Wonderful place, loved everything about it, felt like home from home, food excellent, family run and they are very helpful and informative. Room was lovely clean and well decorated and comfortable. I would highly recommend this Hotel. Location perfect.

Lovely hosts, great bar area, excellent breakfast. Over looked this when booking but not the fault of the hotel, however it was shared bathroom. Which they didn't bother me at all but just noteworthy I think. Breakfast was brilliant.

The hotel is a great, cosy and clean family run hotel with attached bar/restaurant. The beds are cozy, our room was nicely decorated and room and bathroom clean. The breakfast was very tasty, typical Scottish breakfast.
Several times we were asked during the stay whether everything is OK or we need anything else, the owners are very friendly and accommodating.
The food in the next door restaurant is delicious.
Parking spaces and Wi-Fi are available.
It is very quiet there, both outside and in the hotel.
It was a great stay!

Nice room, nice view, average breakfast, terrible evening meal. Not a bad place by any means but that evening scampi meal in the bar was a shocker.

Nice room. Very friendly staff. Wi-Fi is hit and miss. A nice breakfast is included. The bar is cool. The parrot in the bar made me sad. Poor bird.

Really nice hotel with comfy rooms and savoury scottish breakfast. Some rooms are a little overpriced for their size. Fantastic hosts and cosy pub (please note that kids are not allowed after eight)

We just came here to have some dinner and a pint, and the meals hit the spot! Delicious, home-cooked food — nothing like it. Beer selection is great. Plus there's a pool table! And great music.

Website menu not up to date, we wanted to order burgers but were told they have stopped doing them but still showing on website menu. food is what you would expect from a staff canteen, however the deserts were to a good standard but thank you. Owners serving food in very casual holiday type clothes shorts and t shirts, prices of the food were not replicant with the menu. Disappointing evening.

Nice little bar with a pool table and a great beer garden on the river tay. Service excellent with very warm and welcoming staff. Open from 11am till midnight which was a surprise in such a small quiet town! Generally a really nice little place, even though the drinks were a little on the pricey side.

The coach house always seems to have really good music on at the weekends. Just across the road from maragowan caravan club site.

The Good — Beautiful Location. Was quiet and peaceful despite being near the road and the bar/ restaurant being (busy) on the premises. The hosts were warm and welcoming as the room was cool and comfortable. The HUGE friendly, ginger cat we befriended was a bonus. The Bad — TV was a little small for my liking and room layout was slightly inefficient apart from that. Great.
