Really nice rooms, really cosy, clean and neat. Staff are amazing, nice to talk too and very helpful.
Room I was given was very dirty. I noticed when I returned from being out for day, in the evening. I changed the next day. The management company, City Room Rentals have refused to refund me for my first night out of the 4 nights that I stayed here which I think is completely unreasonable. The photos show how many hairs there were in the bed, one of which was a ginger hair (in the shower) which was definitely not mine but the housekeeping cleaner said to me that I could have planted the dirt there myself. Total insult. I would not recommend this or any place owned by City Room Rentals. I also wrote to Nick Findlay but he has not replied. Money hungry company. Not worth staying here, in case you experience any issues, they will not be refunded for.
