I would highly recommend this B&B had just a wee one night stay. Darren and Victoria were fantastic. The room was perfect and the service was great lovely home made scones on arrival with home made jam and cream. So relaxing the view was beautiful. Great breakfast great start to the morning.

This beautiful new guest house was hosted by Darren & Victoria and their gentle intelligent dog Hugo. There are stunning views of the mountains from the front and the sea from the back. The accomodation and hospitality was just perfect. It is a great location for exploring Co Down, most of all we enjoyed Silent Valley and Newcastle. I highly recommend this guest house.

Best B&B I have ever been. Lovely house, lovely rooms. Everything is new, tidy and very clean. My Ulster fry was cooked to perfection. And the couple that run this place are extremely helpful and pleasant. I definitely come back. Thank you Victoria and Darren it was a pleasure to meet you guys.

Five stars are not enough. These guys turn hospitality up to 11. I wanted a break to just totally relax and chill out and I found the perfect place to do it. Darren and Victoria are so attentive and friendly hosts, the house and location is utterly wonderful and then there's my new pal Hugo the poodle too! All in all was a perfect break from everyday life and am planning my next trip! Words cannot describe it. You just have to go and experience it for yourself :)

What a wonderful place! If you ever wanna go to the Newcastle do yourself the favour and stay with Darren and Victoria :) They are wonderful people and their place is wonderful and relaxing. You'll wake up to a view of both mountains and ocean.

We've just had the most fantastic stay for 3 nights at the Silent Valley B&B. Victoria and Darren are wonderful hosts and make an excellent breakfast with plenty of choice. Our room was very comfortable with lots of space and lovely touches with the decor. The B&B is a short distance away from both the stunning Mourne mountains and the coast with loads of low and high level walks to do or scenic viewpoints to drive to and just relax. There's some great food to be had in the local towns too. We will definitely be going back! … and a special mention to their gorgeous dog Hugo. We had great fun playing with Hugo on the lawn. A really lovely stay!

I can’t recommend this place high enough! It really is absolutely stunning. The views of the mountains coupled with a beautiful home where the rooms are stylish, comfortable and well equipped. Darren and Victoria are great hosts. Really welcoming and friendly, and that goes for Hugo the dog too! Can’t wait to visit again.

Had a wonderful weekend away in Northern Ireland and we chose to stay at Silent Valley B&B! What a wonderful experience we had in a stunning location. The views of the mountains are breath taking and there are many stunning walks near by. Victoria, Darren and their lovely Poodle Hugo are all fantastic… I would highly recommend staying here! X.
