Nearby the beach. You can park in front of the building. Room are ok. Nice view. No elevator but staff can help you carry luggages.

Nice small hotel. New renovated with a little English touch. Very hospitable and family run. Very good Breakfast.

Family run enterprise with a very high class feel and great attention to detail. Breakfasts are out of this world and definitely set you up for the exploring the picturesque local landscape.

Couldn't fault this place at all. We stayed for one night over Easter weekend, super friendly welcome and during our stay, our room was spotless and very comfy (including extremely comfy dressing gowns! ), really nice bathroom, nice atmosphere in the bar and the breakfast was first rate! Definitely recommend this hotel!

Absolutely wonderful place with incredible breakfast. You are looked after very well by attentive owners. Close to St Leonards and a nice walk along the prom to Hastings Old Town.

Friendly staff, great rooms, delicious breakfast! All of which is very near the beach and old town. Lovely experience, would stay here again happily. Will be recommending!

Had the loveliest time staying here. Ian and Beth (the owners) and staff are very welcoming and helpful. They make you feel at home. Breakfast is very generous with a nice variety to choose from. Room we had was warm and cosy. Close to the seafront. Would choose this accommodation again if we come back to the area.

Loved this place, but the room was small. Couldn't walk around the bed without having to squeeze past the desk, a chair or the wardrobe. Not a big problem for us as we were only staying a single night, but if we were staying longer it would have been inconvenient. Loved the staff, friendly and knew the area well. Good recommendations. Breakfast was delicious and the overall atmosphere was modern and very clean.

Absolutely love it here booked it last year and partner totally fell in love with the room and bath, had made reservations to go out for dinner which change to a night in binging on snacks and Freeview telly a naughty weekend turn into a restful weekend we just went to bed and slept and slept.

Great hotel to discover Hastings from. Staff very friendly, room with sea view was fantastic, and a great breakfast to get you started. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Spacious up-to-date room with very modern walk-in shower, coffee and tea stand, mini bar (! ), see views and fantastic windows you can actually open wide! Breakfast is wonderfully 'home made' and the owner a more than a friendly hostess. And yes, the B&B has some narrow stairs and yes it's some 2 miles from the best restaurant… but a walk along the seashore the to the excellent Webbe's Rock A Nore and then back, up to the spacious room and the wide bed… it is definitely worth it!

Lovely B&B, we've stayed there a few times and wouldn't stay anywhere else when in Hastings. Lovely clean rooms, nice and close to the beach and the breakfast was lovely! The lady who checked us in and served us breakfast (I believe her name was Onalee) was lovely and very friendly! Would 100% recommend.

The woman who checked us in and served us for breakfast was really helpful and happy. She gave us a wonderful welcome. Breakfast was delicious. I had smoked salmon and scrambled eggs, and my partner the full English, and both were made of high quality ingredients, cooked well and tasted delicious. Lovely fresh coffee too. Our room was ensuite and 'courtyard-facing', which basically meant there was no sea view and it looked over the back alley. The room itself was bright, and quite small, but the bed was comfortable, and the bedsheets and pillows good quality. We had a good night's sleep, with the windows open, and woke gently to the sound of the seagulls. It's closer took St Leonards, and the area behind is a little run down, but it's facing a very nice square to the front, is seconds from the waterfront, and about 20 minutes walk into Hastings proper.

Great service, good location, gorgeous Superior King room with sea view AND the most delicious breakfast choices that made decisions difficult! From the moment we arrived we felt welcome and the friendly efficient service continued through our short stay. The main problem for us was we didn't want to leave. Will absolutely go back.

We stayed at Hasting House for Valentines weekend and our stay was brilliant. The staff were very helpful and friendly, advising us where to go. We stayed in room 6 and the room was lovely, very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good and you had a varied choice from full English to fruit and yogurt. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this hotel.

I have stayed here 3 times now for business and can say that the welcome and service you get from them is second to none — they remember who you are and that glass of wine when you arrive is well received! The rooms are fantastic — beautifully done out and always clean — the showers are amazing! I will of course be back next time I am there visiting our Branch — hopefully I will make it in the summer months.

Just had the most amazing weekend here and we couldn't have picked a better hotel. The staff were wonderful and everything about the place — from the complimentary drink when we arrived to free Jaffa cakes with tea'n'coffee in our room — was worthy of a much pricier place. Our kingsize room was brilliant — sea view, huge window, rainforest shower, gorgeous minimal decoration and an enormous bed that gave me the best sleep of my life. In the mornings, we enjoyed porridge with grated apple or delicious cooked breakfasts accompanied by the days papers. Absolutely loved this place — couldn't recommend it more.
