It's a great hotel rooms are nice lovely friendly atmosphere and great staff been going for years couldn't wish for a better hotel and the food is great going twice again this year best hotel in oloudniz in our eyes.

No hot water TV didn’t work. Small rooms cracked basin.

Very nice room 333 refurbished.

The service in restaurant not that great they don’t seem to be able to keep up with the buffet food and plates you are forever asking for things and when you have asked you still have to wait.

I like this hotel staff are great room is ok and they treat drivers like human beings.

Food good room small but ok on National Holidays trip have to remember what we have paid. Staff friendly would recommend.

The beds are comfortable and the place is really quiet well worth coming to the hotel.

Stayed here with national coaches, overall it was ok. We paid extra for a sea view room. Recently decorated and a good size. Room 104 had Wi-Fi accessibility. The staff were the hotel's best assets. The food was acceptable most days but the self service breakfast was chaos.
On 2 evenings the food and service fell far short of acceptable, below is a copy of message sent to hotel At dinner on Wednesday evening mum asked a member of staff for a bread roll. She was told that you c…an only have a roll with soup.
Unfortunately mum can't eat soup because of her tremor. So that night she had 2 slices of ham and dessert.
I know that costings are important to a business but I fail to see the logic. We should ask for soup we don't want just to throw away.
The service received was appalling. Mum didn't make a fuss because she didn't want to draw attention to herself, she is conscious of her tremor.
Thursday evening she had melon. I sent my turkey escalop back it was inedible and was offered a salad. They took mum's away and offered her nothing. Again she didn't want to draw attention to herself and left the dinning room upset.
I felt it unfair to leave negative reviews on line without giving you an opportunity to respond first.
We leave tomorrow and what has been a pleasant break has been tarnished. A manager did come to find me on the morning we left. We agreed she would call me the following day to discuss, she was very apologetic.

I have coeliac disease and on the whole the food was acceptable, I don't have a sweet tooth so I requested cheese and biscuits for my dessert (I had informed them a week before my arrival) the first night they had no cracker so had to eat cheese on it's own said they would get some for next day but did not for the whole stay (4days) they made no effort to buy some in obviously couldn't be bothered and we paid a lot of money as it was new years eve. Not coeliac friendly!

Shit hole. Not even worth one star. Nothing Majestic about this place.

Very shabby, our room was tiny you had to wait 5 minutes for the water to get warm for the hand basin, was never able to use the shower as no warm (never got hot water) the wall by the shower door was rotten.
In the sitting area by the coffee bar there is a long radiator under nether the window and the filth that's behind it is dreadful, thick black fluff, dead insects and every other bit of dirt you can think of. This is where you sit and have something to eat and drink.
Very very poor.

Our room was very small not a good view and had a strange odour. We reported it to reception We had to pay for an upgade that was worth it. Lovely room, sea view, food good, entertainment good, nice staff and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Had to change room because of leak in ceiling but staff were great and new room was nice enough.

Stayed for 5 days last week with coach party on bed breakfast and evening meal basis. Staff helpful and on the whole mostly they were friendly but under a lot of pressure due to being short staffed. Room was cold we had sea view 3rd floor radiator on the wall not working had a small plug in one in its place but not warm enough did not think it was very good value after paying extra £40 for it, small slow running shower unit no bath disappointing. Restaurant was cold and dinner meals were very small portions no good for big eaters we had main meal out of the hotel at lunchtimes. Small lift also had quite a lot of steps down to restaurant so facilities no good for disabled/wheelchair users or those unsteady on there feet. So sadly would not go there again.

Had a great holiday, although to be fair not suitable for anyone with disabilities, there is no facilities for wheelchair users or anyone with a severe walking ability.

It is not really possible to cover it with one rating. The position is fine, close to pier, and bus routes. For the staff = 5*, not had better anywhere. Food (for the price) = 4* Decoration in rooms = 2* Lifts = only one working (badly) of the two, a disgrace. Many rooms on the 3rd floor. A very" tired" hotel in need of a good maintenance crew. Would not like to stay there if the weather is bad.

Under refreshment But once complete should be a lot better at the moment id give it a 6 out off 10 can not knock the food and service All staff are friendly and polite and give a tor class service.

Very nice hotel our waitress Kate was lovely.

Just a bit dated but if you stick to sea view rooms good value for money. Mainly for people over 60 but evrn so the entertainment good do with updating as well.
