Lovely rooms, & very helpful staff, (especially the chef)

Room is lovely but what a faff on to book in, their machine didn't like Google pay so my poor friend who is 8 months pregnant had to come and pay. In this day and age really not good enough! Poor kid on reception got the sharp end of my tongue which, to be fair, he didn't deserve, worst check in I've ever experienced.

Stayed for 2 nights on the way home from the highlands. Great base for the Falkirk Wheel and The Kelpies What you would expect from Premier Inn.

Really nice and central. Staff have all been super friendly and helpful… nothing has been too much trouble. Dog friendly too! My daughter has an assistance dog and he has been so wonderfully received! Lovely clean rooms, cleaned daily. Cannot fault them with anything!

Rooms as would expect good and tidy. Staff very good and Friendly food next door at beefeater very good.

Good central location to visit the Falkirk wheel and the Kelpies, the staff are nice and the hotel is comfortable and clean, the beefeater Serves good meals freshly cooked.

Pleasant stay but I had an unusual breakfast that was not up to scratch that I would expect from a premier Inn.

Good location — pitiful small room for 3 people with a TV almost as small as my I pad — nice helpful staff but accommodation well below the level I would expect fro. A premier inn. Also the food was served in the next door beefeater — which wasn’t a-joined. The breakfast was not the normal PI breakfast and took 20 minutes to get one cooked breakfast to the table — the food selection and the layout was very amateurish in my opinion — not what I have come to expect from a Premier Inn — would not go out my way to book here again — the room was shockingly bad!

On a roundabout just outside Falkirk town centre. There is a hotel on site. The restaurant has lots of seating and quite a varied menu to suit all tastes. Over the road is the Forth and Clyde canal with lots of locks and watch barges going to the Kelpies/Helix Park or, in the other direction, the Wheel which takes barges up to the Union canal or to carry onto Glasgow/Bowling. Also, there is a bowling green down the drive.

It's a nice hotel. Very convenient. Falkirk town centre is less than a mile away. The staff are very friendly and someone's around 24/7 if you need. Always comfy beds it's true. I wish hotels would remember that smokers are still people and not third class citizens and would put up a shelter cover and maybe a bench to sit on?. It's these things that I remember and think of if I'd want to come back. Put up a shelter next to the one over the entrance way and a bench. That's not too much to ask I hope?.

As expected from Premiere inn, clean comfortable rooms and friendly staff. We had a accessible room situated on the ground floor behind reception. The room was well equipped for any size wheelchair. The hotel is a 15 minute walk into Falkirk or the train station.

Staff at hotel are extremely helpful. Room was comfortable and clean. Would go back again.

Lovely food, large portions, staff were great, very helpful, restaurant clean — toilets a disgrace though.

Rooms standard premier Inn so no issues and good night's sleep. Moved rooms around so all four in same building (two different buildings for rooms) after we booked separately. Beefeater is a bit hit and miss, most staff really good but food slow in the evenings.

Reasonably priced standard Beefeater. Decent enough pub grub and snacks. It's a pretty big building with nooks and crannys everywhere, so you can get peace and quite if needed. Nice location next to the canal, in a stretch in the middle of the Falkirk Wheel nd The Kelpies.

Ok premier, but a lot of the bedrooms are in a separate building. The restaurant is in a separate building too, so not great. Breakfast was good. Not buffet, so cooked to order.

Have stayed in several premier inns… Had to book with only a week's notice due to funeral. To be honest this was the most expensive budget hotel I have ever booked. Arrived quite late and had a shower then found there was only tea, no coffee in my room. @£144 for two nights EXCLUDING breakfast it certainly was not low budget accommodation. Would not stay there again and would shop around for better value for money in future. Local hotel I popped into (and had a meal) quoted me £50 per night including breakfast and the staff at that hotel were very friendly.

Great food for a really good price and excellent service.

Premier Inns exist as a universal constant, and Falkirk Central is no exception. Comfortable, good-sized beds in spacious rooms, with clean and well-equipped en-suite facilities, they are a reliable oasis wherever you find yourself. The only criticism I can make is, while the adjoining Beefeater restaurant offered decent evening meals, the breakfast buffet was lacking the expansive choice of other such places I have stayed in. That said, Premier Inn reliability strikes again.

Recently visited for food and drinks. Food was excellent and reasonably priced, as were the drinks. After meal we had the option of ordering more drinks at the table or the bar area. Nice, clean place for an evening meal. Menu had good selection and staff were pleasant.

