maintained. Bar was okay, but lacked any real atmosphere… However! They had Doom Bar on tap which kept me happy! An overall above average stay :) Happy.

As you arrive there is plenty of parking space in the large car park. The rooms are nice and large and the breakfast in the hotel was filling and set me up for the day. It's a 15 minute walk into Chichester Town centre which I enjoyed on one of the sunny days during my stay.

Enjoyed a two night stay at this hotel with my wife. Hotel was our room were clean and comfortable. Food was excellent, staff friendly and has a small pool, gym, sauna and steam room.

Clean, quiet place. Comfortable room and bathroom. Did not get the chance to use the swimming pool as only stayed for one night but it looked good. Would recommend.

I visit the hotel with our owls on social events. The staff are always polite and courteous towards us, nothing is ever a issue. Not ever heard one compliant from guests. Quite the opposite.

Great place for events, dinners. Nice indoor pool and comfortable rooms. Handy for Chichester so long as you have a car.

What you'd expect, out of town hotel home to travelling workers… little tired, but adequate. Breakfast nothing exceptional, evening meal a little better than expected, the onsite gym and pool a nicety. Wouldn't rush back, but for work trips perfectly adequate.

Nice hotel. Friendly staff especially the bar staff who helped get the boxing on. Spa was good.

Good service but issues with the room, namely the tap in the bathroom. What was shown as cold was boiling hot and vice versa. Quite dangerous given how high the temperature became! Staff are very friendly, efficient and good customer service. Would recommend, cheap, slightly dated decor but very comfy beds and good selection of facilities.

Excellent accommodation and facilities — good breakfast. Only downside the rom was incredibly hot on the night we stayed and there was no air conditioning. Otherwise we had a good stay.

Decent hotel for short stay. Half an hour walk to the centre where there is a wide range of restaurants and bars. Rooms are a little dated style wise but beds are very comfortable. Pool and gym were nice and clean, a bit cosy but a nice place to unwind.

Every time I have revisited this hotel, I always get loads of fond memories, I had my Masonic Ladies Festival there back in 2010 and have been to others as well, it's always lovely to see Dene the Manager who bends over backwards to please his customers, he is very generous and obilging, the chefs create beautifully presented tasty food and portions are very large. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Dene will recommend what he knows has worked well before and uses music bands of excellent quality. In the past he has put on race nights and disco's etc and they have never closed the bar until the last person leaves. Excellent value for money.

Nice hotel, staff were helpful, my car got a lot of bird poo on it, but I can't really blame the hotel for that!

Room was right by the bar, drunks were wondering the halls and courtyard outside shouting very obscene things, swearing and joking about rape. Staff were very unhelpful. Emails were never replied to.

A little shabby and worn. Broken light, worn carpet, chipped sink and TV remote not working. Had to wait in the bar half hour for sandwich. Staff were helpful and apologetic.

Good meeting place. Free Wi-Fi and plenty of places to sit.

The hotel staff were good although the hotel is starting to look tired and could do with a refurb.

Went there for a wedding 'food tasting' event so that my daughter and future son in law could decide on which dishes they wanted on the wedding menu. All the food was excellent — so a difficult choice.

Very good venue for swimming lessons.

The hotel is really nice and cozy. The room was clean and quite large. The toilet was large and clean, but there's no shampoo, moisturising cream or tooth paste. So, I was in trouble and had to go to the next shop to buy these things. The bar should be opened in the night and it was, but the service wasn't great. You should press a button to call the bar man. I was ringing and he never came… In general, is a nice hotel! Good installations and good breakfast (not included). I would stay there again!

The room was basic but that's all it needed to be, the food was ok I found the breakfast a lot better then the evening meal.

Poor decor, all toilets had broken locks, plug sockets loose, bathroom mouldy, window wouldn't open and when finally did hinges were lose, beef at meal was tough and gristly, stains on carpets and walls, some staff barely understood English, not worth the money!

Got married there a few years back and the hotel was fantastic, they looked after us very well, and the food was excellent. A perfect day. Just great.

Well priced and presented attractively.

The hotel feels pretty tired. In 18 months of attending networking meetings no one has fixed a missing lock in the ladies loos. A hot chocolate was served with a teaspoon dropped into the tall glass. Breakfast is ok, sausages are unpleasant. Service is generally without a smile. it's ok is about the best I could come up with.

I photographed Katie and Paul's wedding here in March 2013. The hotel is nothing grand or luxurious. It's not cosy or rustic or historic. What it is, is functional and perfectly pleasant. It is a modern building built around a central courtyard garden. There is a small river running beside the hotel, but that is next to quite a busy road. We managed to take some nice photographs on the small bridge crossing the river, even though it was quite a cold, windy day when Paul and Katie married. The majority of photographs we took in the garden. The only downside being there are no sweeping views across the countryside. We had to make sure we didn't get too much of the bland brick walls of the hotel in the shots! Inside the hotel seems clean and comfortable. The room where ceremonies, wedding breakfasts and evening receptions are held is able to be sectioned off to allow for dressing of each area as required and also so smaller parties don't feel like they are in such a cavernous space. One of the most pleasant areas is the fitness suite and pool. I managed to sneak in a visit to the pool and sauna during my break which certainly refreshed me for photographing the remainder of the day. Staff were friendly and helpful and the food I was served in the restaurant was nicely presented and well cooked, without being outstanding. I cannot comment on the rooms as I did not stay the night but my wedding clients had no complaints when I discussed it with them a few days later.
