Fortunate to be in 10th floor with views towards sea. Efficient check in where you are greeted in person at the door by friendly members of staff (Jessica was lovely, lively and really helpful). Room itself really nice and quite spacious considering prime location. Now off to enjoy the rest of Brighton.

Lovely hotel very clean. Team was very friendly and very professional they could reply to all our question and request. Junior was very helpful and very smiling did make us feel at home. Love the fact that we did get 50% parcking due to our stay at ibis hotel. Will recommend to my friend for sur.

Sleek, clean and welcoming accommodation, in a handy location by the station. Loved the bathroom pod. Only downside was a very hard, uncomfortable pillow — maybe needs breaking in a little more (hence the four stars). Would definitely stay again. Thanks.

Brilliant location. Nice and cosy. A simple room but was much more than enough for us. Would be excellent if it had parking, but for £15 a day we parked in the train station — 5 minutes walk. Breakfast is not so recommended, but there's coffee and tea in the room, which was ok for us. Definitely will be back.

We stayed for 3 nights. It was all perfect as per our needs and the entire staff at ibis Brighton city center delivered services more than the best. Entire team from morning breakfast staff till night receptionists always ready to walk extra mile to make your stay memorable. We stayed in Room No. 812. One of the quietest floor. Room was equipped with all the amenities including hair dryer. Self ironing on 4th floor with steam iron which was like cherry on top. Full English breakfast contains ham, sausages, hash brown, cooked mushrooms, tomatoes, scrambled eggs, Heinz beans. Yogurt pot with 3 different flavors. Always smile on face of staff. Me and my wife highly appreciate for everything in general. I highly recommend and will return back in future.

The room is spacious and value for money. It is also fairly clean. The room is pretty quiet, I didn't hear the traffic even though there is a bus stop outside the window. The bed very comfortable although the pillows are too soft for my liking, but this is really a personal preference. Just want to note that there is no fridge in the room.

Stayed 3 nights and found location excellent for the two business trips I had to make to London via rail. Hotel staff are friendly, accomodating and the Ibis has a relaxed informal approach which I liked. Room rates are good and my room was clean and fully airconditioned. Breakfast was substantial and overall excellent. Rooms are basic but comfortable and more than enough for a 3 day visit. I can't fault. Stayed at Ibis many years ago and it was awfull… Ibis have really upped their game for a budget chain. Thanks Ibis Brighton. 5 stars to you.

Raised an issue on first night and delighted to not only have a most speedy resolution (extra heater and quilt in room) but a lovely note and token. Now that's exceptional customer care. Needless to say I'll be nice and cosy now.

This is my 4th stay here in Brighton. At the ibis. It was very nice. The staff, Julian, James and Alex were very helpful, and went beyond customer service. They couldn't do enough for my friend and I. Will be coming back there very soon.

Great experience! nice vibe, clean, good selection for breakfest, good croissants, not the best coffee though. We had a nice time at the bar with friendly service. The single beds are firm, the sofa beds are soft, in our room at least. Shower comfortable, works well, lots of hot water. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

First time there. Great hotel. Especially for the price. Rooms and entire hotel was very clean and well kept. Very safe and quiet. Food was great. Just spent a week there last week and had the opportunity to deal with alex who was working on the night shift each night I was there he was great to deal with. All Staff were great. Bed was extremely comfortable. Great location, only 10 second walk from train station and about a 7 minute walk to the mall with many shops in between on the way. Check in/out was fast and painless. Nothing bad to say about this place. Will definitely be back there again.

Nice modern hotel with small but thoughtfully laid-out rooms. The staff were casual and friendly but still very professional. Will definitely stay here again.

No spoons for the tea. Broken plastic cups for water. General cleanliness good but some neglected areas. Noisy party from room opposite and running down the corridors (this happens fairly frequently). Good and friendly reception staff. Poor bathroom (pre made self contained, plastic, acoustics awful). 24/7 food and service. Overall a mixed bag but not all bad.

The room was a good size and kept tidy. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast left something to desire, but there are plenty of options within 10 minutes walk.

