Great food and nothing too much a problem.

Had the best 2 days with my 2 kids, first ever trip to St Andrew’s and most definitely picked the best hotel. The suite we were in was amazing, had so much space. They catered for my 9 year old who is a very plain eater, made the most amazing cocktails for me and mocktails for the kids.
Food was absolutely to die for, will absolutely be returning soon, thank you Sean and all the staff for a wonderful Staycation ❤️

Great over night stay for my birthday! Staff couldn’t of been more accommodating. The room was immaculate and comfortable and the breakfast was amazing. The Fresh Inc Media Spa was a great touch also! Would definitely recommend.

Brilliant overnight stay at Kinnettles. Staff and service were excellent. Great location and within walking distance of pubs, restaurants, shops and the beachfront.

We were gifted a spa day at Kinnettles Hotel. We were warmly welcomed we were a bit early for lunch but we were seated and our waiter took great care of us. Compliments to the chef the food was so delicious and the tablet ice cream was divine. Onto our spa session spent some time using the fantastic facilities before our treatments. Complimentary use of towels and dressing gowns supplied. We had booked full body massages Laura and her colleague talked us through our treatments and for sixty minutes it was the most relaxing experience ever. Well worth the visit. And will definitely visit the Kinnettles Hotel again.

Very disappointed with the service I have received. I had a spa day booked to celebrate my friends birthday. This was booked months in advance and I got a call 2 days before it to say it was cancelled due to staff sickness. I was really disappointed however I understand these things happen. I got back to them with alternative dates which they wouldn’t accommodate. I’ve ended up having to cancel the whole thing. The staff weren’t particularly apologetic and I think it should have been handled much better. I sent an email to them with my concerns and 4 days later I haven’t even received an acknowledgement of my email. Will not be booking anything again.

My mum and I had a lovely time at the spa and our back massages were excellent. A very relaxing day to celebrate my mum's birthday. Our lunch was also very good and the resturaunt is a lovely setting. Thank you to all for making our day special.

We all had a lovely day & were taken care of greatly by both staff members. Spa was so relaxing & would highly recommend it. Followed on by our massage treatment which the girls done an amazing job. Left feeling refreshed & fininsh off with a delightfuly tasty lunch. Cant wait for the next one.

My husband and I both had a back massage which was excellent … in their tranquil spa … staff were very welcoming and friendly… then we went to the restaurant for lunch… it was delicious. Would highly recommend.

The only thing that let the spa down is the changing room facilities. The therapists and the treatment were excellent, such a relaxing treatment from Erin and Kerry for myself and my daughter. Although when first arrived in hotel entrance was met by a rather gruff receptionist who bluntly informed us we had come in the wrong entrance. Lunch was delicious as were the two mocktails. Altogether a great day and would highly recommend.

Came for dinner to your restaurant last night and it was lovely. My fillet steak was to die for! Beautiful restaurant and your staff couldn’t be more helpful — your male waiter is a natural. Will definitely be visiting again soon. Thanks Again X.

My daughter treated me to a treatment and lunch here today. What a wonderful treat! I had a facial with Kerri. It was luxurious, comforting and completely relaxing. Afterwards we went for lunch… wow! Absolutely delicious — I had the blade of beef followed by Dundee marmalade, a lovely combination of flavours and textures. We couldn't fault a single thing about our visit to Kinnettles Hotel and Spa. The staff are welcoming and attentive. Special mention has to go to super therapist Kerri! We will definitely make a return visit.

Excellent hotel to stay at. The dinner was absolutely exceptional. The bedding was very comfortable and the style of the hotel and room was great. The room was very spacious. Some improvement points. There is no parking and this can be very frustrating (they maybe could reserve bays or have a shuttle from long stay parking). There could also be more surface areas (ie places to put toiletries) in the bathrooms.

Can’t get enough of this place. Food is excellent and a choice of restaurant or bar. Great cocktails. Staff extremely friendly and helpful.

Lovely welcoming and friendly staff. My therapist seemed very knowledgeable. Lunch was amazing and very well presented and talked through what was on the plate too! Mocktail was so tasty and refreshing. Surroundings were super and clean lovely products in the bathroom and again lovely and clean. Will definitely be returning. I gave this experience to my mother in law for mother's day and now I am the best daughter in law ever! Thank you.

