Went for a quick walk around the house and the pond. The little one loved the ducks. Very picturesque on a sunny bright day.

Amazing afternoon tea. Beautiful building. Lovely gardens.

Food was tremendous. Had a lovely lunch that was just perfectly prepared and a lovely combination. One of the best lunches I think I have ever had. Highly recommend a visit if you like good food in very calm, relaxed and traditional setting. Staff were first class and made the whole experience top notch.

Wow, but we climbed to the top floor. Not for the weak-hearted. It's absolutely beautiful and the food was great but the climb to the top floor was challenging, for an old lady.

Dropped in for a coffee and couldn't fault the welcome or service of staff. 1st rate (or 5 star). The surroundings and environment are what you see and expect however the ambience is a human factor and that is created by recruiting the best, on-going training and leadership. Emma the waitress was very efficient and polite in serving and her supervisor/manager was watching over her with diligence and care. Will definitely be back.

Have to admit a bias here, had my wedding reception and honeymoon 1st night here 21 years ago, but have been back to it several times since, and always a huge pleasure. Real sense of history, relaxed attentive staff, and great food.

We loved this house! We stayed here for two nights for our honeymoon and it ended up being our favorite place we stayed at in Scotland. It was one of the only hotels that had actual Scottish people working there which made the whole experience feel authentic and enabled us to indulge ourselves in the Scottish culture and history. Our room was lovely and spacious and the breakfast options were great, too. We can't wait to return to the Culloden House one day soon!

I was lucky enough to stay at this lovely location this week. I was struck by the history of the hotel, the old fashioned comfort, wonderful food and the excellent, friendly and diligent staff. Unfortunately I was there for work as I would have loved to have had time to enjoy the relaxed surroundings too. I would highly recommend here for a relaxing luxurious break.

We cannot thank the staff enough from the manager, receptionist and waitresses. They were very attentive and went above and beyond to help with the children at our friends wedding. The venue was beautiful, the rooms exceptional and breakfast was a real treat. We will definitely be returning.

Lovely place to visit and gorgeous gardens. Rooms are very quaint but large.

My favorite hotel in the whole of Scotland. Superb staff and excellent food. The packed us a fabulous picnic for lunch which we spent on Loch Ness looking for the monster.

Organised our company "away day" at the Culloden House Hotel last week and couldn't have wished for a better location. Excellent meeting facilities, reliable and fast Wi-Fi and superb lunch. Thanks to GM Stephen and team for an excellent day!

We stayed here for one night while traveling through Inverness. None of the pictures do this place any justice. This was our favorite place we stayed in all of Scotland. The grounds and property are lovely, you truly feel like you're stepping into the past and enveloping yourself in the rich history of the place. Our room (we booked the suite) was stunning (and the largest room we stayed in during our trip to Scotland). Everything about the room — and the property itself — has all the feel and charm of a 200 year old estate. We loved having a nightcap of whisky in the lounge — and taking a stroll of the grounds (including the wonderful walled garden) the following morning. The staff was excellent, as was our breakfast. Our only regret is that we didn't stay longer. Culloden House is an absolute gem!

It's indescribable and hard to explain to say it's nice and little.

Never stayed here, probably never will because I don't spend my evenings swimming in pools filled with money. However, I walk the family dog by here daily and once found £5 outside of the hotel. Living in the area is paying off slowly but surely. Seriously though, Culloden House is a beautiful hotel in a beautiful area of the world. If you stay here, I have no doubt that you won't regret it!

Staff is wonderful. So accommodating and welcoming. The food is to die for! Definitely had dinner at least one night. Obviously, this is a more expensive hotel but so worth it. Steeped in history. Surrounded with beauty.

The staff spoke no english, the room was too hot and I could hear the chef shouting while eating breakfast.

The Culloden House was such a lovely experience. The staff was marvelous and the room charming. We loved every minute of our visit and hope we can return soon. It was truly a "touch of Old World charm".
