Apartment

I stayed here with my girlfriend for a long weekend, the apartment was everything you would expect from a serviced appartment. At a short walk from Cardiff bay, the location is excellent and the apartment itself was pleasent. The check in staff were polite and efficient. All in all worth considering if you are looking for this kind of accommodation in the area.

Place was extremely dirty. No toilet paper on arrival. No water in main bathroom. Washing/dryer was a relic.

Its a nice location but no veiws. Really hard to find as loads of buildings the same nearby. Gates everywhere so feels more like a prison block than a holiday apartment.

Good location, very clean, very modern! Perfect.

Leisure centre needs some tlc. Alarm in our building goes off a lot, heating in our apartment could be better. Our underfloor heating is not working fully in entire apartment. We have a lovely terrace which I look forward to using in better weather. 15 mins walk to city center.

Not the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed in. The apartment was dated and could do you a facelift.

Located in the most industrial area but a few steps from the port and a few more from the center, modern studio with fridge, washing machine and essentials, but they offer, contrary to others the pool, and therefore pay more, and, the evening before arriving they tell you that it is closed for work, do you explain to him that you took that apartment for the pool, to make your daughter happy and if you could please find a solution, the only solution they give you? Go to a 5-star hotel, one of the most expensive in Cardiff, a few miles away, and you pay your daily with a 10 ℅ discount.
At the end of the stay, I ask the pleasure to print the plane ticket of the return, I go to their office, agree to print it but do not know how to do, invite me to the PC to do it myself, next to the monitor with the surveillance circuit of the complex, among other images, their pool, with people inside, I ask "but it was not broken", answer "yes sure". Really cute.

I absolutely loved my stay here, fantastic location, quiet and close to mermaid quays and the city centre. The apartments itself was very comfortable and had everything you would want for a short or long stay. The staff were very helpful and friendly, I will definitely be back!

Watch out for hidden cost they were going to charge me £50 for checking in late.

I paid for parking, but then had to pay a £40 parking fine anyway. I was very disappointed to receive a £40 parking fine from their subcontractor "NSGL Parking" because I had already paid £7.50 per night for a parking space. I challenged the fine, and Century Wharf Serviced Apartments agreed that I had already paid for the parking, but the actual fine was being issued by "NSGL Parking" so they couldn't do anything to help me. Appealing the Parking company's decision with confirmation of the original payment obviously got me nowhere (when does it ever? ). I ended up paying the fine because it would automatically be doubled it to £80 if I wanted to appeal the decision independently, and they also threatened me with the additional expense of sending debt collectors if I refused. What a terrible way to treat your paying customers.