Clean, warm and quiet, room. Decent sized room. Clean all over, could have as much tea or coffee as well as sugar and milk as I wanted. Clean towels every day. Shower gel, and hand soap supplied, plenty of toilet paper. Prime location for all amenities, especially the kelpies. 10-15 minute walk (depending on your own walking pace) to the leisure centre. 30 minutes from the main town centre in walking terms on average, but best to take the bus into town, especially if you come with little people with little legs (the kids).

We have been to the beefeater three times now, and we will never ever be back. It is the same all the time, the wait for food is a joke. The last time we were there is was not busy at all, but still waited 30min for food. The menu is not good either.

Staying at this premier inn is like no other, it's just what you need if you're looking for a bed at night… the building is secured from the lobby to ensure that no unwelcome visitors are authorised to enter ensuring your safety; also with the additional kindness of all guest you should have a nice, quiet and enjoyable sleep.

Standard Premier Inn in a perfect location. Close enough to be inn yhe town centre but far enough away so as not to be bothered by the hustle and bustle.

Staff are great, rooms comfortable, fantastic price at just over £100 for 3 nights.

I have chosen Premier Inns regularly for several years and always been very satisfied with the value for money and friendliness and professionalism of the staff. I was disappointed on this occasion.

Basic but clean hotel. Breakfast and dinner served in next door beefeater restaurant. Friendly staff. Perfect for a few nights stay.

Hotel is very nice can't fault the rooms very quiet great night sleep. First night in the hotel the food and service in the bar was great very nice. Secondnight totaly differnt story food was rubbish both meals came out wrongs and the chicken burger was rubbish 2.5 tiny little pieces of chicken wouldnt have that again.

Very good meal. Slightly annoyed when I was stood waiting to be seated at the beginning when there was hardly anybody in and plenty of staff milling around.

Premier inn very good, staff very friendly comfortable bed. Dinner and breakfast was next door at the beefeater. At dinner my wife had the salmon with white wine and dill sauce, there was only a smidgen of liquid under the salmon didn't look like sauce at all and she said there was no taste to the salmon worst she's ever had. I had chicken escalope with bacon cheese and fried egg on top, there was no bacon and breadcrumbs is falling apart. At breakfast, first the waitress brought us breakfast which is for another table, next the chefs got the breakfast wrong it was sent back finally when we got our breakfast though it was sort of correct they put my sausage on my wife's plate which is wrong again as she did not want a sausage. To say the least we did not like the Beafeater.

Nice hotel situated close to Falkirk. Rooms are a nice size offering all the normal amenities. Breakfast was all you can eat off the menu and is good quality. Situated right next to the canal tow path if you like walking.

Centrally located. Good food, piping got, lovely service. Clean and tidy.

Stayed here last Christmas, nice rooms and staff. Visit every year and will continue to.

Basic room — but all you need if you need a decent place to sleep for the night. (our room is a wee bit tired and could do with a bit of tlc in regards to the decor and a fresh coat of paint and renewing the seal around the shower would probably do the trick. ) There wasnt enough towels provided so will have to ask for more but it is very clean. Also there is no phone in the room to be able to contact reception which is a bit unusual, if you need something you have to visit reception on person or call a number on a card they leave in the room (not handy at all! and also not everyone has a mobile phone — no use in an emergency)

This Beefeater/Premier Inn is nice and central in Falkirk 10 min walk from Town Centre. Beer garden gets the sun in the evenings. Bar is open til around 11 during the week. Choice of food seems OK. Great location next to the canal if you fancy a walk. Good stopping point if walking to Kelpies from Falkirk Wheel and vice versa.

Good food, reasonable prices and a fun atmosphere however the service is extremely slow which does slightly impact on your overall enjoyment of the meal.

A lovely hotel with bright clean rooms. The staff are friendly and helpful. The Falkirk wheel is just over a mile walk along the canal and we'll worth a visit.

Parking was good considering we arrived in a van, was easy to find a parking space, room was nice, food next door at beefeater was good and couldn't fault beefeater staff, beds were good… I slept like a baby… only downfall was the not so happy welcome we got from the Premier Inn receptionist! Made us feel like we had disturbed her from something… a smile would have been nice instead of being a grumpy cow!

Fantastic Location for buses etc… 15 mins walk to train station, Rooms clean and modern… food and service excellent. Well done Premier Inn you got this one spot on.

Regularly go for lunch and drinks great value for money and lovely environment.

Was at an event upstairs for Rosebank Distillery. Good event but lack of air con was uncomfortable.

Our stay was noisy as an alarm went off in the middle of the night however the staff were lovely and refunded our stay due to the noise. The room was spacious and clean.

Excellent service, comfy rooms, good food served. Overall a very good experience.
