Booked a single room which was very neat and modern, with a superb comfy bed and nice quilt. Breakfast was freshly cooked and excellent, with a choice of cereal. Andrew is a very friendly host, and good for a chat. Short walk from a traditional pub, and some good eateries.

I stayed here for a wedding and everything was great. My room was welcoming, clean and gorgeously decorated — with an amazing view. I was flying solo and was able to snuggle up, relax and pamper myself. I had a clear view of the sunset and the hotel location is perfect for exploring the area. The next morning breakfast was delicious and the owners were so friendly. Highly, highly recommend.
If it was still going, they would win Four in a Bed, no question.

Coast House was a lovely place to stay. Lovely piping hot breakfast after your cereals and tea and coffie eg replenished every day along with shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. Situated a short walk from ther peer and Verdis Italian restaurant. Host are happy to share information on places to visit. Would definatley stay again. Perfectly.

This guest house is self check in & they text me the morning I arrived to tell me the key safe code & instructions which worked well. The bus stop outside the property (along the seafront) connects to go to & from Swansea bus station which was great for me as it was easy to reach. Breakfast is to be chosen from the list provided and given in by evening time so it's good to know its cooked to order and I was pleased to get a good vegetarian breakfast. My single room had a good tea tray and was comfortable and had a good shower. Property is nicely decorated throughout. The room isn't cleaned daily but they leave a bag on your door to restock toiletries & tea tray. I would recommend staying here.

Fantastic B&B in the heart of Mumbles with parking either by the building, or opposite in the pay & display carpark *£6 per day, parking ticket can be used in other carparks too.
Breakfast was a choice of full english, scrambled eggs & salmon on an english muffin, a vegetarian option of weetabix, fruit, nuts & honey — selected the night before. All very tasty and well presented.
The room itself was very light and airy, with a fantastic seaview and ensuite shower & loo. Extremely clean and toiletries & towels provided.
Hassle free checkin/ checkout with great management.
All in all a perfect escape and superb location and goid value for money.
We will definitely be back.

I was in wales for 3 days and stayed there andrew and his family made you feel very welcone everyone was fantastic what was so gr8 was young will at his young age was such a professional he will go very far in life.

Lovely rooms. Super clean. Fab views and great host. Andy is The Coast House. He was brought up in the house that his been in his family for three generations. He clearly loves his home and welcomes you to it. He’s knowledgable and super kind. The “ new look’ for the interior is spot on. It’s understated but in a good way. And everything works. Perfectly. Fabulously comfy beds too. The breakfast is also really good. Sausages to dream about We will definitely be returnin…g. It is perfectly positioned for great walks, great food and brilliant beaches. A perfect location, a great welcome and a lovely breakfast which includes top ingredients with an exceptional coffee. Bikes can be hired too but due to the locality, your feet is all you need.

Lovely long weekend, the Staff team, led by Andy, were welcoming, efficient and helpful. Room with a view overlooking the bay was comfortable.

Lovely guest house. Owner really pleasant best cooked breakfast we have had in a guest house for many years. Everything was really hot and good quality products used.

Such a wonderful few days at the coast house! We missed breakfast on the Saturday to join in Swansea park run and the owner had kindly left two warm breakfast baps for us on our return! Very comfortable bed in a a spacious room with beautiful views.
