Nice place but a bit pricey for soft drinks friendly staff.

Booked a room but ran out of driving time due to heavy traffic in Inverness so couldn’t get to hotel. Explained this when trying to cancel booking but they still charged me full price. Not very nice I don’t think when it was out of my control, would of been happy just to pay half!

Superb hotel, good friendly staff, jamming (amazing) bar, very understanding and would recommend to anyone.

I had booked one night with me and my partner and moment I got in the place it looked nice but the moment I got into my room it was a nightmare I thought I was dreaming the shower of the head lid fell off and the beds were pink mark stains and the kettle didn't work and the telly didn't work the room was freezing and they had given us twin beds.! Didn't get breakfast after saying it was inclusive.

Light in the room and bathroom defect due to short circuit. Late in the evening we were given a new room. Here only 1 chair for 3 people. No table available in this room. Also the night light is defective. In the hotel also no opportunity to dine and have breakfast. Very friendly and helpful receptionist and bar staff.

Great place, with great staff.

No heating on beer off and not enough bar staff. Won't be rushing back.

Staff were great and the drinks were reasonably priced but the bar feels like it would have been cool 15 years ago. Although it was relatively early the place was dead too.

I've been meaning to post this for a couple of weeks so apologies for the delay but we booked the smaller room of the 2 function rooms for a retirement do on March 17th and we can't fault the place. The staff were just lovely and the staff member on that night (I think it was john (? ) Worked so hard to provide a great service and he was just so helpful, friendly and a gent. Couldn't have been more accommodating or helpful. The room we had us a great size and you actually get 2 private areas for 1 as you get the room with a private bar with nice comfy chairs in addition to the function room itself. As I say, couldn't have been better and it's a perfect size for a private gathering. We had around 40 people there and it was perfect. Full marks all round! It's the 2nd time we have used this space and it's a bit of a hidden gem. Yay!

Good function room but limited choice of drinks at bar and expensive.

Room was basic Bed was broken Door didn't lock properly Shower was either cold or hot Decor was 70's retro Horrible view Toilet was cheap from £1 store.

Unfortunately this place is a nightmare DO NOT BOOK. I attended a wedding after party here and there was nothing but problems! fire alarm kept going off… djs equipment broke down… understaffed… the brides room filthy… thick with dust… the candy floss machine didn't work properly… the toilets were out of toilet roll! there was NO one of manning the reception to even report these problems to! the drinks are over priced… if you go downstairs you can get alcohol cheaper but are not aloud to take it to the function room… the brides dress was ruined at the bottom due to un mopped floors … the entertainment was enjoyable but that was it! we were all heartbroken for the bride her big day… no one should spend their wedding close to tears … shameful!

No free Wi-Fi no free breakfast room doesn't even have a working main light and I am right next to the club.

The worst hotel I've ever been! Towels, beds and rooms smelled really bad! Definitely don't recommend to anyone. Hotel doesn't also inform that downstairs is club with really loud music the whole night. You can't feel safe here as a lot of drunk people are walking around the whole hotel so better don't leave anything value in your rooms! Never again!

Nice and clean staff very friendly canny pint.

The staff were aggressive and extremely rude. They threw out some of my friends out for nothing more than having unopened alcohol in their bag (holding it for the birthday). Then threw me out for the same reason, not only that but they confiscated it. They looked through people's bags without them knowing and we left promptly. Absolutely awful and ruined a perfectly nice night.

The Hotel is great place to stay, The staffs can't do enough for you, Food was great. I would love to stay here again. Xxx.

Stayed here a few times now rooms are good food and drink great.

Stayed here food and drink were great and very cheap the rooms were warm an comfortable will definatly stay again.

Had my wedding here was an amazing night staff and owners couldnt have done anymore to help even my own purple coulor scheme worked well with the decor will recomend to all.
