Fantastic B&B, spent 2 nights here for my sisters wedding and couldn't fault it. Food excellent, service was excellent and Lisa was so lovely from the start to the finish. For anyone looking for a nice break away from home in a lovely location, come here! X.

A very nice B & B. Kind people, beautyful house and a perfect breakfast. Our room was very nice and the beds are good. Although it's very close to a highway, the windows are good so it's not disturbing for your sleep.

This B&B is more like a boutique guest house. Clean and stylish. Attention to the details. The property is decorated and styled perfectly. I love the glass jar of miniature jelly babies in the entrance hallway… help yourselves. The owners Lisa and Mark put themselves out for their guests. The breakfasts are a treat for the eyes and the tummy.

First-rate B&B. Thoroughly recommend it. Breakfast is a real treat. Tricky to find. Drive slowly and be ready to take the left turn into Black mill Road.

What an absolutely delightful little b & b. Took my 92 year old mum there for her birthday. The hosts & staff made a real fuss of her and gave her a birthday to remember. The accommodation was fabulous & the breakfasts top notch. I will definitely be back. Thank you.

On arrival Lisa greeted us with a big smile and a warm hand shake. After showing us through the breakfast area and the sign in books, we went to our rooms. All with the usual tea making equipment and a lovely little box of chocolates! The rooms were bright and airy, with attractive decoration. For breakfast, the usual cereals, juices and fresh fruits were available, but the cooked option was the tops! With Lisa taking the orders, the meals were served with ample portions and were delicious! Our stay at Spinney was very comfortable making a lovely weekend break! With Lisa and Gloria's teamwork in the kitchen, first class and Marks comical story on our departure morning, we would highly recommend Blackmill Spinney and intend to return soon!

Beautiful place to stay. A colleague and I stayed here on a business trip, it was so relaxing. Both of our rooms were fantastic and Lisa was very welcoming. Nice little above and beyond touches that set this apart from other B&B's.

Just the best place to stay and have a relaxing break. Well situated for shopping, eating and walking. Lisa goes above and beyond to welcome you and make sure your stay is perfect. Highly recommended.

Stopped here 2 nights with my dad and it was outstanding. Cannot fault the place. Lovely hosts and a top quality breakfast. Would highly recommend and would return in the future. Barry and Matt.

I stayed here on my wedding night last year. It was such a lovely place. Having told the people it was our wedding night, they decorated all our room, gave us complementary champagne and chocolate. The family running the B +B were so nice and breakfast was great. Highly recommended.