I had the manicure and body polish. I left feeling truly pampered and smelling delightful. The staff were wonderful, it is a beautiful spa with a relaxing ambience. Thank you CJ and Katy.

Modest spa facilities with jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. Steam room and jacuzzi were not very warm. Nice and clean. Good massage. Friendly staff. Vegan options at restaurant.

Had lunch and a gel manicure and both were great. Good food, nice setting and lovely manicure. Shame about the welcome, which wasn't so warm.

5 course taster meal x2 was a birthday present. Didn't know what to expect! but in terms of Food, service, ambience etc… wow!.

Great day out to the spa and lunch! The treatment was amazing, I forgot the beauty therapists name I think it was Kerry, she was lovely and made the treatment so relaxing.

So far I am absolutely blown away with this hotel and spa, the staff are so welcoming and on top of their game. We would definitely recommend to anyone wishing to have a relaxing romantic break are room is so gorgeous as was the spa…

In St Andrews for my 50th Birthday with 4 friends. Had all booked a treatment with spa use but when we arrived this morning we were informed that only 2 of us could use the spa as the others had booked nail treatments and this wasn’t covered for included use of the spa which we were not informed of when booking. Wouldn’t mind but it wasn’t any kind of itison deal we had booked but full price treatments. After querying this a member of staff went to speak to management but before they came back another member of staff (who said it was her we had spoken to when the booking was made) denied that we had been told that it was included. Very poor attitude from this particular member of staff resulted in all of us walking out, hence very disappointed as was really looking forward to enjoying a relaxing morning for my birthday celebrations. The manager did meet us on the stairs on our way out and asked if she could resolve the matter but the same member of staff still had a very bad attitude — would not recommend to anyone!

The spa is lovely and so are the staff. We enjoyed the experience very much.

Had a wonderful afternoon at the Spa, arrived and was given coffee then taken to the Spa which is just lovely, highly recommend a visit, the staff are very friendly and helpful. I had a massage which was just great. Will be back for another visit!

A beautiful hotel in the centre of town. Decor very classy. The room was 1st class down to a mini bar and a safe in the room. Will definately be back.

Just spent an amazing 2 nights at the Kinnettles Hotel in St Andrews. Fantastic location and friendly, knowledgeable staff. Spa was excellent and room was first class. Will definitely be back x.

This is just a wonderful hotel, The staff were very attentive, the location was central with all entertainment a short walk (as most things are there), Next time we stay we will try the treatments on offer as they sounded great.

Stayed at kinnettles for my wife and I honeymoon on 30th nov till 2 of dec great place to stay kind and helpfull people breakfast was first class room was amazing would stay there again.

Excellent food. Delicious! Fine dining standard but not prententious. Great service. Well appointed. Good staff. Spotlessly clean. Loos clean too. Hand dryer away from basins, drip water on floor on the way to them.

Just experienced the most wonderful facial at the Kinnettles Spa. I would highly recommend the Espa back, face and scalp treatment. My therapist this morning was Kirsty. Who is very professional and explained what would happen during the treatment and the products that would be used. If you haven't already had a treatment here it is a must. Excellent!

Excellent all round, staff amazing, food defos worth it. Hotel is looking amazing can't wait to book a wee over night in the new suites.

Great food and good service. Only minor issue was having to go to the bar to get the bill. But we were running late for a flight, so we needed to quickly.

Nice atmosphere. Very nice food. Reasonable prices. Friendly service.

Simply wonderful. Frasier Ogston and his staff are fabulous! They made us feel at home; the food is fantastic, and they made darn sure that our clubs and rain gear were dry for the next day's play. (They have a dry room and it works! ). They even made arrangements for some of our clothes to be dry cleaned. In fact, they spoiled us. On days that we had early tee times, they went out of their way and prepared breakfast sandwiches for us in advance. The bartenders already had our beer poured as soon as we walked in. The rooms are top notch. I am going back in 2016, taking the family and staying for 2 weeks. It does not get any better than Ogston's on N. Street! Thank you Frasier. Moore McDonough (Austin Texas).
