Highly recommend! Spacious studio apartment with a fun bar area. The beds and linens were fabulous! There were six in our group and it was perfect! Walking distance to everything. Very responsive and helpful. Thank you so much Alice!

Absolutely lovely room, as we expected. So comfortable and the 2-step system worked so well lovely atmosphere and beds were so comfortable! Alice left a lovely card and a box of chocolates on my bed as it was my early birthday present which really touched me as she pays close attention to detail. Town and the beach are walking distance so very accessible we also managed to get a parking space on the road so could see our car and met one of the ladies servicing the room and she was very polite and homely. Thank you Alice.

Had a fabulous night in the deluxe king studio, my 2 children thought the bar area was amazing!

What a fab place! Beautifully decorated and clean and modern. Perfect relaxation. I’d definitely stay again. Easy parking opposite too — reasonably priced.

I stayed in the single room for one night and thought it was excellent value for money. The room was really cosy and had everything you could want. The decor was lovely and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. I loved the ease of the non attended check in and the location is perfect for exploring Porthcawl. There is limited on street parking outside the hotel but you would struggle to pay more than £3 for a day anywhere in the town so it's no issue if there's none available. I'd highly recommend 19 Mary Street and will definitely return.

Stayed here last night and what a lovely place it is :-). Rooms are beautiful very clean and the bed is to die for lol it was so comfy I literally could have stayed there all day. Would highly recommend staying here and Alice your such a lovely girl should be very proud. Thanks for a lovely stay …

Spent two nights here and loved it. Very clean and cozy and very modern decor. Given us a few ideas for when we redecorate. Comfiest bed ever. Very central with restaurants on doorstep. Definitely be staying again and manager is very nice, friendly and easy to reach. 10/10

I walked into my room and thought it was so lovely. The bedding smelt so lovely and fresh and towels were luxury. Loved the quirky brass piping for the open wardrobe/hanger … the curtains could have been hung better by using more curtain rings. Being into interior design it's things like that that can let the rest of the image down. Lovely people… but I didn't get a wink of sleep with the guests in room 4 next to me. The dividing walls are so thin I heard everything and how rude when they go to sleep with the TV droning through the walls it didn't cover over the snoring. Eventually at 6am it went quiet. Spoilt my special treat and had a long way to drive home : (

Had a lovely night out here with my friends. Was given a superb service, made to feel very welcome. Food was delicious, a lovely atmosphere. The decor was tasteful and clean through out. Would I recommend this place a place to go, most definitely. Thanks to all your staff for making it a wonderful night for me and my friends. Plus we won a bottle of prosecco on our table. Fab night. X.

Visited this place quite a few times now. Celebrated birthdays there and general nights out. The food and service has always been lovely. However tonight we sampled a big chunk of the new menu and it was absolutely delicious… Thoroughly enjoyed every dish, the cocktails are yummy and Alice and her staff do amazing job… Yum yum yum xxxx.

Great place to eat, lovely surroundings and Alice is a very friendly host.
The food is to die for, absolutely delicious. Try a roulette of hot and sweet peppers to kick off, delicious and fun. And the pork belly, heaven, just wonderful.
Oh and fab cocktails too.