Unfortunately, my stay in the hotel did not meet my expectations. I stayed with a boy for over a week. The rooms are not cleaned properly. The toilets were dirty all the time, no one cleaned them. The shower is dirty as well,, hair how no one can confuse it. The room was not vacuumed. Thats why I checkout early. I do not recommend.

Just useless and rude staff who seemed less interested in doing their job and more interested in socialising. I paid £15 for early check in, and told the person running check in this, to be told the hotel was fully booked the night before and come back at 2pm (not even a normal check in time) I repeated myself and explained I’m not happy I paid to check in from 9 am, the man then corrected me and said 10am was early check in (you might want to tell this to your website, emails, etc because everything I read or got was 9am) the man then just continued to check us in anyways, so it went from not being about to check us in due to a full hotel, to wary check in being at 10am to him the magically finding a room and being able to check us in at 9.10am. If your going to lie to a customer at least me consistent with it.

Great location as came into Brighton by train, Got quite stressed did booking for 3 adults when came to printing off details on day noticed in small print only 2 adults allowed in family room, was imagining all sorts of scenarios, any way not an issue in the end, So myself and my 2 friends had a fantastic weekend enjoying the sights of Brighton, I liked the bathroom pod, really clean, we all slept very well despite being on noisy side of hotel, kept window closed. We enjoyed a cocktail before going to bed, impressed by the staff all very helpful, and really appreciated being able to store our luggage both ends of our stay. We all had a very positive experience.

The IBIS Brighton is a very comfortable hotel just off the Brighton train station. Breakfast is varied, good and includes everything you need for a good English breakfast.
Comfortable rooms, comfortable bed although very small (except for the sofa bed that used my kids which was very uncomfortable and sinking)
Perfect cleaning and no noise from the outside.
Next to the hotel there are plenty of places to eat or buy.

Central Hotel. Small but perfect rooms to visit the city and its surroundings. Good breakfast buffet. Good price compared to the hotels in the area.

We had a great stay at the Ibis Brighton. Very good location for the train station as we had a long trip so it was great to be so close. The staff were all incredibly welcoming and efficient. The room was comfortable and very quiet and with black out blinds it was perfect for me and my children. The breakfast buffet was delicious and my children were thrilled with the choice. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Just one towel short of a great stay. Having long hair, an additional smaller towel is practically necessary. Apart from that, this is a very good hotel. The rooms are a good size, the staff is very service minded. Everything runs smoothly. The breakfast is varied and good, with fresh refilling of the warm food regularly.

Second time we stayed at the Ibis in a year and a second time we went out delighted. We were greeted by Jessica to check in, outside of the reception queue, which was very fast because I had previously done it online. I requested a cradle trip for our 2 year old daughter and without being sure if it would fit in the room she accompanied us to the same, giving directions about the hotel during the ascent (breakfast hours, access to Wi-Fi, lifts, etc. ). Once in the room we checked that it was already installed because I requested it also previously at check in online and that although it left little space, it was enough for our stay. But he didn't stay there, but Jessica found that the mattress of the crib was something fine for the girl, which is no longer a baby itself, and went to look for a quilt that put as a mattress, taking a while in another place would not have given us. An attention we had never had in the hotels we have been in family, many of them of higher category. Otherwise, it's all very well. The hotel continues to be seen as very new, and the staff has been attentive and very friendly during the 6 days we stayed. The comfortable beds and the cabin-type bathrooms continue to seeming more hygienic without corners of worse cleanliness. We had room with breakfast which for members of the Accor hotels chain came out at the same price as without it. Breakfast is buffet-style with plenty of variety.

Booked this hotel as a little treat for my sister's birthday. I rang the Hotel to ask if they could arrange something nice for her and the girl who assisted me over the phone was very polite, she asked me how old she was and ensured me that everything was going to be taken care of. My sister was allocated to a nice room on a high floor and with a good view over the city, unfortunately nothing was placed in the room prior her arrival and I had to ring the hotel in the late evening to ask if they were going to. However, I work in the hotel business and I do understand how the operation works so I didn't make any fuss about it and the guy who assisted me was very polite. Overall feedback, the hotel sounds like a friendly environment and a very good value for money.

