We were looking for a room for 1 night, the same day! and Andy & Rachel were able to help.
Super well appointed room, lots of tea/coffee & biscuits, toiletries & thick towels.
Good shower & bathroom, all clean & modern.
With current situation, a little different for breakfast, but offered a choice, & opted for bacon & egg baguette, which was tasty & fresh. It kept us cyclists going til lunch!
Thankyou for your kindness, at such short notice, we thoroughly recommend you!
We were weary, & you gave us the chance to rest before the next step of our journey.

The staff is incredibly friendly, room is clean, and breakfast is delicious.

Just had 4 nights at Buenos Aires Guest House Bexhill. We enjoyed our stay very much nothing was to much trouble, breakfast was delicious would highly recommend.

Clean with a lovely host. A hot cooked delicious breakfast. All good.

I haven’t written a review before but having read the recent negative posts I felt saddened for this little business so felt I should let you know how this little B and B is in my eyes is the nicest place to stay in Bexhill, although I haven’t stayed here myself some of my family have and when they come to visit they always ask me to book them in, the owners go out of there way to make my family feel so welcome, if your thinking about a visit to Bexhill or surrounding areas give them a try, I’m sure you won’t be disappointed.

We stayed in this guest house last year, I am reviewing now as I heard about the backlash the owners are having from a recent issue.
To put spam reviews up is nasty and a cruel way to ruin people's small businesses without knowing full facts.
Shame on the 1 star reviewers, I hope matters get resolved quickly and people can see for themselves that the 1 stars are all within 24 hours and as a result of ignorance.

Lovely little place, I stayed there recently and cannot fault it. Will definitely be back in the future — to anyone thinking of booking, do not hesitate, these are the nicest people you will find. Ignore the backlash from others, there is context here and unfortunately some feel it is OK to jump on the bandwagon and try to ruin what others have worked hard for.

It's been an absolute pleasure staying at Buenos Aires my partner had to go to work leaving me to go to breakfast on my own, but I wasn't Rachel and Andy where so kind and made me feel so comfortable the breakfast was amazing and of course I got to meet Millie there lovely spaniel pudding (adorable) comfortable, clean, bubbly, friendly place and a lovely couple, our two springer spaniel loved there stay tooo, Definitely coming back thank you again x.

Lovely Bed and Breakfast situated on a side road from the seafront. Clean room with towels, kettle, soap etc. All very well thought out to cover the visitors needs.

The best breakfast I have ever had, anywhere! Bedrooms clean and comfortable. Rachel and Andy were warm and friendly and did everything they could to make us comfortable.

What a lovely couple Rachel and Andy are, so welcoming! The beds were spotless and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing, great choices and plenty of it. I had smoked salmon and scrambled eggs. Near to the sea and town. Quiet and respectable.
