Stayed in The Townhouse for the first time this week while on business in Perth. What a great hotel, one of the best rooms I have stayed in during all my years of traveling on business and great views over the park. Host David was very helpful and looked after me well, your breakfast was fab David. Will be back.

A very welcoming Staff more especialy the Manager/Owner David who gave us an upgrade room which was excellent. A Welcomong Tray was provided. The Room was extremly clean and Bed very large and comfortable. Breakfast Menu was provided and was cooked perfectly. Highly recommended.

The best B&B experience in UK. Highly recommended.

A great place (shouldn’t really recommend it, LOL). Very seldom we stayed in a BnB of that class on this planet. Very nice & welcoming owners!

Outstanding attention to detail, finely appointed and comfortable rooms, personable and helpful hosts, great location. Can’t wait to go back and stay longer.

For me, minimum requirements for a hotel stay are a good bed and shower. This wonderful b&b had a great bed and great shower, but it goes way, way beyond! Gracious, spacious, extremely well-appointed with literally everything you need (or forgot). Beautiful decor and furnishings, and a delicious breakfast. David and Laurent really know the meaning of hospitality — warmth and care are paramount here. Don't even hesitate about staying here!

Seeing the reviews we booked to stay at The Townhouse as we were near Perth for a wedding, It exceeded all expectations in every way. From David who welcomed us, to the beautiful room, which was spotless, the amazing breakfast, the wonderful nights sleep. This really is a gem, I can not praise it enough. I only hope another Nephew gets married so we have an excuse to go back!

Highly recommend stopping off at The Townhouse. Was 5* treatment. Spacious room, parking, lovely adjustable power shower & tea/coffee scones on arrival.

David was a wonderful host with a lovely house, would highly recommend to anyone who is visiting the area, much better than staying at a hotel! Great room, wonderful hosts and excellent service.

Stayed here on Friday night to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Welcomed by David who had come out in the rain to show us the car park and then showed us to our room at the front of the house overlooking the South Inch. What a fabulous room. We also had two home made scones with clotted cream and jam, tea or coffee and traditional china. I resisted the scone but Stewart told me they were delicious. We also had nice crystal wine glasses and water glasses along with crystal glasses in the en suite shower room. We walked into town and dined at Deans. Slept well in a very comfortable bed — Stewart wants me to buy the bedding as it was so nice. The breakfast was great. We had fresh fruit with honey and mint (delicious) I had poached egg with bacon and tomato while Stewart had a full breakfast! This was beautifully cooked by David. Nothing was too much problem. The house itself is beautifully decorated with some lovely traditional furniture! It is fabulous and re colours in keeping with the building. The wardrobe in our room was gorgeous!
We will certainly be making a return visit — if David will allow it! Hope you get a result from the guy Sewart recommended.
I would recommend The Townhouse as a great place to stay in Perth. Keep up the good work.

Fabulous b&b recommend it to anyone else. In a perfect location for the city.

We stayed for one night, we wish it was a week. David is an excellent host and cook. Everything about the accommodations was perfect. All our needs were anticipated and even some that were not. We would stay again and recommend to our friends. Best accommodations we had on our trip to Scotland.

The Townhouse is without a doubt one of the best places we have ever stayed. The accommodation is tastefully furnished and decorated with unique finishing touches and attention to detail. We stayed in the front facing bedroom. It was spotlessly clean and spacious with a wonderful view of the South Inch Park. There was an array of tasty treats to greet us, including fresh scones with clotted cream and jam, speciality teas and coffee, shortbread biscuits and fruit. We had a great nights sleep in the huge and comfortable bed. The en-suite facilities are excellent with a selection of luxury toiletries. The owners have thought of everything and more. Breakfast was amazing with top quality locally sourced products cooked to perfection. The service was faultless. The Townhouse is conveniently situated for everything Perth has to offer as well as being a perfect base for exploring further afield. We had an very enjoyable walk along the side of the nearby River Tay into the town centre where there are a variety of restaurants and other amenities to take advantage of. Everything about the Townhouse is exceptional. David and Laurent are brilliant hosts and we are looking forward to another opportunity to visit again. We would not hesitate to recommend the Townhouse to other travellers.

Very nice and friendly owner! The room was great: comfortable bed, nice view, very clean, … It is like home! I think I don't lie when I say: it is the best Bed & Breakfast I have ever been to. Thanks to Laurent & David for having us!

Fabulous find. A woman travelling alone on business can be really tedious, hard beds, too hot, too cold, rubbish breakfasts, but not at the Townhouse. Nothing was too much trouble here, facilities in the room were second to none, from the selection of assorted luxury tea bags, fresh coffee, mince pies and fresh fruit! Lovely crisp bedding, massive bed And breakfast was delicious, will definitely be back if I'm in Perth again. Buon Natale Guys.

Fantastic B&B, beautiful townhouse and a delicious breakfast!

It was a lovely setting and a very welcoming experience! Breakfast was superb and their recommendation of a restaurant in the evening was great. Very conveniently located and a short walk to downtown. If taking the train into Perth, then there will be no problem getting to your stay and across from a beautiful park. Highly recommend your next stay be at The Townhouse.