The hotel is right and the location is perfect. Worst of all was that the hot water didn't work in the morning so we had to shower with cold water. Apparently it was a breakdown of which they had constancy, which affected enough rooms and they did not know when it would be fixed. However, they did not offer any kind of compensation for this. In my case I think I will not stay here again.

Good location close to the station and 10 mins walk to the beach. Excellent service at reception. Nice basic rooms, free Wi-Fi.

This hotel may seem convenient because of its location as it's close to Brighton Central; however, the hotel is overpriced. My first day was a hunting experience trying to get rid of several flies in the room and then at night time seagulls are so loud you could barely sleep. Not staying there again…

Good hotel in a very good location. The breakfast is OK but not wonderful. There are a few caffes nearby with better and cheaper breakfast. Near the hotel there is a laundry place if you need which is much cheaper than the hotel service.

Very clean, bright and modern with a decent breakfast and friendly staff. Everything you could want from a budget hotel. Located at the top of town near the train station, convenient for the town and shops but a bit more of a walk to the seafront.

The hotel is situated very close to the station. It's nice and clean with modern styling. The room was big but if you're a light sleeper I suggest you as for an even numbered room which is at the back of the hotel as the main road can be busy. Breakfast was decent with a good selection of hot and cold things. Standard TV with free view. No ironing board in room.

My friends and I regularly meet up here for breakfast. You can help yourself to a full continental with bread, croissants, pains au chocolat, cheese, meat, fruits, cereal and yoghurt, then go for the cooked selection with unlimited tea and coffee all for just under £9. The staff are so friendly, it's great!

A very nice hotel with good front of house staff and nice rooms. Location is perfect. One or two of the staff were very rude to my other guest who had paid for the room and tried to tell him he wasn't staying here when he was and we're very unprofessional. Apart from the one or two rude and unprofessional staff, it's a hotel to recommend.

Good room, good breakfast, good location!

Just got back from work and was about to shower when two employees burst into my room with their keycard, claiming the "funky smell" (needed to use a small amount of incense to make it comfortable) I dispersed violated the hotel rules. Was told to leave my room immediately, so I got dressed and from the lobby tried to contact the only friend I knew there. After not being able to get a hold of him, they told me I could pay a 100 ukp 'cleaning' fee because they would have to spray chemicals the next day. I probably should have left the hotel at this point but, after traveling all day & working, I just wanted to sleep. After a couple hours of rest I woke up to the sound of the neighbor showering. 3/5 for decent pillows. Didn't get a chance to try the breakfast but i'm sure it's decent.

Good location close to station and walking distance to Brighton centre. Clean modern rooms. Stayed on 5th floor and no noise from outside.

I had a pretty bad experience. The nights are very noisy my room was quoted Street. This is an artery that leads to the station, bar, restaurant, etc. The soundproofing is not at the level we hear all the noises from the hotel and the street. Also the quality of the sofa bed is inamissible we feel all the springs. It's a shame because the staff is very helpful.
If you come by car there is no parking. We need to park nearby. The price negotiated by the hotel is 12 pounds per day.
j'ai passé un assez mauvais séjour. Les nuits sont très bruyantes ma chambre était cotés rue. C'est une artère qui mène à la gare, bar, resto, etc. L'insonorisation n'étant pas à la hauteur on entend tous les bruits de l’hôtel et de la rue. De plus la qualité de la literie du canapé lit est inamissible on sens tous les ressorts. C'est dommage car le personnel est très serviable.

Clean. However our smoke alarm had a sock covering it from the last guests. The doors take an hour (I exaggerate only slightly lol) to close. I totally understand this is so there can be no banging doors however I was asleep and in bed before the door shut. Lovely comfortable beds. I wouldn't hesitate staying again.

Good clean, aircon, cheap! Would stay again.
