Great little bar with a fantastic range of gins. They always serve a good ale as well. Friendly staff and very clean too.

I am shocked to see this day in age a girl to be judged by her appearance. My friends were already in this establishment and I was to join them, with my partner who was already sitting next to them. I went to walk in and apparently I was too drunk. I had two drinks prior to coming but was not allowed to enter. You have lost on loyal clientele as myself and my partner, who live close by and would regularly love to drink here, we will not enter these premises after the expedience I endured and the judgement that was giving and I will tell many of this experience as I have heard this isn’t the first time this has happened. I would rate zero stars if I could.

Only 2nd meal out since Christmas Eve. Lovely atmosphere, friendly service and great food at reasonable prices. Lovely new lounge/diner upstairs too.

First dinner out in months and it was delicious, service was great, staff very friendly and all very reasonably priced. Will def be back. Xx.

This is the worst hotel/guest house I have ever stayed in. Woken up 2 nights in a row by the same drunken guest. But on the second night he was screaming obscenities from 1am until 4am. He was banging on walls & on people’s doors. I sat in my room scared for what might take place. I waited for staff or the police to arrive to take care of the situation but they never did. I’ve msgd the venue with a request to hear from the owner with no response. … I will never spend a single £ or step foot in this place again. Unprofessional & a very poor experience.

Close to all tourist attractions, if you are a whisky or gin drinker the bar is fantastic. Lack of staff in the hotel spoke to one member of staff during check in and never seen any even at check out. Staff entered our room while out and decided to rearrange our room to the point they were even in the wardrobe and drawers! The room was basic not even a skin disappointed is not even the word. And not worth the money won't be back.

It's a decent pub with some good beer on draft such as West St Mungo. It's also part of the Whisky trail. Always know plenty people when in there.

Fantastic selection of malt whiskeys, great selection of beers and ales. Only thing is the pool table had been removed for more seats.

The station hotel staff were friendly and efficient. The atmosphere was welcoming and we had a good time having a few drinks there. We did not ear any food or stay over night in any rooms so we cannot comment on that but for a few drinks it is a good place to go.

The station hotel has a great busy bar with TV and a ladies area. There is a restaurant and plenty of parking.

Can only rate the bar and not the accomodation. Fantastic! Very friendly and a great atmosphere. Will def be back.

Located right beside the station of course which has a nice bar with additional rooms for dinner services or rooms. During my visit I went into the bar side. Service was nice and the drinks were nice and cold. There are 2 sets of toilets, plenty of tvs and even a girls room attached you he bar with good quality furniture and 2 additional tvs.

Visited here for the first time to watch the Rangers Celtic game, lovely pub with great staff and atmosphere.

Rooms were clean, tidy and basic. Staff were helpful and courteous. It was reasonably priced, ideally placed between football ground and local curry house and directly opposite train station, it ticked all the right boxes. I couldn't rate it a 5* as our one night stay coincided with a rousing whisky tasting evening. However, I'm confident that had we stayed on any other given day it would score a perfect 5*. Would return in a heartbeat.

Been my local since 1999 when moved to larbert me and my partner Ernie welcomed since day 1 from John the owner and all staff then and since great place had many a party there happy memories and more to come x.

I return here frequently as my family is part of the Norwegian supporters club for Stenhousemuir Football Club. The rooms are not en suite, but as a casual, low cost accommodation I cannot fault it.

Our last local, the staff are really friendly and there's always a great atmosphere. A wee bit too handy when we come off the train after a night out! Don't think I've managed to walk past! Always end up going in for a night cap lol. Huge selection of whisky and spirits. Love the gin of the month, great price and encourages you to try new gins.

The Station Hotel is an oasis amongst a desert of quality bars in the Falkirk area. It must have the best selection of whisky and whiskey's, a huge choice of gins (all served with the correct accompaniments) and vodkas and other spirits and wines.
John Black is to be commended on the work and investment he has put into the Station, recently having solid hardwood floors put down and getting rid of the pool table room. Replacing it with a comfortable sitting area as an extension to the main bar. (The ladies appear to like it? )
Well worth a visit. But be careful if you nip in for one or two while waiting for a train for a night out to Glasgow or Edinburgh. You may end up staying!
John just needs to get some sort of food sorted out, then The Staion would get 6 out of 5 stars.

Hotel is in the midst of refurbishment. Visited before attending Larbert Real Ale Festival. There were 4 ales available and they were in excellent condition.
