Stayed here last night only for my car and another customers car being damaged and the staff were not very helpful when the couple asked to get the owner of the other car (mine) but didn’t until the husband had to go back in again with my reg number for them to finally come get me. When asked for CCTV they said they don’t really have any. Not very good customer service and you would think they had a duty of care for anyone staying in this hotel. SHOCKING Of course none of the staff heard this incident which of course would have been very loud since it was just outside their office, so I say they were maybe asleep.
Smells of wet dogs — corridors, the room — doesn’t feel clean because of this.
